I’m so glad I did a test for Wes before I wore him to Sakura-Con, he was soooo much more comfortable this time.

While I think espeon was a little truer to my whole; if I’m designing a gijinka to go with a trainer they need to look like they’d actually be traveling with this trainer. We really tried though for espeon the very capable and suave brother, and Umbreon the feisty goblin brother who does his best.

My Cosplay at Tsukino-Con 2019 Saturday

Went as Usagi Tsukino to the FanExpo 2019 in Vancouver today as a treat for my birthday tomorrow. I got some Lotor and Mewtwo goodies. Got an autograph from Solid Snake's VA and talked for quite a while with Jasper's/Allura's VA - about mice (connected with my research), getting old, and how cons in Germany are.

Everyone who recognized my Lotor plush was like "Lotor deserved better", i loved it!

Tsukino-Con 2019 Feedback

It’s that time of year again everyone!  The Tsukino-Con 2019 feedback form is good to go.  

There’s a link on the sidebar but you can also go Here and let us know what you liked, what you didn’t and what you want to see for next year.

You can attach your name to it or have it be posted completely anonymously, but if you DO decide to have your name in it I will still present it to the other staff as an anonymous submission.

The main benefit for having your name on the form is that I’m able to reach out to you to confirm or clarify details.  

I do read each submission myself (I’m a big boy!) and we accept submissions from attendees, guests, artists/vendors and even other staff members! There’s an option to select the badge type you received.

Please submit feedback! Be as detailed as you can, I always want the convention to appeal to as many people as possible and the best way to do that is to hear what our attendees want to see. If something bothered you I want to know what it was so it can be fixed for future years. 

Be blunt if you need to be!  Every bit of feedback helps prepare us to exceed your expectations for next year.

I've got two Horizon Zero Dawn shoots planned (in extreme locations, too) and I'm planning to unveil six or seven new cosplays before the halfway mark in 2019. Nữ thần tượng Nhật Bản tự sát ở tuổi 18 vì bị bắt nạt trên mạng

Cuối tháng 9, hai cô gái trẻ tuổi đã nhảy lầu tự tử từ nóc một khách sạn ở Nagoya, tỉnh Aichi (Nhật Bản), Kyodo đưa tin.

Một trong hai cô gái là Noa Tsukino (18 tuổi), cựu thành viên của một nhóm nhạc thần tượng vị thành niên. Trước khi chết vài ngày, Tsukino gây xôn xao mạng xã hội với bài đăng ám chỉ ý định tự tử do bị bắt nạt trên mạng.

Các bài đăng của Tsukino được công khai từ tháng 9. Khi bày tỏ suy nghĩ muốn tự kết liễu đời mình, cô đã nhận nhiều bình luận độc hại, trong đó có người viết rằng: "Bạn chỉ đang giả mạo".

Ngày 27/9, Tsukino viết lời nhắn cuối cùng để đáp lại những người từng bình luận xúc phạm cô. Cô cảm ơn bạn bè và những người thân yêu khác, đồng thời xác nhận quyết định kết liễu cuộc đời mình. "Điều tiếp theo tôi sẽ làm là đảm bảo mình phải chết", Tsukino viết.

Tsukino đã tự tử ở trung tâm thành phố Nagoya sầm uất vào ngày 30/9 cùng với một người bạn nữ. Trong bức thư tuyệt mệnh, cô chỉ ra rằng bắt nạt trên mạng xã hội là nguyên nhân khiến mình chọn từ bỏ cuộc sống.

Ngày 1/10, ngay sau khi truyền thông đưa tin về vụ việc, mẹ của Tsukino đã xác nhận cái chết của con gái. Tin tức này đã gây ra sự phẫn nộ trong giới trẻ.

Cư dân mạng không ngừng lên án những người từng chỉ trích Tsukino, đặc biệt là người bình luận gọi cô là "kẻ giả mạo" trên Twitter. Nhận xét này hiện đã bị xóa.

Một đồng nghiệp nữ tại quán cà phê hầu gái nơi Tsukino từng làm việc bán thời gian cũng bị nhắm tới. Một YouTuber thậm chí còn đăng video cho thấy cô gái này bị ép quỳ xuống cầu xin tha thứ sau cái chết của cựu thần tượng.

Mẹ của Tsukino rất lo sợ những hành động trả thù như vậy sẽ tạo ra thêm nhiều nạn nhân hơn và kêu gọi mọi người dừng các bài đăng tấn công.

"Đây không phải là những gì con gái tôi muốn", bà nói.

Những lời kêu gọi thay đổi luật pháp liên quan đến bắt nạt trên mạng ở Nhật Bản đang ngày càng gia tăng.

Tháng 5, Hana Kimura (22 tuổi) một diễn viên của chương trình thực tế nổi tiếng Netflix Terrace House, đã tự tử sau khi trở thành mục tiêu của những tin nhắn thù hận trên mạng xã hội.

Tháng trước, một hội đồng chính phủ đã đề xuất giảm các thủ tục tòa án để các nạn nhân của bắt nạt trên mạng có thể xác định nhanh hơn những cá nhân đăng bài phỉ báng.

Một hội đồng của bộ truyền thông đã nhận được hơn 5.000 đơn khiếu nại về lạm dụng trực tuyến bao gồm cả phỉ báng trong năm 2019, tăng gấp 4 lần so với năm 2010. Chính phủ dự kiến ​​trình dự luật sửa đổi lên quốc hội vào năm tới.
