@vanivanvanilla @thegalacticbucket @joebraltar @xxswagcorexx @korkynormy man thats a lot of @’s! anyway-
Some guys! Some dudes! :D This was very fun to draw. I don’t have them cropped to be usable emotes obviously, but if anyone does want to like adjust and edit these so they can actually be used as discord emotes in your personal fan servers or something absolutely feel free. (oh yeah also an extra vitalasy in there, as a treat)
[ID: The bottom two images are requests from tumblr post comments and the ask box. They read as the following: “vanivanvanilla: vortex and sleepy perhaps?” “thegalacticbucket: Planet and UwU!!!” “joebraltar: jaron smug” “xxswagcorexx: ashswagg and violence.” “korkynormy asked: How about some bashful parrot?” “Anonymous asked: ashswag + angy”
The top image is 5 drawings in marker of the corresponding lifestealers and emotions and the additional non-requested Vitalasy.
First is Vitalasy, he is a guy with a shadowed face in a black and purple gradient trimmed hooded cloak. The top of his hood shows the shape of two animal ears and he has an orange fringe peaking out. He has a fox tail that is wagging. He is grinning with closed eyes holding a light red heart.
Second is Ashswagg. He a light brown skinned guy with black hair with light purple strips and lavender eyes. He is wearing a purple suit jacket, dark grey vest, lavender shirt, and black tie. He is surrounded by purple and black pixelated glitches. He is gritting his teeth with a red anime anger mark next to him.
Third is Planetlord. They are a pure white person with clouds in the shape of hair. He is wearing a blue, purple, and pink gradient hoodie and headband with white star specks on it. His eyes are closed in an “UwU” face with their hands by their mouth. Two yellow sparkles are next to him.
Fourth is Vort3xdragon. He is a light skinned guy with light brown hair. He is wearing a blue hoodie and has small black horns and sunglasses. He has a pink blanket draped over his shoulders and his face is resting on his hand. Three Z’s are next to him to indicate tiredness.
Fifth is Parrotx2. He is a green, blue, and yellow parrot, He is wearing a fancy clock with a hood. The top half of the clock is a teal to green to yellow gradient lined in white ruffles. The bottom half if a dark blue to light blue gradient. The clock is held shut with a blue diamond shape. His wing is behind his head as he smiles bashfully.
Sixth is Yeah_Jaron. He is a light skinned guy with dark blue eyes and light yellow-brown hair. He is wearing a brown hat and trench coat, white button up, and red tie. A hand holds out a knife at him and he leans away smugly with his hands up.

Are y'all ready for Book 3? No? Well, I dont care, do I now. You're already reading, its too late for you to leave now.
The Villains of Skulduggery Pleasant 3 - Batu
We arrive in the third book, The Faceless Ones, which seamlessly incorporates the consequences of everyones actions into even worse mayhem.
Following Vengous almost succesful attempt at opening the rift, a mysterious man named Batu (who is also the guy dealing with Sanguine at the end of Book 2 being all ominous) is behind the kidnapping (and murder, lest I forget) of all remaining Teleporters. Because he needs someone to teleport something through a portal in a different dimension.
(Tangent: Im sure Shunters didnt exist yet in Book 3. I feel like this should have been a Shunter thing and I can neither remember nor bother to find proof why the Anchor needs a Teleporter instead of a Shunter. In Book 8, Crayfon Signate quite literally does something similar with the Sceptre of the Ancients, looking for a Signature and then finding the correct dimension. Im pretty sure its about it all being a gateway instead of a direct transferal. If anyone knows, do tell.)
Alright, so. We have Batu/Paddy as our main villain and he is a brilliant and excellent one. But lets get the honorable mentions out of the way, so no villains feel ignored.
Our boy Billy-Ray Sanguine is of course part of Batus Squad, but so are the remains of the the Diablerie with Jaron Gallow, Murder Rose and Gruesome Krav. I honestly admit that I feel they are caricatures and the screentime they have is sufficient not to make them boring. They all die in the end anyways and its a shame that it reflects in the way they are so very one note and almost ridiculously "evil". On top of that, we also have a Seahag (in a lake. With corpses. I do love how dumb that is). Then theres Scapegrace and the second buildup for Thurid Guild.
I will be honest with you: Batu is an exceptional villain in terms of motivation, speech and arc. His surrounding villains are sadly one note caricatures, besides those that get to live into the next book (mainly Guild, Scapegrace and Sanguine). The others are often played for jokes or just to make a point on how cruel, wicked and horrendous the Diablerie and the worshippers of the Faceless Ones truly are. Which, yeah. Thats fair. But I always love myself some three dimensional side characters, so let me be a little sad.
Now, lets think about why Batu actually works:
Hes mortal. Evil, yes. But mortal. But he could have been magic. Technically, its his birthright.
And thats all, really. Its man grasping for something he could have never had and that he could have never been gifted. Its another case of fanaticism. Fruitless, sad and deadly.
Now, the SPU has a long history of ignoring of belittling mortals in the way that they are and who they are. This becomes more apparent in later books (the xenophobia/eugenics in Phase 2 for example) but its also pretty evident here:
Batu uses his mortality, his frailness and his visual weakness as a shield. If, for example, Batu was young and fit, it wouldnt quite work the same way. His age and behaviour is a smokescreen.
