Also, yes. It's JD because after a lifetime of being responsible, he is no longer responsible. He's the fun uncle, much to the horror of his brothers aside from Branch. Branch is the only brother who doesn't understand just how unsettling it is for JD to be so irresponsible.

Second place would be Clay. I just don't see him as someone who interacts well with others outside a professional setting. That's why I feel he would do marginally worse than Floyd, but not by much.

Speaking of, Floyd was the baby of the family of the longest time before Branch came along, and obviously, he didn't get much big brothering experience in before he dipped. That, and it's the general consensus that Floyd ended up a party animal nomad of some sort, so that's why he sucks. He does better than Clay only because he does have social skills.

This leaves the last 2, who would be good chaperones. Sp/Bruce being the best due to being a father of 13 (how is this man so chill?) so naturally he's great.

Branch comes in second because he's not a father, and can be intense, but that not always a bad thing.

Going back to JD for a moment, the first time Sp/Bruce (reluctantly) asks him to watch over his kids was also the last. He and Brandy were going on a date night, and all their usual sitters were unavailable, and JD was conveniently there on a visit, so they went to him. Sp/Bruce was reluctant for obvious reasons, but he was desperate, so he asked and gave JD a bunch of rules so that he wouldn't traumatize his kids with his bossyness. Never in a million years did he expect what actually happened, which was the opposite of JD being bossy. His house was a wreck, Rhonda was somehow stuck in the wall, the kitchen was on fire, and JD was engaged in a very serious looking water balloon fight with the kids. Needless to say, Brandy and Sp/Bruce were not happy, and when pressed, JD just said it was harmless fun and that SP/BRUCE needed to be so serious. That caused Sp/Bruce to short circuit BAD, and when this story was told to the rest of BroZone, Clay and Floyd had a hard time believing it. Branch, however, thought it made sense and didn't think much of it.

And that's the story of how JD retraumatized 3/4 of his little brothers.

The most unrealistic thing about Trolls Band Together is how little Branch's brothers teased him about getting a girlfriend. I'm sorry, but after seeing how they all reacted to him after 20 years, treating him like a baby despite looking older than some of them (those stress marks, man), there is no way they wouldn't have mercilessly poked fun at him for it, or told more embarrassing things to Poppy about him besides showing her his old baby pictures.

I mean, Bruce is literally a father, there's no way he wouldn't have jokingly said they needed to give Branch The Talk.
