Just thinking about a pred that gulps down prey and then tries to pass it off if they are pregnant

Wouldn't that be something, being a passerby and happily exclaiming congratulations to the parent-to-be. They respond very nonchalantly, almost smirking as they waddle away again. You'd never see them again, nor what was *really* going on in that round orb...

Or maybe you do. Maybe you knew the moment you saw the imprint of a full adult's hand against their skin, and you knew someone had just recently been eaten. Maybe you played naively on purpose, knowing how taboo the act was. And they wouldn't have to worry, as they disappeared into the town...

It would be your little secret.
