But, I reckon, in the Biblical AU, Ava would look at Adriel (and he at her, by the way) more like Kate looks at Anthony in Bridgerton S2E8.

Every since I made the Warrior Nun Powerwolf Song meme, I've been thinking... the OCS as vampires, or vampire-like creatures. And the Warrior Nun is the head vampire, with angelic powers because of the Halo (she's the only one allowed to sire new sisters, as her bite makes new vampires immune to Holy things).

Then Ava would fit right in...

Adriel, of course, is an actual fallen angel/Watcher. Lilith later becomes a demon.

as a matter of fact, that’s actually what i was thinking is the main or one of the main reasons for beatrice’s running away and then getting mcdonalds n stuff, but then lilith found her and sat down and communicated with her and while avalil still have heavy avoidance habit and are unaware, it gave beatrice hope

oh yeah defo on mary & shannon’s concern regardless of whether or not they’ve had past bad experience with vincent. it’s defo also just a basic stranger danger thing, even without all the supernatural stuff & reputations, because your friend going through a major traumatic event & upheaval to their life, and then suddenly shacking up with a couple of people who not only are strangers to you, but are/were complete strangers to your friend before they shacked up? not just red flags galore right there, they’re bathing and swimming in a pool of red paint

i’m 👀👀👀👀 at the concept of ava having unwittingly stolen what was gonna be reya’s method of becoming immortal. ooo wait hold on up, what if she’s an even shadier parallel to jillian, but instead of all her shady and morally dubious being for someone else, it’s all for her (reya’s) own sake

probably took ava in under her wing and became a mentor and/or motherish figure to her, but unknown to ava until too late, it was just to boost reya’s pr image so she wouldn’t have as much scrutiny on her and her shady actions

Also q q, would you say lucifer’s a good and/or least a fun show, or?

Yeah, it's not intentional, it's just the habit they've formed over millennia. Neither of them like to talk about their problems, so they changed to adapt to each other's coping mechanisms. Lilith participates in whatever zany antics Ava needs to distract herself, and Ava makes herself a reliable but quiet safe zone for Lilith to hide in. It's all done with the utmost love but it's soooo unhelpful in the long-run. And it all comes to a head when Beatrice, young, lonely, modern (She's a modern woman, Lilith, modern women talk about their feelings, isn't that horrifying?) gets involved. Bea has spent her entire life feeling ignored and like she has to repress herself, and it's not great when she thinks Ava and Lilith are doing what her family did: ignoring her needs and fears. So things come to a head when she runs away, and Lilith goes to get her, and after the mushroom-fueled binge they have their talk and Lilith actually makes an effort to be open with Bea and let Bea be open with her.

Ava is a tougher nut to crack because she'll let them open up to her, but she won't reciprocate, not until things really boil over and she can't distract herself anymore and just breaks down one day (maybe when Jillian asks Bea to turn Michael into a werewolf and all of Ava's Diego-based trauma comes back in full-force). I really think Ava has had to deny herself the chance to heal from things as a means of survival. Sure, she's immortal, but time can kill where normal means won't work, and when you experience the kind of things she has, alone and surrounded by danger on all sides, time can drive you mad if you let it. Of course, spending literal thousands of years with these untreated psychological wounds will also drive you mad, you just won't realize it.

When Beatrice decides to live with Ava and Lilith full-time, Shannon and Mary both show up to give the Shovel Talk of the century. We're talking claws and fangs out, eyes yellow, every word comes out as a growl, the works. Ava and Lilith are not really impressed, but they do swear an oath to take care of Bea and treat her well. Shanmary are still wary of them, and they take measures to ensure that Beatrice gets plenty of non-girlfriend time to keep her balanced.

I have so many ideas for Reya's whole deal, generally. Since we never got the chance to really know anything about her, the field is wide open for any interpretation. Maybe she's an amoral sociopath who manipulated Ava to get the philosopher's stone. Maybe she's a morally dubious pragmatist who thought her becoming immortal (through whatever means necessary) would be the best thing for everyone, including Ava. Or maybe Ava swallowing the stone wasn't an accident but exactly what Reya wanted. Maybe Ava was a test subject, or (if Reya is Worse JillianTM) she's like Michael and Reya was trying to save her. Who knows? Certainly not us. And probably not Ava either, because I can't imagine Reya was very forthcoming with answers regardless of the truth, and she also may not remember everything after so much temporal separation.

The real question, then, is whether Reya managed to find another way to become immortal or otherwise persist into the modern day. And if so, where is she and what the fuck is she up to now?

And I would recommend Lucifer, it's very fun! I love the characters and the take on biblical lore. It is a police procedural too, so if that's not your jam, then don't feel like you have to watch it. But Lucifer as a snarky, bisexual menace in LA is very fun.

Mary is the center. Obviously they run shotgun snaps most of the time and she's freaking awesome at it.

Lilith is a WR because she's 8 feet tall.

Bea is a TE.

Camilla is a RB.

Yasmine is the kicker.

And then there's Ava who is also a WR, which pisses Lilith off to no end and when Shannon inevitably gets injured, Ava is also the back up QB. Que Lilith being even angrier.