Funnily enough, he even points it out in his first interaction with Skulduggery and Valkyrie:
"Reach a certain age and suddenly, you're a nobody, suddenly you're not even worth counting." - Book 3, Chapter 13
That combined with his somewhat senile mannerisms, the whole old-man schtick is so very stereotypical. Because of course it is. Both readers and heroes alike are blinded by how much of a an old man™ Paddy really is.
Contrast this with Batus first appearance in Chapter 7 and 14. The way he speaks ist fundamentally different.
"You failed me, Mr Sanguine. I paid you to do a job and you failed me. [...] You will have a chance to redeem yourself."
Paddy doesnt hold power in conversation, hes a silly little man. Its on purpose, of course. Authenticity breeds trust and everyone can relate to an old cynical man, stuck in his ways. Batu on the other hand commands a room. Speaks with a high tongue, with precision. Short and accurate, no breath wasted. Naturally.
When you read the books and you are aware of the twist, there are a lot of things, behaviours and sentences that could make you raise an eyebrow. But our heroes dont have the time to question anything, so they dont. They willingly accept that this man owns the land with the rift, that he doesnt panic at the explanation of magic, that his questions are a little suspicious. Because then they would need to stop. And neither Skulduggery nor Valkyrie do such a thing. They are cocksure of themselves, remember? And Batu knows. Batu even bets on that, as all sorcerers he has met have been equally cocksure. And all his henchmen are too. He's playing all of them, simply because he knows how they work. He has weaseled his way into their homes, has fed their cats (s. Chapter 36), has seen their arrogance and sadly his cynicism proves right at every turn. He really is invisible to them. A mortal obstacle, to be dealt with to safe the world. Always the roadstop, never the destination.
In Chapter 20, Paddys reaction to magic is a smile, not fear. He knows magic exists. It entices him. The shock he displays is - of course - an act, but a very believable one. Sure, yeah, the old man doesnt mind anymore. Hes too old, he has seen too much. Magic might as well exist to him. And he was horribly stubborn this whole time, so it makes sense that he would have an equally spiteful response to magic.
We even come full circle: Paddy asks Valkyrie if she despises mortals for what they are.
"Someone who can run fast dismisses the people slower than he is. What if its someone who can run really fast? Then the slower people become little more than an annoyance, and then an irritation. Superiority breeds contempt." - Book 3, Chapter 20
(Quick sidenote: Its like he wants to be caught when you start looking for it? He himself is the one who runs fast. He himself sees the others as annoyance, as irritation. What a beautifully wretched thing to say.)
Essentially, Paddy is justifying himself here, but, again, reader and heroes are caught up in this very relevant question that plagues Valkyrie: Being detached from Humanity, from Family. Once again, Batu is using his understanding of the magical world against them. He is one step ahead. He recognises Valkyries youth and asks her specifically. Not Skulduggery, who would dismiss it. Her. Even further, he points out the massive flaws in the systems to her, as one of the first in the whole bookseries:
"So magic people view themselves as mages and everyone else as mortals. And that doesnt sound like a group of people elevating themselves to godhood to you?" [...] "... They have the power of gods, dont they? They have magic at their fingertips. Their affairs affect the world. [...] You hold the fate of the world in your hands. If thats not godlike, I dont know what is."
Now the avid reader might have noticed that once Paddy speaks about sorcerers and magic users, his whole old man™ act falls away. His speech becomes more like Batus, because he is Batu in this moment. He isnt acting here.
And why does no one recognise it? Because its a justified question. Again and again, Batus line of logic proves true: All sorcerers are playing god to an extend. A theme that will be picked up far more heavily between Book 7-9 and the entirety of Phase 2. So, as readers, its enticing to see someone challenge the presented Status Quo and as Valkyrie, this direct confrontation helps settle her own views as a growing Teenager into this magical world of god-pretenders. Batu fulfills both the role of a mentor and a villain, pointing out the straw that will break the camels back again and again and again in the following books.
He himself fights like a mortal: There are no fancy gadgets in the big fight. There are machine guns and grenades, painfully mortal weapons. Painful is literal in this sense. Batu chooses reliable weapons of war and not unpredictable gods. At least, in the beginning. There are also the Hollow Men, a whole artifical army of them. Which, broken down, is hilarious. The sorcerers, capable of destructive magic and definitely murder, are using the mortal weapons against the heroes. The army that is there to support them is one of magical stupidity, literal child friendly canon fodder. His army of magic men is one without mind, without question. And his Diablerie, despite actually having a brain, never question him either. They're all hollow men, one way or another. Some of them by power of creation and some of them simply because they are blinded by their own fanaticism, blinded by Batu and the true fight. So, he doesnt fight like a mortal at all. He fights like a mortal that knows the sorcerers. Using the best of both worlds, the most potent startegies each side has to offer. Additionally, there is also the implication of him commanding a massive army without even being there, which does underline his godlike aspirations as well.
Finally, when its revealed that he is indeed Batu, he declares himself "not a mindless drone" and "someone with a vision" (Chapter 36). But what is the root of all his evil?
"Magic." He said. "My father was a sorcerer. So was my brother. But not me. I just didnt have the spark, you know? But now, its finally my turn."
