they hv little backed goods there and spock eats some on the recommendation of the captain. well, turns out the pastries are really yummy and contain a certain substance.. chocolate.

the more the chocolate intoxicates the first officers mind, the more his vulcan control seems to slip ever so slightly.

somehow he ends up making music with lieutenant uhura again. chekov and sulu beg them to sing a duett, "i bet mr spock could sing really nicely if hed loosen up a little and let himself enjoy it"

and that he does. uhura begins singing a familiar tune. something stupid. quite illogical spock has the song memorised. when hes all alone, despite his attempts to control his emotions, he sometimes sits in his room, listening to old romantic songs, imagining himself having 'something stupid' with his very own captain.

as the pair sings- quite beautifully btw, their voices sound great together. some may suspect they even practiced this..spocks gaze is fixed on his captain

and the captain. well he stands a little back, removed from the small crowd. a drink in hand, mesmerised by the voice and overall serenity of his first officer and in this moment he wishes he was in lieutenant uhurars place.

Redman stands out to me from the rest of cast so I decided to make some ideas about this mysterious lil fella :3 (Im freshly new into the fandom so if say smn thats already canon lmk cuz im clueless😭)

• I feel like he was a computer science major before he met his demise, which is why he’s known for hacking hehehhe stupi lil nerd🤓☝️ • his bottom set of ribs have been modified to be like arms so he can still type away at a computer

• I think it would be cool if he had the ability to manipulate heat, either making a room scorching hot or he can absorb all the heat in the room, basically making him a walking ac💀I think this would be a much cooler tactic to kill victims instead of just chilling in the furnace waiting for them to come over

• I like to believe that he was the very first person to be kidnapped by flumpty, he “won” but actually couldn’t leave, making him quite pissed giving flumpty a good ol’ crack on his shell, leading redman to perish in some lava, naw I do not believe he drank some lava, that mf got DUNKED in it💀💀💀

• this one is random but I like imagining he has dyspraxia, wobbling all over the place and constantly falling down stairs😭I have no idea why I think that but it fits so well in my mind
