Hello Tumblr!

Dear Tumblr Users,

I've known about this platform for a while now and only have I just recently made an account/blog. I don't expect to get much attention but I do wish to at least post as to not be in the dark as I have been on most social media. Just consider this the beginning of a random and quite small account that you will perhaps never hear of again. I'm not sure what I will be posting just yet but I've decided to say that the theme will be of that of a haunted/broken computer per say.

Hello! I’ve been slowly making my way through social media platforms though the years and I used to have a private one of these blogs years ago but thought it might be interesting to start a main account on here finally since tumblr has just the right amount of crazy and artistic community that I’m looking for at the moment.

I’m a plant lover, music enthusiast, concert goer, adventurer, traveler, and creatively driven individual! I’m not sure what this blog will turn out being, I’m majorly making it for my own enjoyment, but if you would like to join me for the ride then you’re welcome to it.

I haven’t blogged in over 10 years. I tend to use Social Media accounts to “rant” about my number one passion and that’s music. Unfortunately, I don‘t have “friends” that listen to music that I like. I decided that I would try this again with hope of turning others onto new music, make some “friends“ and learn about music from others. I’m 40 years old (operating at about 28 year old) from Upstate NY. My only outings in life are live Music. I have been attending live music events for over 25 years. Hardcore and Punk music was what I really enjoyed. Music is important to me because it has saved my life and has made my life full when it seemed anything but.. It was my support system! I have struggled with Mental Health for almost 30 years.. So young where people hated you for what was going on, left you behind and took your name and ran with the ignorants of “crazy girl”, “no one likes you”, kill yourself.. ect.. I was in and out of Mental hospitals and private places most of my mid teens to mid 20’s.. I had to learn to deal with my brain Without being over drugged.. In a “world“ full of hush hush about mental illness, it was horrible having others believe and support. Music was always there for me. It became one of the most powerful “things” in the world to me. I could change my feelings based upon what I would play, within seconds. It’s also the one thing no matter who you are and what you stand for is put aside and people get along. Woodstock 94’ was on some of my families land and I got to go in on horse back - security at 12ish this was my first time every seeing anything live.. It was the most amazing thing I have ever came across, people having fun, helping each other, no judgement, just good vides.. I was sold, after that day ALL I wanted to do was have a tour or have shows.. life isn’t aways what you plain & that never happened til about 5-6 years ago. I had 2 shows at this point. The second one, I was grateful enough to have some help from a member of the band that was playing. Over 260 people came out to this bar that never had anything like this there, it was the biggest metal show in my county. The next attempt was 10 metal bands outside this place.. The date ended up being a UFC fight so, that wasn’t a good turn out & after giving bands food, beer, moonshine & a couple rooms over night I came out very negative.. I had to hold off paying a couple of them, but in a couple months send them money plus $50.. It was fun anyways fun. Im a lifer for volunteering for Live music, and have for many many years hoping something would turn up were I could at least make money.. NOPE, but I wanted to start a mental health tour with bands that struggle and non profits so others could know where to get help and KNOW it is ok, not to be ok.. I worked for a music conference for years and it wasn’t the best time, but in that time someone else in CA has.. I just want people to never feel the way I did and know it’s ok to be YOU and that you don’t have to feel the way you do, you aren’t alone, and if you don’t want to feel that way, put the work in and their is amazing support out there. You need to want it! You are worth it!! Tell next time.. Haunted

“You just seem… Haunted.” The word reverberated in the back of her mind, crashing against the walls of her skull as it ached to find an escape. She couldn't comprehend it at first. The way the bones had twisted, cleaning the meat off so swiftly, breaking with the slightest of ease. It felt so right. Crunch. The sound was like a breath of relief. Every worry, every heartbreaking memory of black and blue sprawled against pale, yellow skin, words of humiliation etched onto wrists- gone. Haunted. Yes, she was haunted. Haunted by ghosts of ex-lovers who found every flaw and multiplied it. Haunted by the father who exploited her weaknesses and the mother who resented her for it. Haunted by the classmates who ridiculed the girl who could not answer the question aloud for fear of retaliation. Fear of failure. Fear of disappointment. Fear of herself. Here, in the blackened woods where branches extended around like lightning strikes, draping over her in a loving embrace, she found peace. She was no longer powerless. No longer afraid. She wiped the blood off her forehead, substituting the crimson liquid with mud as she dug the hole that would soon engulf the only remaining burden. Had she been better prepared, she definitely would've opted for her ragged clothes over her new attire: a sparkling blue dress that complemented her fiery red hair and low enough to hint at the perkiness of her breasts. But then, how else would she have attracted the sniveling aristocrat that kept eying her like a wolf on the hunt for its last meal. Despite her instincts to run, she smiled, flashing her light green eyes in his direction as an invitation. She was no sheep. She was a snake. A snake in disguise of a frail woman in need of a man’s touch. But she would act a sheep, as much as it pained her to do so. Because even ‘sheep’ needed to eat. It was easy, luring the wolf from the bar to the cab to the dimly lit hallway of her loft. She had to bite back the bile that rose at the back of her throat as she kissed him, moving her lips to the nape of his neck to nip lightly, gradually increasing the pressure so he wouldn't feel the needle breaking skin. The rush of adrenaline made it easy to move him from one corner of the loft to the other where she placed him on a prepared sheet. There, he slept. She watched the rise and fall of his chest, eyes ablaze with the idea that she would soon hinder that ability. He was notorious for lurking the shadows of bars, finding girls twice shy of his age, coercing them with roofied drinks or promising a good time and delivering just the opposite. Money made it easy for his victims to keep their mouths shut. They didn't stand a chance on the stand with a well paid attorney on the opposing end. She scoffed. Anger rose. Anger. An emotion. She smirked, grabbing the sides of his neck as she twisted it. Crunch. Haunted? No. Satisfied.
