normally when sethos dreams, his dreams make no sense. he never remembers anything beyond a jumbled mess of memories, images, or even people he might've seen during the day. it's never been anything to actually dwell on, and he'd chalk tonight's dream up to the same concept, except for one glaring factor.

this time, he's very clearly in one location that isn't changing. even stranger still is the knowledge he's dreaming -- another rarity for him. it's not within him to try and force a wake-up though, sethos is confident he'll enjoy this for as long as it lasts, though there's no telling when lucid dreams actually end.

for now, he'll sit down in a randomly appearing patch of grass and enjoy the serenity. it's not a peace he typically finds in his waking life, and if a dream is going to offer it, who is he to say no to it?

"i could enjoy this forever," he murmurs aloud. he's not sure if he's speaking in his sleep or just in his mind. regardless, the words come out, and he's instinctively looking around to make sure no one else is around. "i could also use some company." he props himself up on his elbows, letting his head fall back, and eyes close.

if someone is to appear, he hopes it's soon. lucid dreams tends to get lonely.

there  is  SUCH  a  dichotomy  between  the  persona  modernverse  ren  plays  up  on  his  streams  (  and  social  media  )  and  his  actual  self.  that  isn't  to  say  there's  not  some  degree  of  overlap  —  because  there  is.  his  sharp  tongue,  his  blunt  personality,  his  sense  of  humor.  you're  inevitably  going  to  put  up  with  all  three  regardless  of  whether  you're  dealing  with  him  in  person  or  behind  a  screen.  but  when  he  streams,  ren's  sole  goal  above  all  else  is  the  VALIDATION  of  his  viewers.  he  wants  attention  —  he  wants  approval.  (  and  yes,  it  is  super  unhealthy!  thanks  for  asking!  )  so  the  version  of  himself  that  he  shows,  while  still  quite  bratty,  is  purposefully  geared  towards  being  more  palatable.  prioritizing  entertainment  over  displaying  the  full  extent  of  his  raw,  ugly  emotions.  and  that  isn't  even  touching  on  to  what  degree  he  objectifies  himself  —  because  he  knows  he's  attractive,  and  he  knows  he  can  use  that  to  garner  more  attention, more money, more followers.

this  is  in  contrast  to  the  version  of  ren  completely  detached  from  his  fake  internet  persona.  he's  much,  MUCH  more  subdued  by  comparison  —  still  as  snarky  as  ever,  though  in  a  far  less  glamorized  way.  (  not  so  much  for  entertainment  as  he  is  lashing  out  like  a  wounded  animal.  )  he's  quiet;  oft  speaking  in  short,  curt  phrases.  what  energy  he  has  comes  in  fleeting  bursts.  depression  and  insomnia  leave  him  with  a  near-permanent  sense  of  lingering  EXHAUSTION,  even  if  he  hasn't  done  much  to  warrant  it.  he  isn't  shy,  but  he  definitely  gives  off  the  impression  of  someone  deeply  uncomfortable  in  whatever  social  situation  he's  found  himself  forced  into  at  any  given  moment — and that isn't when he's not just purposefully vanishing into the background. your local introvert wants to go home now.

his  intense  discomfort  in  public  is  compounded  by  the  fact  that  he  spent  the  better  part  of  two  years  hardly  ever  leaving  his  apartment  after  the  au's  version  of  tatarasuna  more or less  stripped  away  nearly  every  loved  one  he  had.  it's  taken  another  two  before  he's  been  able  to  start  going  outside  again,  even  in  small  bursts.

understandably,  it's  just  a  bit  jarring  to  see  one  side  of  him  when  you're  only  familiar  with  the  other.  a  living  CONTRADICTION  —  though  he  admittedly  is  in  most  verses.

Hi!!! I'm a little slower than I usually would be for this, but VERY glad you sent this in!! been wantin' to figure out some interaction ideas, so this is a verrry good kick in the tail to do so :] I'll be doing most/all of your blogs ( that I know of, anyhow! ) too since I might as well!!!