Batu feels robbed of godhood. And that is precisely why he is summoning gods to overtake the world. If he cant reach for divinity, everyone else who can needs to suffer for it.
[Val] "You're going to let a Faceless One take you over."
[Batu] "And then I'll be brimming with magic that ordinary sorcerers would never even dream about. They're not gods, Valkyrie. They're as pathetic as the people you left behind in your old life. But me? I'll be a true god."
But that isnt everything. Despite how much his mortality annoys him, he sees it as the one defining strength that seperates him from sorcerers. His mortality makes him powerful.
[...] "I was born without magic. Ive had to be strong. My will is iron. Im not going to be simply erased - not like the others."
His mortality makes him so powerful that he will rise above the mortals, above the godlike sorcerers and be able to Neon Genesis Evangelion Pilot his way through the world as a Faceless Ones vessel.
So now everyone can agree that Batu is another insane man in a series of insane villains, right? I dont need to spell that out. But before I go and give you a nice little ribbonbow for the ending, lets look at Batus death and how its described.
"Batu turned, spread his arms and raised his eyes to his god, and as it rushed to fill him, he screamed with terror and exultation. And then Batu was gone." - Chapter 42
The Faceless One described here is the one that is responsible for all the mayhem at the end of the book. Its by far the strongest from the bunch. So maybe some part of Batus willpower speech is true. But the written text makes it very clear that this is not the case. Batu is an excellent vessel for the strongest Faceless One. But nothing more than that.
Which is horribly ironic. The man that gained the trust of dozens of sorcerers, has perfected being a non-threat to anyone but believes himself to be worthy of the power of a literal god vanishes instantly. Just like everyone else.
But I love Batu as a villain. Waving all the weirdness aside. He is compelling because in the few moments that he is actually authentic, he is terrifying.
Not to mention he actually achieved what The Diablerie and Baron Vengous couldnt. He manipulated Skulduggery into revealing where the gate was. He used the ressources of the enemy to his own gain. The saddest thing about Batu is, that if he had put his mind to anything but godhood, he would have ascended anyway. He has all the ressources: smarts, wit, the ability to plan longterm, not to mention charisma and leadership skills.
He would have made a magnificent sorcerer. And thats just... incredibly compelling. Batu isnt strong with magic. He doesnt throw flames around, he isnt a walking skeleton. He is a cynical, old man that despises the hand he has been dealt and instead of accepting what is, he cuts from the world the pieces he thinks he deserves. And in this incredible determination blossoms a man that could have been anything. That had the skills, the mind, the speech to become something wonderful, something progressive, a change bringer.
Instead of recognising the talents he possesed, he focused merely on what he didnt have. Turned to evil, to spite. To bitterness and cynicism. He almost became the downfall of the entire world in his quest to prove that he was, indeed, as godlike as the rest of them.
9/10. Go Paddy.
Wanna read more of my breakdowns?
Here is Part 1: Nefarian Serpine and Part 2: Baron Vengous for you!

Jaron 'Boots' Ennis (31-0) Highlights & Knockouts
By: Themistocles
The speed with which the welterweight division fell apart is kind of crazy in hindsight. The glamour division for most of the past couple decades, all the top stars have left. Spence and Crawford are at 154lbs, while fighters like Danny Garcia, Shawn Porter, Kell Brook, Keith Thurman, and such are long gone. There is some young talent bubbling up, and the titles hypothetically freed up we will see some of that talent grab the limelight.
At the top of the pile right now is Philly's Jaron 'Boots' Ennis (31-0, 28 KOs). Boots is a finisher, obvious by his fantastic KO %. He's fought a few of the de facto top ten-ners in the welterweight division and has picked up the IBF welterweight title. Now Boots will establish himself as the man at 147lbs with his new promotion, Matchroom Boxing, behind him.
Boots makes his Matchroom debut this Saturday (July 13) in Philly as he is set to face off with David Avanesyan (30-4-2, 18 KOs).

All about Jazz
I'll admit I have seen exactly ONE episode of I am Jazz and there is one thing that stuck out like a sore thumb. Jaron's mom, (Jaron is his real name) is a psychopath. I don't mean that in a crude name calling way. I'm describing her.
In 2003, when Jaron, "Jazz" was just 3 years old his mom noticed that he kept opening his onsie. She took this to mean he was trying to change it into a dress. She became convinced that her son was actually her daughter and by the age of 5 his mom socially transitioned him into a girl.
It's like if you stumble upon some liberal lunatic who tells you that her cat is a vegan. We all know who made that choice.
Jazz's mom consulted the UK trans lobby group Mermaids. Who has since been exposed as frauds and just downright evil bastards. At a conference in 1998 a Mermaids speaker admitted only a third of children exhibiting gender dysphoria "will grow up to be transgendered adults". Over a half would be gay, she said. And that was 25 years ago, before trans became the latest and greatest cause of the left. http://gender.org.uk/conf/1998/merm
Then she she then took Jazz to see Marilyn Volker, a therapist who had been a sex surrogate. She had sex with her clients, and even married one of them. Top notch care eh? So what was the outcome? Puberty blockers of course. This would help Jazz and his "traumatic gender dysphoria" as his mother calls it.
