I couldn't have received this item at a better time as a free trial through the Influenster app! My little 18 month old munchkin was super congested and due to the freezing weather, our central heat can make our home super dry and uncomfortable. I noticed prior to using the humidifier, my babygirl was super stuffy and coughing in her sleep. Upon using the Vick's humidifier with the cool mist menthol insert, her cough was suppressed and she slept peacefully through the night. This was so effective, I immediately picked up refills the following day! The great thing about this product, is it can be used with or without the menthol inserts. So on nights where the air is super dry, you can turn the humidifier on with just cool water mist. Cleaning the product is also a breeze. you just rinse and wipe, super easy. I will definitely be buying this for the next babyshower I'm invited to! I received this product for free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. When you live in a dry climate, a humidifier is a must thing for your home. I got this #vickshumidifier from @influenster to test and give my honest opinion. Well a humidifier is not a new thing for me...I've been using them for a long time now. Vicks EasyFill Cool Mist Humidifier

This humidifier is the perfect shape to put on a dresser or other flat surface where it will be out of the way and is incredibly easy to use. It doesn’t get hot which made me feel a lot more comfortable putting it in my 3 year old’s bedroom during her most recent bout with the flu (crazy California weather 🙄). The pads that go in this humidifier are tiny. I mean like the size of my thumb nail bad (slightly bigger) but man the smell is STRONG. I could smell the Vicks through my rather small home, but I don’t mind the smell of Vicks. We tried the regular menthol smelling Vicks pads as well as the lavender scented one. The first night I had to adjust the power dial because her room got a little cloudy looking from the vapor but that was really easy today as you literally just turn the knob. We also got the water filter which helps since we have pretty hard water where we live at so it keeps most of the bad stuff from getting into the air. She has not had to use her inhaler or breathing machine since I put this in her room either!