Thus, Hunter has an anthro verse which would slot pretty easily into Dandelions! Munkustrap, Rum Tum Tugger and Mistoffelees would also be pretty easy to make into anthro verses too now that I think about it! Cat v cat <3 Senpai in particular also has an easy 'in' to Dandie's mainverse by sheer virtue of being a Literal video game character, so her finding a funky game & it being Senpai's is very straightforward which could lead to an interesting dynamic, especially considering Senpai being part code part Mentally Ill Guy meaning he's just not the healthiest innately but could also lead to some interesting growth as they learn to deal with eachother since. well. unless Dandie pawned Senpai's game off to somebody else or overcame what guilt there'd probably be of permanently shutting his game off, they're stuck with eachother BKHGTBR

ofc, there's also my UT/DR muses! Chara, Asgore, Toriel, Kris, Ralsei, Jevil and Noelle all leap first to mind, with Toriel in particular radiating the potential to have an interesting impact in her life if given the chance. I do have higher muse for DR muses at the moment, but I also think there could be an interesting dynamic with Ralsei and Dandie, being so similar and yet so different in the same breath, and the same kinda goes with Noelle! Especially since by default, I tend to play her after the events of a half completed ( and in one verse, fully completed ) snowgrave run which offers an interesting aspect given her being a young girl trying to find herself through a time of hardship and anxiety and very fresh trauma, and Jevil mostly because I think it could be fun <3 plus, Dandie I've noticed sometimes gravitates to folk of their chaotic nature :]

And of course, FNaF verse has a very wide array! Monty, Spring Bonnie, Mangle, Marionette, Toy Bonnie, OG Chica, OG Freddy, Plushtrap, Vanny, I've a cavalcade of options to throw at her, should any gel in particular!

Potentially Modeus, Karin or Anatoly could also be interesting; Modeus because of their aspect as a demon, and Karin + Anatoly as being VERY tied to the forest & folklore by sheer virtue of their story ( essentially being about a group of people fleeing from a country take refuge in a cabin and slowly starving as a storm prevents them from leaving, with the owner of the cabin having ties to the baba yaga ). there's some options!!!

Dustfinger specifically stands out because in his case, he's a book character who was read out into modern reality and is struggling to cope with it in a world lacking the magic and fantasy of the world he came from, which could be VERY interesting and mesh very well imo with Noel!! I also think there could be something neat with Chica, Freddy, and Marionette with her, given how they're some of the oldest animatronics. Perhaps finding them out in the street after being scrapped between FNaF 2 and 3?

something with LN's Hunter or the Lady, or even Evren from Sacritice could also be neat, just based on vibes! Actually, Klaasje and Noel in particular would also be very fun, less because of the witchy aspect and more because just like. fucken girlbosses, i feel like Noel would like Klaasje's attitude or at the very least Klaasje would like Noel's BHKGBTR though, honestly Skullkid, Artemis, Ares, Hypnos, Zagreus, WD Gaster, the Doll, etc etc could all work n be very inchresting!!! Ranging from Skullkid following the same concept of a child lost in a forest becoming a creature to straight-up accidentally invoking Zagreus from the Underworld be it by invoking his name or via magic, they could all function vv well!! its verrry flexible!!

Mainverse set pre-movie and can carry over to the events of the film. The Mariner is a drifter surviving on his own and by trading what he scavenged from the ocean floor.

Post-film, The Mariner periodically returns to Dryland and is in a committed relationship with Helen. Eventually living there permanently when Helen gives birth to their son, Vaku. In this verse Enola has begun to take on a leadership position amongst the survivors as she's grown older.

v; the way of water

Avatar verse, The Mariner is a member Na'vi who's tribe was destroyed. As in canon he roams the seas and survives by trade and his own abilities.

v; luminous beings are we

Star Wars verse, The Mariner is a Mandalorian who's become a smuggler. Despite that he does hold to the Mandalorian Resol'nare albeit in his own way.

v; stronger than the tide

Generic fantasy verse- The Mariner is a foundling, part human and part mermaid. Outcast between both

DC/Marvel verse where the Mariner is a mutant/meta-human albeit who only answers to his mutant name.