Once puberty blockers became available Mermaids became Britain's foremost campaigners for their use. But if only a third of kids with dysphoria will become trans adults, two thirds of the kids who get medicalised are not receiving any so-called "benefit" from blockers. Even those who may become "trans" are being harmed. The cognitive impact of blockers appears to be major and irreversible. Young animals on blockers become more anxious and withdrawn. The Tavistock found they made gender dysphoria worse in many kids.
Marci Bowers, Jazz's surgeon and star of "What Is A Woman", has admitted that no child who goes on blockers at the "recommended time" will ever be able to sexually function properly or orgasm. Did you catch that? Thousands of kids are being deprived of their birthright to become a sexual adult.
Why are so-called "trans kids" put through all this pain? I have a theory that the parents and doctors harbor a nefarious subconscious disgust for effeminate boys and butch girls.
Isn't it ironic that gay rights -which began as a movement championing sexual freedom- has been taken over by a cult that now sterilizes mainly gay teenagers, robbing them of sexual freedom?
Jazz has become what we have warned people about for over a decade. At just 21 years old, Jazz has become a tragic figure. Obese, depressed and often suffering from anxiety attacks, he has struggled to form anything remotely like an intimate relationship.
We were sold "Jazz Jennings" by The Church of Transgenderism and it's cult members. "Jazz" is a true success story and is propped up and highlighted as a rousing success of early gender reassignment for children. In truth, he’s been left sexless, sterilized and physically mutilated. Jazz is not an example to follow. His tragic life is an indictment of the trans movement.

Unpopular opinion (or so I'm starting to think it is). The Shattered Castle was really good.
While I didn't really like The Captive Kingdom, TSC took me on a rollercoaster, and I mean ROLLERCOASTER of emotions. It was definitely the darkest book of the series as well. I mean, it had the usual; torture, death etc. But this time it hit different, let me elaborate.
The death of Kerwyn: Major character deaths so far have not really stuck (e.g. Imogen and Mott), so they weren't as permanent as this one. And while I definitely feel like the book rushed over Kerwyn's death far too quickly, it's the first character who well and truly won't come back from the dead (aside from more minor characters such as Erick).
Castor's unwanted advances and more sinister intentions with Imogen: I actually really liked this more aged-up take. It added that layer of creepy, urgency and severity of Castor's position to the plot. He made comments throughout about keeping Imogen company and we must not forget how pushy he was when he was trying to get her to marry him. And I won't mention the kiss because it was vomitus.
Cheating and betrayal: While Jaron has had a lifetime of people betraying him, Imogen's "cheating" was definitely a real knife in the gut. Of course, it was all staged and planned and part of the ploy to regain control, but even when Jaron knew that, it was clear he really didn't know what to do with himself. It is one of his worst nightmares.
Abandonment: This is perhaps the biggest one. Throughout the entire series, a lot of Jaron's trauma and emotional stuntedness revolves around the fact that he was abandoned by his family as a child. So it's a very, VERY sore subject. So when Imogen told him on two seperate occasions that she can't be with him anymore (first time because she was angry and second time because she had a plan - mind you that she meant neither but, of course, Jaron interpreted that as her very much meaning it), it clearly was Jaron's worst fear coming to life - that is losing the love of his life in a way that is perhaps worse than death.
Failure: Losing Carthya for the first time.
Torture: This was also kind of brushed over. But I really liked how throughout the book he was actually getting progressively weaker and sicker. None of his wounds for treated for the first time, and they just kept piling on. First the whipping, then the arm stab wound, falling from the walls because he was too weak to hold the rope, having his leg crushed, having literally faced off an explosion etc. The torture lasted throughout the entire book rather than some contrast here and there, and it was not just in the physical sense, the entire book until Imogen and Jaron finally TaLkEd and became power couple no. 1 had Jaron living out all of his worst nightmares at once: failure, loss, abandonment, death etc.
Learning to trust.
And more I can't think of.
And while, I didn't solely like it for the darkness, I think it made for a very interesting plot.
The original trilogy is still superior, but honestly, for me, TSC is competing for one of the top spots.
Though it definitely had it's plot holes and short comings. Just some of the things that really irked me:
I really didn't like the plot twist that Imogen has royal blood. Not because they are technically related (did some trusty maths - they share like less than 1% of DNA technically speaking so I made peace with that part), but because it kind of erased a lot of the original plot, premises and romance. It was always like a "forbidden" romance type thing. Jaron fell in love with a servant girl and she ended up meaning more to him than his country. But even with that aside, I liked how Imogen gained everyone's respect just by virtue of being herself, I don't think she needed a drop of royal blood to establish that. It also retracted from how unique Jaron is. In my mind I'd always separate him from the others, now those lines have blurred.
Jaron stealing money from Imogen's mother. Now while I do like the drama that subsequently emerged, and than fact that JARON WAS THE REASON IMOGEN BECAME A SERVANT - I really liked that plot twist because then Imogen had to accept and continue loving him despite, or rather, in spite of that fact (it was also clearly tormenting Jaron for a lot of the book). So while I liked the outcome, I will say, it felt a bit "cheap". A bit like the imposters gold in TFP, the whole plot in that sense could have been far more elaborate and well developed I feel.
Could have been even darker. I admit, I'm a sucker for angst. And I feel like this book had a lot of opportunity to dip further into it and torture Jaron more with the image of Imogen and Castor being together and failing Carthya.