A ‘what-if’ au where ava is still the warrior nun but beatrice never joins the ocs, and they meet for the first time in switzerland. Inspired by this post from @witheringdream

Beatrice makes her way over to the bar to order a drink and is caught off guard by the sound of angelic laughter coming from the bartender’s lips.

Ava appears to be enthralled by whatever video is playing on the screen of her phone, so much so that she doesn’t notice Beatrice’s arrival straight away.

Beatrice shuffles nervously on her feet and lets out a polite cough to grab the woman’s attention. “ Verzeihung ?” She asks in German.

This startles the bartender, who mutters out a curse word in English — “shit! ” — and hastily puts her phone down, before she looks up to the source of the noise.

The girl’s gaze falls on her, and Beatrice immediately feels her entire throat close up as she stares into the deepest, warmest brown eyes she’s ever seen in her life.

And oh, she is well out of her depth here, because Ava is absolutely stunning and not at all what she expected. Her lips are full and a pretty shade of rosy pink, her jaw is sharp and strong, and her neck… bloody hell.

“Hey, a new face! Welcome to Bar La Vasseur, I’m Ava,” she greets, giving Beatice an absolutely beaming smile. “What would you like to drink?”

I'm trying to work on the Biblical AU, and I said I would try to portray Adriel as the Antichrist in a more detailed sense, but so far he's just obsessing over Ava, or Archangel Michael, how she's not at all what he expected, what it means to him... Which makes sense, she's his greatest challenge. Still...

Meanwhile, she's mostly just angry, and in turmoil, annoyed by the fact she was thrust into another Holy mission, annoyed by him, but intrigued by him at the same time.

Why do I keep gnawing on my own spine, this story was always supposed to have Avadriel in it's core probably more than anything else.

Oh, and Adriel's already dangerously close to falling in love with her. Well, in lust, at least.

I keep mulling over things later in the story, it's hard to focus on the beginning.

What is this AU?

It is a universe where there is a crossover between different fandoms and different universes, the curious detail here is that… each character is a magical or mystical creature! They even live exposed to the magic of this world.

In this AU there are different creatures and kingdoms in all the confines of this alternate universe. There are different types of magic that make up the variety of powers and spells that its inhabitants can possess, although in its uses it can be used for attacks, defense, healing, invocation and among others.

But although it sounds like a magical fantasy world and with a lot of wonder to show, don't trust it, there are also dangers and dark forces and creatures that can be a threat if you have no idea how to guide yourself or be very careful where you walk.

What magical or mythical creatures exist?

In this world there is a great variety of creatures or races that fill this Au with life, among them there are:

-Harpies -Sirens -Faeries -Ajins (or geniuses) -Nymphs -Goblins

-Elves -Fauns -Ghost -Demons -Angels -Dragons

What magic, spells or powers are there?

There are a variety of powers and types of magic that each creature possesses, such powers usually have categories or classifications or are already specific to each race. These would be:

-Elementals (fire, water, air, earth, etc)

-Psychics

-supernatural

-summoning magic

-healing

-alchemy

-creation magic

-taming or taming of beasts

-delusions

-music or harmony

-white magic (light, energy, purification)

-black magic (darkness, corruption)

-gray magic (an intermediate point between white and black but its dangerousness or safety will depend on its use and the morality of the person who uses it)

-red magic (just as dangerous as black magic but it is a mystery, its counterpart is blue magic)

-blue magic (just as safe as white magic but it is a mystery, its counterpart is red magic)

-purple/violet/purple magic (just like gray magic is intermediate between blue and red...its dangerousness or safety will depend on its use and the morality of the user).

What places exist within this Au?

So far there is only this information that speaks a little about this world except not the locations, towns, kingdoms and others, since it is barely in development so a map for it will still be thinking as the concept ends.

How do they get their powers?

The way to obtain this magic depends on the genetic inheritance of both parents to the son/daughter, either inherited from one of them or a fusion/variant of both powers

However, there is also the one that they can learn other types of magic and spells in addition to the one they are born with, giving them the possibility of acquiring more abilities and greater possibilities.

But also, it is common for some races or depending on the individual to be born without any power.

What categories or classes of occupations exist in this world?

In this world there are different occupations or categories that the character can decide to be if it refers to combat and adventure, among them there are:

-Warrior -goalkeeper -magician -medicine man -cleric

-alchemist -explorer -Puppeteer -fighter

How do you get to this world?

The way to get there is complicated, since many other AUs do not know how to travel to this universe so far. The way it would be achieved would be to find hidden portals or that appear randomly anywhere in some universe (in all or some), mostly some opened by someone else or by a being of greater power.

In case it is discovered, there would be the possibility of creating an artifact or portal that needs some energy source to keep it active or thanks to the use of an object that you can find but rarely.

Dann sprach Beverley auch über seinen Ex-Klub Los Angeles Lakers. Er mag die Los Angeles Lakers hassen. Immerhin spielte er nur eine halbe Saison für die Los Angeles Lakers und schied bei den Los Angeles Lakers aus, daher ist seine Idee nun, die Los Angeles Lakers in die Playoffs zu bringen.