A modern verse where The Mariner is an escapee from a lab with no memory of his past and gills. Whether a member of a separate/hybrid species or genetically engineered is unknown.

some notes on alune in modern verse:

She’s more into spiritualism than Aphelios. Aphelios will carry crystals around and wear them, but Alune often casts charms, burns herbs and incense, and is very knowledgeable about astronomy. She knows that Aphelios isn’t as interested as she is, but she always gifts him new and beautiful stones and always sends good energy his way.

Perhaps unexpectedly, Alune is a big fan of heavy metal and screamo, perhaps even more than her brother. Though they started out doing duets of more popular songs, the twins quickly shifted gears into performing more metal songs, and doing metal covers of other songs. Despite her natural grace and beauty, Alune knows how to get down. 

When Aphelios first started losing his voice, she was the one to suggest learning asl and later ksl so that they could maintain the same level  of communication and intimacy as before. This was an immensely difficult time for Alune, but she kept most of her fears of losing her brother tight to her chest and instead focused on turning that energy into thinking of productive ways to help Aphelios through what was, arguably, an even more difficult time for him.

Alune is absolutely ethereal to look at. She’s dyed her naturally black hair blonde, like here and here, and always drapes herself with beautiful modest jewellery. Her ears are pierced several times, and she has a number of tattoos, including two she got to match Aphelios (x,x). Though she loves to be fashionable, she always chooses comfortable clothes that she can run around in, and will  always take an opportunity to take off her shoes and  walk barefoot.

Despite all that she’s been through, Alune is actually a bit naive, just like her brother. Looking after and supporting Aphelios meant that Alune had less time for socialising and having many of the experiences that teenagers do, so when she went abroad for schooling after high school, she had a lot to catch up on. That being said, she’s very textbook smart and a natural at retaining information. She’ll never forget a birthday or an anniversary, and she can rattle off information from a Wikipedia dive she and Aphelios went on six years prior if you’re not careful. Moreover, Alune thinks deeply, and is very emotionally intelligent. She can read people quite easily, and puts a lot of energy into trying to understand others and grapple with the big questions in life.

Alune is cheerful and optimistic to a fault, always searching for the positives in any situation. She’s the polar opposite of Aphelios in many ways, but one thing she shares with her brother is the other half of his guilt. While Aphelios feels guilty for holding her back, Alune feels guilty for not being there for him as much as she knows he relies on her. Even before she went abroad to study, she would often choose to hang out with Aphelios instead of her friends, regardless of how much he protested otherwise. 

Most of all, Alune loves Aphelios. This is clear in everything from the way she talks (Aphelios always comes up in conversation, and it’s always fondly), and in all their matching tattoos and accessories, her lock screen (always them together, having fun) ... It’s impossible to know Alune without knowing Aphelios too, and her love for him is absolutely unshakeable.

VERSES STUFF 

I’m gonna do a heccin update one of these days prolly next week when I find another theme for hisui <3 but in the meantime here’s a breakdown. 

Mainverse - canon divergent , follows an au where nothing bad ever happened MirSan fam are living happily together , training together , gonna live to old age and gonna make a whole slayers village and clan. Long live the taijiya xD this is the one I write in most frequently.

Yashahime: CANON - as close to canon events as I can write. At the moment I don’t like the direction the show’s taking with the slayers atm so we’ll see if this sticks around. 

Yashahime: CANON DIVERGENT 001 - hisui runs off with the girls on adventures and they get into trouble together. that’s it. he goes without kohaku’s consent soooo... yeah :’v feels 

Yashahime: CANON DIVERGENT 002 - hisui’s village was attacked by an unknown enemy of demons and his uncle supposedly perished in the fire. with no idea about where his parents are at, the events of the past and more he’s gone to bring his uncle’s killer to justice. spoiler alert via el , kohaku’s still alive and searching for hisui and the girls. 

Yashahime: CANON DIVERGENT 003 - hisui runs off with kirara to go be his best demon slayer self. he comes back five years later an extraordinary demon slayer and someone his village can look up to. 

Yashahime: CANON DIVERGENT 004 - after his father’s passing , hisui runs away and travels trying to find himself. it’s vaguely based on the lion king, one of my favorite movies and broadway musicals. mushin looks after him and helps him connect with the past and part of himself he lost, to return to the village and face down his father’s killer. 