Kerwyn's death. Specifically the fact that it had little to no impact. He deserved more.
Probably some more points that I forgot.

OC's...but make it A.I.
@percosim, ask and you shall receive. 😁
Some of the OC's have been pulled outta the vault (my external hard drive) because their save has been a WIP since lawd knows how long. But they're in this new save I had to create (because I tried splitting saves up by story and both somehow got corrupted/glitched out) 🙃. Anywho...
Let's get into it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Messiah "Dino" Villareal 🥵 (GIIIRRRLLLLL they even put him in his natural habitat...you KNOW he never has a shirt on!)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Deijah Allender & Jaron O'Neal (her long-term boyfriend) They've been together for 7 years but have known each other for 10 (I feel like these pictures would be from when they first met/started seeing each other)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Carmelo "Melo" Hollingsworth , Marguerite Webber (His Ex-Wife/High school sweetheart/Children's mother), and Monet Giordano (Pregnant girlfriend)
📌 [I figured you might wanna see your boo thang all dressed up @thegloomiestwhim ]
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kimora "Angel" White & Allen "Ace" Miller (I gotta bring him back out the vault, along with his son and ex-girlfriend/son's mother ViVi (the fashion stylist) since their save got corrupted)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ramone "Moe" Solitto, Aura Matthews (his girlfriend), and Kelsi Galvin (his high school sweetheart/ex-girlfriend)
Tumblr media
Below are just some random ones I did just to see what they'd look like:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Top: Nico Rodriguez, Ashlee Brand
Bottom: Malaysia Walker, Capri Stephens
Tumblr media
Brain Dump // Ideas Incoming: Seeing all them together in one place (basically grouped together by story) just gave me so much inspiration! I know for a fact that I won't be able to have an ongoing years long story series but what my brain can do is tell each story like a mini-series with a designated number of episodes/chapters (some may be one-off's, kinda like how fan fic writers do their stories). A few will be told in machinima form while the others will be written.
They all exist in the same world because ultimately each story is connected in some way.
Thanks for the much appreciated story inspo Perco! 💕

Okay but did you ever think about
how Jaron has often said that if there is anyone, anyone, other than him who could be a good king, he'd surrender the throne right away. And he could have given it to Tobias, Roden, Amarinda, Mott, Kerwyn, Harlowe, etc. because he trusts them all with his life. But he didn't. Because (although never explicitly mentioned) while he trusted them, he didn't know if Carthya would- 1. that could lead to a revolution in which the first target would be whoever is on the throne + their loved ones or 2. he just couldn't see them as rulers of Carthya- instead he though they'd be better off with some other roles in the castle. And then came Imogen, who he trusted with his life and the well-being of his country. Flashback to when his parents kicked him out of the castle- ever since then, he hasn't felt like he really deserved the throne. But he's so very loyal to his country that he was willing to try, to do his part until someone could come along. That someone was Imogen. So on top of his desire to marry her, he felt relived that should anything happen to him, there would be someone who could rule Carthya the way it should be ruled. And over time, his belief that Imogen would make a much better ruler than him just kept growing (keep in mind this is after losing his family, rising to the throne after four years of disguising as an orphan, going to the pirates on his own to win their loyalty, winning a war, and going through so much emotional and physical torment from literally everyone). And then came that plot twist in TSC where Imogen was revealed to be of royal descent, and that just made me feel so much sadder for Jaron because at that point Jaron didn't even care what happened to him because not only was Imogen the best person he could think of to take the throne, but she was a queen by blood too, and (again, not explicitly said) Jaron couldn't help but think, "why should I even be around when nobody needs me anymore?" even after literally everyone in Carthya believed he was the best ruler they had ever had so he just did what he could for Carthya and didn't care for his life at all. Idk it's just very depressing to think about
Long live King Jaron

Expanding on stuff in the ls house au cause I can:
One day when the sun was super bright in the sky, Subz was sleeping comfortably until he heard a scream, than another and another. Usually he wouldn’t care and go back to sleep but he knew that pattern of screams. Despite not wanting to, he gets out of bed and grabs his hand held mini vacuum.
Why? Well, because the people who screamed were panicking a little too much, specifically Clown, Mid & Zam. Subz knows those three hate spiders, but for all three of them to scream like someone is dying means they must have found a spider web. Who knows how they keep showing up but after this Zam is bound to deep clean the entire house. There’s probably more than one spider too and if he doesn’t deal with it those three will not stop screaming
So, begrudgingly, Subz walks up from the basement he resides in to witness Clown perched on top of the tv stand trying to balance as he clings to the wall, Mid on the couch shaking Cube while yelling at him to stop the spiders from getting closer, Zam on Roshambos back still screaming and Planet somehow failing to murder every spider that’s skittering around.
The whole room was a mess and with every spider Planet failed to kill, it resulted in the spider moving closer to the others. It was clearly going in circles as they kept screaming at eachother to do something
They didn’t even notice him. So, without any care Subz walks straight past everyone, turns on his hand held vacuum and sucks up all the spiders that are terrorizing his housemates. He just wants to go back to sleep and if this is what he has to deal with so be it.
He collects over 10 spiders surprisingly before triple checking to see if that’s all of them and then leaves the house to empty the mini vacuum and throw the spiders in the campfire outside to burn. During this the screaming slowed to a stop, erratic movements came to a halt and eyes followed the purple fellow.
