Here we go

…a yoga teacher’s prayer… I want to speak truth until I’m busting at the seams. Until my words are more holy than the humble body they are released from. Until souls are touched not because of me, but because of the truth that resonates down into their own being and causes a revolution from inside out. Until they too must speak the truth until they bust at the seams. . I want to reflect truth until I radiate light. Until the mirror that I hold frees others from the torments of denial. Until they remember the beauty, grace, and divinity that is already within them. Until they finally see the light they radiated all along. . Today I am grateful I have found a passion for yoga and to have stumbled upon a quest for wholeness. Not just for others, but first my own. To have the capacity, capability, and luxury to share it.