Back to the future! Yashahime: CANON DIVERGENT 005 - a verse in which the group time travels trying to fix the past in order to save the future. 

Yashahime: CANON DIVERGENT 006 - an alternative choice where hisui chose to follow in his father’s footsteps instead of his mothers becoming a monk instead of a slayer.

Modern AU - a young up and coming sports star , hisui is a junior student in high school training to become an olympic athlete like his mother. he’s quite popular at school but keeps to himself in his private life. 

Royal AU - pending info, still working this out but he’s either going to be a prince or knight.

Yakuza AU - Hisui is a young man that just transferred to a school as a senior. He’s enrolled in witness protection because of an incident a few years ago and lives with Wu Wei Mushin , a retired detective and volunteer at a community center. he was also good friend of hisui’s parents that were murdered. 

Kougahime AU -  a plotted verse in which hisui is the son of miroku and kagome and has an older brother, nobu.

historical romance with a british woman who is an international adventurer (peggy/johanna, differences include hel and peggy broke up at some point bc the editors are cowards even when they do confirm the romantic undertones where hel and johanna had a decades-long marriage which included co-parenting, bc v*rtigo is not made up of cowards who throw their readers the barest scrap and claim allyship.)

blighted romance with a proud but tragic king who possesses a fiery temper (n*mor/dream, differences include hel having admired and lost dream compared to the role reversal of n*mor having admired hel unrequitedly since his youth as per certain modern writers)

masked dude wants to marry her (doom/red jack. the latter is someone she considers a friend who is a little too into the concept of possessing her as a bride despite her apparent disinterest. the former actually won her heart, got her to commit, and they now live in domestic bliss with their young child.)

actually doom/hel can also be said to parallel dream/hel in its approach except one is endgame and the other one was a brief but tragic romance on hel’s part.

my own take is that mainverse!hel would be the better written character in that she’s got more depth and isn’t bogged down by the admittedly more black and white morality of the other setting, yet she lacks the stability and forward motion of her alternate. 6i6 hel has developed into a character who has had an interesting and ongoing arc that sees her fulfilled and making a life on her own terms, which her counterpart still has yet to attain for any meaningful amount of time.

Thought dump:

- i may write akali as nice but trust me she's an asshole to strangers. I've just mostly written with KDA members and she's much nicer to them.

- akali is v private. Does not like talking about her secrets. Does not like talking about her feelings. Feels extremely uncomfortable when either are brought up.

- I've really weighed between whether or not KDA akali would kill someone and it's likely she would if she felt she had to. It's the same as mainverse. She knows right and wrong but killing someone isn't that big of a deal to her as long as she feels it's the right thing to do at that moment.

- tying into that she's obviously softer than her mainverse counterpart in KDA but let's acknowledge she still has that martial arts training and skill she has in main in this more modern verse. I'm not saying modern would beat main in a fight, but it would still be pretty close.

- shen is her dad. Her dad is shen. Shen? Dad. Not like... biologically. But he's her dad. And that's the only family she talks to

- uses humor to deflect when she feels defensive or uncomfortable. That, or she will literally just leave. Bye. She doesn't care.

- extremely excitable but gets tired of things just as quickly. Will give something 100% of her effort until she gets bored of it, at least. She needs to be kept entertaining for her attention to stay on something.

TIMELINE: ATTICUS

Are you ready for 1600 words of Atticus lore? Then BOY HOWDY do I have some good news for you. I ran out of steam by the time I hit the last few verses so they have way less detail, but whATEVER. I’ve also completely skimmed over so many details (like Atticus’ lingering issues with being cut off from his Indigenous heritage; his father’s disappearance; his relationships with various friends and lovers throughout his life; some of the shit he did and witnessed throughout his time with the gang and in order to escape them; etc) because otherwise the word count would be RIDICULOUS.

Note: There’s no set time period for this. A lot of Atticus’ mainverse is tagged as “v: age of sail” for the convenience of keeping most of my verses vaguely within the Black Sails timeline (1705-1720 usually) but realistically these are probably within the 1800s somewhere. The real question is: who gives a shit, it’s MY sandbox and history is what I say it is.