Everyone slowly relaxes as they watch Subz deal with the tiny monsters that had somehow run rampage in their home. Subz doesn’t understand how theres more spiders upstairs than in the basement as he watches the little guys burn in the backyard.
After everything is dealt with Subz stretches as he feels the cold wind hit him in the face. Its nice and makes him remember that he should be sleeping right now. He comes back inside and all eyes are on him. Granted they are filled with relief but it is still a little unsettling to see his housemates look starstruck. How much had the spiders tormented them for them to look at him with no drop of hatred whatsoever
Subz won’t ever understand how this happens every month, especially with all the precautions they take. Though these incidents do make things easier for him, he doesn’t mind saving the day if no one blames him and more so when Clown brings him take out without asking.
—— ((Other/more stories)) ——
When Cops show up at the door, Jaron is immediately pinged to show up in the groupchat
Everyone just doesn't care where he is or what he is doing, the second someone messages that the cops showed up, his phone starts blowing up. He is pressed to get to the front door of the house, Jaron never knows what to expect honestly, sometimes it’s a noise complaint or a bill for property damage, either way he will get them out of it.
Jarons got a good reputation and they will absolutely use it to their advantage.
——
One time Vitalasy left for over a month to go on a trip and in that time many weird things started to happen in his absence. Slowly unexplainable things happened to everyone in the house. First it started with glasses falling over and shattering when Mapicc and Ro were in a heated discussion. None of them had started throwing things yet 4 glasses that they were pretty sure were not on the edge of the coffee table had just fell on it’s own.
Then paintings started to shift and lights would start to flicker, despite Cube being adamant nothing should be wrong with wiring after Jumper changed all the lightbulbs. Near the end of that month it got dangerous.
4Cs candles that were more for decoration started appearing near the curtains. No one knows how they appeared but they were lit, burning and catching the curtains on fire. It started many arguments with Poafa trying to figure out what happened.
They finally believed they were haunted once planet tripped down the stairs, someone or something had poured oil on the steps. There was a strict no dangerous pranking rule so everyone was called to sort it out.
Ashswag asked Mapicc & Ro what happened, Poafa told how the painting & pictures kept looking different but he thought it was a prank which everyone confirmed that they were not changing out the photos of. Cube and Jumper explained the lights flickering despite everything they did to fix it. Then Planet explained the oil on the stairs couldn’t have been there since he went up them 5 minutes before going down and tripping.
It was spooky and scary and no one knew what to do. Hire a specialist? Cube apparently did 2 weeks ago and it only got worse. Right as they were in deep discussion, the window cracked, pressure was causing it to crack more and more, everyone started to duck for cover as any second the glass would shatter.
That’s when Vitalasy came back. Waltzing through the door completely oblivious to what is going down he greeted everyone. Mapicc told him to get down as the glass was going to shatter only for them to see the glass perfectly intact.
They slept on it and everything went back to normal. Vitalasy doesn’t believe in paranormal stuff as he never sees it and everyone else after that day started to believe if they don’t want to risk being hurt by the paranormal stuff, they absolutely need to keep Vitalasy around.

Things were getting under control after the defeat of Katana, Akane and other devils that are now defeated and being hold. For now, there are reinforcements who arrived from nearby precincts and prisons to maintain order and help the guards of Prison Tee to secure the prisoners and get back to their cells. As for the Katana Man's men, some were killed and some surrendered taken into custody.
The first person to see was Officer Knight who came over to see Ink. "Ink! You're okay?! What happened?" He said as she arrived at the medic ward. Ink explained the situation to him. He brought some reinforcements.
"So the guy in the next room with his friends were..." He looks at Denji laying on the bed, sleeping with Six Claws watching over him. Ink nods, "Yep. That's him and that's them. The Six Claws."
"I thought they would be scary up front," Rust said. Like Davion for example. He hopes those guys aren't doing anything to Ink. Jeez...he even told Davion that he will be back after he got the call. He promises him that they can 'play' and hang out. It's not easy to tame a dragon like that.
"I got the call from Fosh and Mouse regarding this. They also had their situation at the Lupin Prison." Said Rust. Ink widens her eyes. "Is everyone okay?"
Rust nods, "Yeah! Apparently, inmates from there drugged the female guards and used them as hostages to get out of there. The details are messed up but Jaron is the one who shut the shit down with his power. That guy behind got his ass wrecked." Rust said.
"Good. I'm glad." Ink said. Ink knows that Jaron is a powerful psychic of his own league similar to Melinda. He doesn't do telekinesis like Melinda but he can command people with his voice and smell.
"Still can't believe shit happens like in both prisons." Said Rust crossing his arms. "Well...you can let Warden Reer knows that T Prison is fine but needs some repairs. It's big of mess." She said.
"How much of a mess are we talking about here?" Rust asked.
------ Warden's Office ----
"Damn it! This is going to cost us!" Warden Kinie Ger is now upset at the mess that this break-in has made to her prison. Those damn scum are responsible for this. All because of one inmate! She knew the Six Claws might have enemies outside of here. But this is something.
