Fun fact I AM A HORROR MOVIE ADDICT here is whyyyyy:

I love horror movies there’s something special about them, they explore so many topics that I feel like aren’t often put on a viewers plate or just aren’t often discussed (which is why I love a good psychological horror). Not to mention how broad the «horror » category is, meaning there’s just so much that counts as horror you cannot get bored. One minute you could be watching blood and roses ( a personal fav) about lesbian vampires (OMG LESBIANS TERRIFYING ;) and next something like American psycho about a narcissistic investment banker by day and serial killer by night ( in the day time I’m Marinette I’m so sorry it just popped in my head). Another really fun thing about horror movies is websites like tubi where I purposefully seek out crappy films that call themselves horror. Some personal favs are « thanks killing », and the « evil bong » series I’ve only watched one but I’m pretty sure there is more. these films are so bad that they’re good yk, they’re what you watch when you want to zone in and out and here some crazy out of context stuff eg. A turkey wearing a little girls dads face and convincing her it’s her dad ( little red riding hood core🤩) mostly they are gore and blood but they can also be full of funny cliches and basically be horror comedies, the only issues with that tho would be they become infinitely less funny if they try to be. ANYWAYSSSS there is atleast 100000 more reasons but I chose not to talk ur ear off here are some recs of my favsssss

got to watch black christmas!! It was quite a fun holiday horror movie--always a fan of old school slashers cuz I go feral 4 them. And I also got to watch My Bloody Valentino too, but it was only the 2009 sequel that was available on tubi sadly, it was still good tho! I always hate that whenever I wanna watch a popular horror movie its always not available on a streaming platform I don't own or I have to buy or fuckin do a premium subscription (fucking HATE TV services most times, man 😑)

OH, aaaand I recently found out that your OTHER fav movie, american psycho, is on peacock so I get to watch that as well when I have time. Im still yet to watch zero day (yet), but I am planning to watch it still tomorrow at some point.

On another positive note, ur slasher hcs are SUPER based n glad we share similarities in hcs. Ive been watching and binging a FUCKTON of horror movies--even the grotesque/disturbing and indie ones--on tubi. So im having myself a mini fixation lol.

On ANOTHER additional note, ive also been focusing on my writing my Poly Ghostface/Billy Loomis AU fanfiction after not like, writing for a YEAR straight due to writers block (which fuckin sucks) but im getting back into it to focus on the series.

A 6ish hour long historic podcast about every event that led up to the Titanic being built, setting sail, the disaster/sinking and the events that followed the event. It’s called “Well There’s Your Problem”. All of them are great and funny and it’s so interesting! So if you’re in the market to spend 6 hours listening to the in and outs of Titanic, I highly recommend it!

There’s also this “live-action” documentary (Free on Tubi) about the body recovery, the victims and all that unfortunate jazz right after the sinking of Titanic. Worth the watch, very fascinating!

Lastly, this is just the creation and behind the scenes footage of how they made and produced Titanic ‘97. Love watching it, always amazed by it.