Under the cut for length. Warnings include talk of gangs, gang life, and so on.

Note: This is VERY much a work in progress and almost no detail has really been hammered out, especially regarding Atticus' time as an outlaw within the gang since I have a lot of research to do in that area (since I know more about modern gangs and cult dynamics than Ye Olde ones). Nonetheless, all of these verses are open for interaction/asks/etc - though verses marked as (intermission) or (segue) really exist more to bridge some verses together.

v: before it all (childhood) (0-13)

Atticus' early, pre-outlaw life, spanning from his birth to the age of about 12-13. He lives with his mother and sister in a small town in the middle of buckass nowhere; his father visits once a year or so up until Atticus is about 10, when he mysteriously stops coming. It isn't long after this that Atticus first becomes involved with the [redacted] gang, likely through befriending one of the younger members by accident. By the time he's about 12, he's built up a steadfast trust and codependence on the group - and his relationship with his mother has steeply declined, in part due to her reticence about his Native father and determination to erase any non-Whiteness from their children, and in part because of how vehemently she opposes his involvement with the gang.

v: drinking the water (gang member) (12-28)

Spans around eight years, from when Atticus is 12-13 to roughly 20-28. Atticus is ass-deep in the cult-like dynamic of the gang and has lost all contact with his mother, though he and his sister exchange letters here and there. He is extremely loyal to the group and considers them 'his people', is inherently distrustful of outsiders and has precisely no interest in living amongst them.

Grievances with the gang's behaviour towards both him and others start accumulating, however, when Atticus is about 18-20. They start off small, but as his sense of self develops and he starts to get more of a feel for who he is as a person, the problems start building up. This may be in part due to exposure to other dissenting members of the group who were swiftly either disposed of or, uh, re-educated; Atticus did not like seeing that shit At All despite his usual cognitive dissonance.

That isn't by any means the only factor; as he gets older, he's also granted significantly more freedom, which results in exposure to all kinds of people and places that he simply wasn't aware of as a kid. By the time he's about 25, he knows for sure that the life they're living now isn't one he wants to keep, but you don't simply leave a gang like that. It takes him a couple more years to a) figure out some kind of plan and b) gather the resources, courage, and knowledge he'll need to pull it off and live.

v: the aftermath (post gang) (28-30)

Somehow, Atticus finds his way out of cult-gang hell. There are no dramatics involved - he simply disappears during a hunt one day, to arouse the least suspicion. Unfortunately, he wasn't alone on the hunt- the gang's leader had sent someone along with him to keep an eye on him, as (unbeknownst to Atticus) his growing resentment and flightiness had not gone unnoticed by the rest of the group. It's likely that the person sent with him was someone Atticus liked a great deal, as the leader hoped that this would dissuade him from doing anything stupid to get away--

--but needless to say, they were later found dead in the woods, and Atticus was gone. He spent the next two years flitting around as much as possible, trying to get as far away as he could. The gang sent out hunts for him, of course- at first with the intention of simply talking to him and seeing if they could persuade him to come back. After Atticus started killing them off, they sent out searches for him with significantly less friendly intentions.

It's during this time that he takes on the name Atticus as his own. No forename/surname: just Atticus, or Mr. Atticus if folks are feeling polite. It's also during this time that he acquires Bad Jim, a black and white horse that accompanies him for the next several years, often as his sole companion. He buys Bad Jim (then unnamed) from a horse trader entirely legitimately, but pays an absurd amount for him because the trader--according to Atticus--had "clocked [him] as a wanted fella of some sort and wanted to capitalize on his desperation".

(The truth is a little different: the trader had, indeed, clocked him as a wanted man, but he raised the price of the horse to compensate himself for the risk of selling a horse to a possible felon).

It’s during this time that he meets The Captain--then called Amelia--for the first time; the two stay in contact for the remainer of Atticus’ life.