"I have to repair two guard towers, and several walls, and fix some of the facilities." Kinie Ger sighs at this mess. "And give overtime to the guards and the medical team at the infirmary as well." Thank god for the new guards. Officer Vin Shia, Vanguard, and Violet managed to contain the situation as it is.
From what she heard, two prisoners help Officer Vanguard and Violet based on the incoming report. Itadori Yuji and Denji Hayakawa. She will admit one of the Six Claws help a guard to defeat someone is surprising but it makes sense. Katana Man is here to kill Denji so it makes sense for Denji to butt in but why do it instead of getting out of the prison while they have the chance due to the chaos.
Kinie shakes her head. No, no need to dive into details. The next thing to address...
"Mr. Ryomen. Your offer."
Sukuna Ryomen heard his name when he was addressed. He was kept safe by Kinie's top guards during this whole time while Kinie Ger is taking command of the situation through radio. The man replies, "Yes?"
"I gave your offer much thought. I am now thinking of accepting it given how this situation turned out. I predict this attack will be one of many soon." She said as she gave a hand gesture to her guards to give her and Sukuna the floor to talk. The guards leave the room leaving the Warden and Ryomen to themselves.
"So...what are the terms of your offer?" She asked.
------- Infirmary -----
The Six Claws were forced to go back to their cells despite protest but Officer Vanguard ensures them that Denji will be alright and she will escort him back to the holding area once he is recovered and well.
In the meantime, Officer Vanguard tells two guards to monitor the Six Claws while she stays with Denji.
Officer Vanguard is still active and on guard. "Ink."
The sound of her name makes her look up to her dear friend, Doctor Alexandria aka Ophelia Alexandria. She is part of the hospital run by Yosano Akiko. She is assigned to work there with a partner named Hex who is attending to the patients at the ward.
"Denji? How is he?"
"Lost some blood but the blood you gave him helped him a lot to heal most of the serious injuries and he has become stabilized." Ophelia smiles, "Just a mere concussion given....the kick from Kali from some unprovoked reason." Ophelia sweatdropped a little. "He will wake up shortly."
"And for Jinx?" She knows that she was brought here by Itadori and his friends, his charge. Plus, they managed to tie one of the Katana Man's friends up. That Snake girl.
"Yes, Jinx! Tired but she sustained some injuries like bruises and bone fractures but she will be fine." Said Ophelia. Itadori and his friends were escorted back to their cells. She did hear Itadori to tell Jinx to get better so it was nice of him to help her out!
"That said, I must get back to other patients," Ophelia spoke. Ink nods, "Got it. Thanks Ophelia." She said. Ophelia nods with a smile and goes back to help Hex in treating the patients.
"Ughhh..."
Ink blinks to see Denji waking up. "Denji. You're awake." Ink smiles, happy to see him awake.
"Officer Vanguard. What happened?" Denji asked. Ink wasn't sure what to say, "Well...Kali kinda knocked you out because she overacted about something." Ink sweatdropped. Denji sighs. "Okay...so why are you here?" "Just to see that you're alright." Ink said. Denji hums, "I get that...but why do it?"
"Because it's my job."
"No...not that. Why? I get that it's your job but most people don't put their lives on the line for someone they don't know or hell...for people who do bad things. I mean...I killed a mafia and someone's family member." He said. "Even if it's part of the job. Most people will not butt in and just let people take me."
"That wasn't..."
"Yeah! I know. But you shouldn't have to do that. It's my problem." Denji grumbled. "Nobody ask you to defend me..."
"Denji. I read your file. Not just your criminal background but other stuff." Ink said. "You worked for the mafia to pay off your debt due to your dad, right? I mean....the only choice you made is something that was given to you."
"Yeah...but that's not all. I killed my dad."
Ink widen her eyes.
"I mean...he was mad drunk and I killed him."
"Denji..."
"To be honest, I kinda deserved what's coming. I inherited his debt, sold a few of my organs and kill those devils for the yazuka to get the remains to sell to paid off my debt. And after all that, they killed us."
"Us?"
"I made a deal with devil. Pochita." Denji explained. "He was badly injured so we made a deal together that I help him, he helps me. So we defeated the devils." He said. "And then...one day...we got screwed over. Pochita gave his heart to me in order to save me so I can show him the dreams I was talking about." Denji laughs bitterly. "I try to do everything I want to do but I ended up screwing things up and that's how I got caught." He said. "So that's why...you don't need to defend me like that, Officer Vanguard." He said.
A short pause as Ink listened to him.
"Denji....if I can ask. do you want to go outside again to live out your dreams?" Ink asked. Denji grumbles, "Yeah but I'm stuck here."
"Then...what about I help you out?" Ink asked.
"Huh?! Who says you can help me?"
"I mean...this Pochita guy...he sounds like a nice dude. I think I get it. I have a devil like that. Vanity. He helped me become a demon so I can do whatever I want." She said. Denji widen his eyes at her. "To be honest...I kinda barely remember my parents. I lost them in a car crash caused by a drunk driver when I was around 12 or something..." Ink said. "I wasn't in a good foster home...I had to survive and along the way...I made a contract with Vanity through a demon contractor."
"After that...I don't remember much but I do remember going on doing things I want to do. So I kinda get it." Ink said. Denji became slient at this.
"So how about this? For helping me out back there, how about I be your sponsor. To be honest...you're not that bad of a guy." She said.