The gang stops actively searching for him about a year and a half in, though Atticus still doesn't let his guard down for a good couple of years afterwards. During this time, higher-ranking members of the gang begin to spread the story that Atticus is dead. In later years, this story will become that Atticus never existed - younger members who join later on have no idea who he is, as to their knowledge, no-one escapes the gang and lives.

v: solo outlaw (30-36)

No longer quite so intensely on the run from the gang, Atticus encounters a problem: he is definitely still wanted by various authorities for his involvement with them. Not only that, but he has no damn idea how to exist outside of them. He makes a few token attempts at honest work--tries taking odd jobs for people, herds cattle and has a brief stint as a stableboy--but in the end, he just can't take to it. Within a few months, he's more or less going off the rails: where before he'd at least tried to steer himself towards being what he thought of as a Good Man(TM), he repeatedly finds himself committing actions he would abhor from anyone else. He tries real hard to find some kind of moral balance between doing what he's good at and doing what he wants to be good at, but alas, the poor bastard's more or less on his own and having a shit time of it.

Other than that, no fucking idea about the details of this verse. He's an outlaw still - he's just on his own instead of with a gang, and more often than not, he takes on jobs from people who need someone killed or threatened.

It's during this time (when he’s about 32) that he meets the woman who eventually becomes Icarus' mother. There's no immediate spark, nothing like that; she neither trusts nor likes him at first. It's when he tells her--a half-Black, half-Indigenous woman--that his father was Indigenous that she first gives him the time of day, and it's long after that, when he talks about his feelings of inbetween-ness and his frustration at being cut off from half of his heritage that she starts to actually warm to him even platonically.

Icarus is born soon afterwards, but by then, Atticus and [I'll think of a name one day]'s relationship has already begun to... not deteriorate, exactly, but shift. They were never really in love to begin with so much as they were good friends who found a comfort in one another they couldn’t find elsewhere.

Anyway the point is, they separate when Icarus is still very small; Atticus is losing direction and feels as stuck as he did before, and his presence is causing more problems than it solves. He vows to stay in touch, though, and he does- and later in life, much of the money he makes from bounty-hunting goes back to his friend and their kid.

It's towards the end of this verse that Bad Jim is killed in combat, during a run-in with Atticus' old gang - specifically some newer, younger members of it that don't know him, but Atticus is able to recognise them. The horse falls atop Atticus as it dies and essentially crushes him to the ground- he's only saved from being completely crushed by the overturned wagon beside him that takes some of Bad Jim's weight. Despite still sustaining severe injuries from it, Bad Jim's death saves Atticus' life: he has no choice but to play dead until the shooting's over and the smoke clears. The gang members give him a cursory check to see if he's dead, but given that they have no idea who Atticus is, they have no reason to do anything but check and move on.

It takes Atticus a long time to recover from the injuries sustained in the fight that took Bad Jim; he's essentially forced to find somewhere to lie low and recuperate, and has to rely on the kindness of strangers and mere acquaintances during it.

Towards the end of this time, he also acquires the dog that now accompanies him almost everywhere; an Anatolian Shepherd I still don’t have a name for.

TL;DR; Having recognised that he Fucking Hates being an outlaw but isn't much good at anything else, Atticus finds a compromise: he becomes a bounty hunter, straddling both sides of the law at once.

It's during this time that he he meets Isaiah, who helps him out of several rough patches.

Styxx v: canon/modern/mainverse/everythingverse combo 

1. what made your muse the way they are today?

A combination of a lot of things, but mainly his family. More specifically, the hatred in his family. Not just toward him, though he for sure got a fair share of hatred from his mother, his sister, and his twin ( once ash returned to the main palace ), and abuse from his father who part of the time loved him and part of the time loathed him. But honestly, his family was filled with hatred. 

His father hated his wife for bearing a bastard child ( styxx’s twin, which some witch woman claimed was the son of a god because of his strange silver eyes…. long story), hated Ash for being the bastard child, partly hated Styxx because he can’t ever be 100% certain Styxx isn’t the son of a god as well. 

His mother hated Ash for ruining her life, and Styxx for the same thing, and hated her husband for believing some witch woman when she was, in fact, innocent of any affairs. 

His sister sometimes hated her father for hating Ash and sending him away, but mostly hated Styxx for not being the “hated” child. 

Ash hated his mother and father for abandoning him for nothing more than being born, hated his uncle for pimping him out (literally), hated Styxx for being the “favored” son, hated everyone for wanting to buy his “services” so frequently, and sometimes hated their sister for trying to help when she always only made it worse for him unintentionally. 

Styxx’s family was just filled with hatred toward everyone. The only positive relationship in the entire family was his father and his uncle, who had a close, loving relationship. Other than those two, the entire family was just a constant cycle of hatred toward each other. And that taught him that he didn’t want to be like them. That hated spurred in Styxx compassion, composure, objectivity, and kindness. 

2. what’s your muse’s biggest regret ?

Honestly he has two:

That he couldn’t save his brother. And that he couldn’t save his wife.

Uchiha Sasuke The last surviving Uchiha. Reincarnate of Indra Ōtsutsuki.

Most people Sasuke interacts with will fall into one of the main verses. Generally speaking, if you are roleplaying someone that is not Naruto then the Naruto that Sasuke speaks of is @foxkage. Of course if you’re a Naruto interacting with him in mainverse then you’re the Naruto :p

Main Verse;; (no tag used) Most people he interacts with will fall into this verse or some version of it.

   Now 20, Sasuke has just returned to Konoha. Very few people know the precise reason for his return and many are skeptical of his intentions. Unlike in canon, Sasuke did not do any time after he fought Naruto as he escaped before they could incarcerate him.

With both arms in tact and quite a bit more power than he had previously, the Uchiha turned himself in. He spends a great deal of time with the Konoha Torture and Interrogation Force and every now and then he is permitted out of their cells, but this is currently rare.

   Spending a year in jail, he is finally released  once 21 (or close to). Sasuke settles just outside of the village border in a small apartment. He’ll report to Kakashi but often goes AWOL for long periods of time where only Naruto knows his whereabouts ( sort of ). He is not married to Sakura nor dating her, rather he is on and off with Naruto although few people if any know this. Years later, Sasuke acts as Naruto’s left hand man and eyes outside of the village once Naruto takes office. This verse does not follow Boruto.

Main Verse: The Time Between;;    Within the same verse as the main verse, this is his years between 17 - 19. His times travelling through his own world and other worlds. This is the best verse to meet him in if your muse is not from the Naruto franchise. This verse can also be played as 19+ (as in, they met during this time and kept in touch after Sasuke returned and grows older).

v;; rise from the ashes      Sasuke leaves Konoha in good standing after being released from T&I. Occasionally he takes missions from Kakashi and keeps in contact with Naruto but has chosen to stay outside of the village and feels he is not ready to reside there (frankly, is unsure if he ever will be).

  Now 25, Sasuke finally decided to take accountability for his nonsense during his time with Hebi/Taka. He first seeks Karin, then Suigetsu, and eventually will seek Juugo. Eventually Taka returns as a team, helping one another achieve personal missions and - later - becoming a nomadic team for hire much like how Akatsuki was prior to it's decline. Their way of helping repair the shinobi world.

v;; the wandering sage     Hagoromo’s power does not leave him when he seals Kaguya. As so, his prowess with all six paths and yin release ( genjutsu ) are amplified immensely. When Sasuke leaves Konoha, he never returns. He does not settle there and he does not marry. From time to time he will correspond with some people within the village and every now and then he swings by but more importantly he always seems to show up when needed. 

     This is the case with other villages, too. Sasuke has taken an elusive role, choosing to serve those in need regardless of their affiliation. From time to time he has been known to take on a student. If you can find him, that is. This verse can have Sasuke accompanied by a partner.

            Canon character from Rooster Teeth’s RWBY.                   ( RWBY is a more or less modern setting sci-fantasy web anime set in an alternate world, Remnant, where all living beings with souls generate a natural energy called aura which protects them from physical harm and heals them. They can manifest this aura into powers and abilities called ‘semblances.’ )             Blake is a faunus---an intelligent humanoid species, with some minor animal traits. For Blake, these traits manifest as a pair of cat ears, improved senses, a love of tuna, and a mistrust of dogs. She was formerly in training to become a huntress---government licensed warriors trained to combat monsters, criminals, and evildoers alike alongside but separate from the police and military---until her huntsmen academy was destroyed by forces beyond its students’ imagining, allied with a darker element of her past.