Denji stares at her in disbelief. "But-but...I'm a perv! And all care about is liking girls and all that."
"Yeah...but most of the time...you did save people from devils, right? You save me for no reason so that's enough." Ink said. "I think you like girls because you like them right?"
"Huh..yeah?!" Denji stared.
"So how about I give you a reward?"
"A-a reward?!" Denji's cheeks flushed red. What sort of a reward?! Does she mean?
Then Denji was pulled into her chest. "You said you like giving hugs, right? So how about this?" Ink asked making Denji flustered at this action. Eh? His head in her boobs. Denji's cheeks became red and he couldn't believe this. They're so soft and....so warm. It's really gentle too. Denji can't help but close his eyes at the feeling of being cared for. He felt his heart skipped a beat as he hums. Ink goes to pat his head.
"Is this fine?"
"Yeah...it's fine," Denji said genuinely. This feels really nice. So nice. He never thought Officer Vanguard would be so caring and nice. She is not just pretty and awesome. She's like...a person treating him like a human being for once. Not a dog or anything.
"Denji. Once you're eligible for parole. How about you stay with me so you can learn some stuff. It can be anything you want as long as it's not illegal. How about an artist since you like girls? Or....like a lumberjack or...um...rescuer." She asked.
"How about we have sex?" He blurts out.
"Say what?" Ink blinked
Denji widened his eyes at what he just said now. Oh shit. What the fuck did I just say?! I just feeling her boobs and now saying stupid shit!
"Shit! I mean...nothing! How about I think about it? I haven't graduated from high school so I need a GED to do that stuff. Um...can you escort me back to my cell, Officer Vanguard?" Denji quickly does damage control. "Please."
"Okay, sure! That's fine!" Ink smiles. "Let's get you food and take you back there. How is that sound?" She said, backing away from him.
"Sounds fine," Denji said with a nod.
And so the day ends with everyone back in their cell after being healed, the people responsible for the break-in namely Katana Man and Akane Sawatari were taken into custody, and Warden Kinie Ger accepted the offer of Ryomen Sukuna to help repair and update the infrastructure of the prison with new updates.
----- The next day ----
"Achoo!" Ink sneezes.
"Okay..time for roll call!" Ink sniffled. The Six Claws stared at Officer Vanguard awkwardly. Uhhh...
"I...A-A-Atsushi...Nakajima!" Ink sniffled as she is wearing a mask as her eyes became droopy. Atsushi answers, "Here." Atsushi looks concerned.
"D-denji...Hayakawa."
"Here?" Denji said, blinking. What's wrong? Officer Vanguard was fine several minutes ago. She sneezes at her paper before wiping her nose.
Ink sniffs, "Right...uh...Katsuki Bakugo...?"
"Yeah here! Hey damn guard! What's wrong with you?" Bakugo asked. Ink chuckles, "Oh! Well...while I was fighting Katana Man and the people responsible in the rain. I kinda catch a cold. Oops." Ink laughs.
The Six Claws stared at her in disbelief. This is the same person who summoned a demonic greatsword and helped defeat Katana Man. And now she's here suffering from a cold while taking roll call. She sniffs. "So much mucus..."
"SO WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HERE??? TAKE A SICK DAY, YOU DAMN STUPID GUARD!" Bakugo yelled at her while Midoriya can't help but chuckle a little at this.
"But I got work..." She whined.
"I don't think that's good for your health, Officer Vanguard." Ren points out, pushing his glasses while Rin sighs. "Yeah....you can't be working if you're sick. That's....dumb." Especially in a place like this!
Denji nods, "Yeah. Take a break. Don't push yourself, Officer Vanguard. How about I take you to the infirmary..." Everyone in the Six Claws paused at what Denji said.
"Hmmmm..." Ink looks conflicted. "Okay..." Ink sighs. "Please take me to the infirmary, Denji." She said as Denji went to help her while wrapping an arm around his arm. Both go to the infirmary.
"Did something happen to Denji while he was in the infirmary?" Atsushi asked. Rin shrugs. "Got no idea..probably need an excuse to stay with Vanguard for some reason."
Midoriya hums. Looks like things are getting more interesting.

Hey Crowley, ages ago I compiled a list with possible names the J could stand for (with meaning!). Now my time has come! Since these aren't technically nicknames, instead of a rating, I ask for your top three names from this list of 20!
Jemima (?) (made this pot🏺)
Jasmine (the flower)
Javor (maple)
Jorah (early rain, autumn rain)
Justus/Justine (just, impartial, fair)
Jelle (sacrifice, value)
Jeb (Beloved friend)
Jasiri (brave)
Joško (he will add) (š pronounced as 'sh')
Jenner (engineer)
Javiera (new house, bright")
Jelena (light)
Jabari (comforter, bringer of consolation)
Jerah (moon)
Jarah (honeycomb/-suckle)
Jaron (to sing out)
Jiya (living)
Jayson (to heal)
Jannat, (garden, paradise)
Jihan (f) (the world)
-🫛🪶🐡
Well OBVIOUSLY my top pick is
1. Jemima (she really did make that pot)
I’m quite keen on
2. Jerah
And this was a tough one, but I really like
3. Jorah
I realise now that 2 and 3 are very similar. This was a very tough choice!
