I kind of just came up with a headcanon that whenever Silver fails to catch any strong pokemon then he just tackles Ethan to the ground with no hesitation whenever he walks up to Silver to say hi or smth (thats how he gets his anger out lol)

It was just a silly lazy art idea dont mind me (i might post the actual designs later!!!!!!!)

Also Disclaimer, the designs arent accurate to the canonical onces cuz im using the ones from my certified Pokemon AU which i will probably be mentioning a lot cuz thats the only thing i draw nowadays

My personal take on the coalecroux official wedding rings (like they are dating and perhaps decide to do an actual wedding) is that they can look like anything but they must be enchanted. being gay and aromantic is wild because people will accuse you of hating gay people because you (checks notes) wish people would be a little more critical of romance as a patriarchal structure. the thing is that rgu literally does this, it examines and interrogates how romance is a patriarchal structure. every time i talk about aromanticism in rgu people get very upset about that, as though aromanticism impedes queerness— i did not realise we were still doing exclusionism so bare faced. every time i talk about aromanticism, people get upset. im not even talking about it in relation to the show, instead making a general throwaway post about the weight that people afford anything that deals in Romance, and i get told that rgu is a romance and i should cry about it. like. what? rgu made me realise i was aromantic. i was already gay and that gave me the final piece of the puzzle.

to be gay and aromantic does not mean you Just Have Friends (? what does this even mean, let’s unpack this statement at a later date): to be gay and aromantic means myriad things for myriad people. it means queer sex, it means queer connections that aren’t defined as ‘romantic’, it means queer attraction, it means queer understanding. nothing about this devalues romantic queerness, though i must say that every time i post about aromanticism someone has to qualify my words with a statement about how romance is cool too. and sure, it is, but you can maybe understand how that’s exhausting when you actually want a meaningful conversation about your identity. anyway aromantic people i love you aromantic people and gay people i love you gay people (i am both. godbless goodnight)

Uryu and Chad are gay married by the end of the manga. In this essay i will

#bleach #it's half-joking but not entirely so #see both are kinda each other's foils on several ways (uryu is also ichigo's foil in some ways but that's for another post)#both have a promise to each other relating to their ancestors and both eventually break it #to me there's no greater symbolism to queerness than breaking family expectations (even if they were only self-imposed like in uryu's case)#then they go on to live lives they weren't supposed to live back in their youths (-AHEM-)#also they're the two characters who never got married to girls by the end of the manga despite being enough girls in the cast for it #and you can see his face while watching chad's fight can't you? that's not the face a straight guy makes while watching a friend fight.#that's clearly a lovestruck look. uryu is watching his lover utterly kicking some guy's butt with loving eyes.#kubo could NEVER make them canon endgame because of shonen publishers' rampant homophobia #we do have another implied gay couple in the manga which are ikkaku and yumichika (don't tell me they WEREN'T a couple you know they were)#but again we could only see them bickering and caring about each other in a way no two bros usually do and never see any confirmation #(no like it WAS pretty darn obvious)#and if kubo couldn't make those two side characters openly be a couple do you think he would be able to do so to two MAIN characters?#but yeah tite kubo left all the hints in there because he knew some people would get it #(and let's be real here kubo KNOWS his audience or else he wouldn't fill the manga with well-dressed pretty boys)#i should be paying attention to class but i'm getting bored by it oops

lays on the floor do you guys ever think about how in ResF Bulma falls for Vegeta's fake-out with Freeza and both she and Yamcha are worried about Vegeta's villain fake-out strategy in Champa and Beerus' mini tournament and how it's only been a couple of years since the Buu saga and how Vegeta straight up stopped using that strategy after that tournament

#i do #do you think he noticed it upset her twice in a row and was like 'oh I haven't earned the trust back yet i'll retire this strat'#'it's fun to scare people but i do not like my wife being scared we can put this one up on the shelf for emergencies only'#because like bulma can consciously trust him and I'm sure she does but one can still have The Fear if you've seen your spouse relapse befor #And he probably thinks it's very amusing but it is also almost certainly very not funny for her no matter how much she trusts him #and the next arc is Trunks and she's so worried about the way he left she ignored the PDA rules and squished him when she saw him alive #Because Geets determination can be self destructive when it comes to Bulma and Trunks and he killed himself to protect them once before #and knowing how connected they've been for so long some part of her probably Knew he would opt to stay behind and die like he was going to #And I love the idea that between those two events and all of the things Trunks tells him about Bulma during the GB arc Geets has to really #really be confronted with how loved he is -- and it's not that he wasn't aware before but knowing she even missed him at his worst #and loved him maybe even before she was pregnant -- means the cruel part of his mind can't make excuses for why she stayed with him #I also like to think that being confronted with the idea that Bulma is still scared for him getting his worst wires tripped #wouldn't be offensive to him. Knowing he's still got work to do if his wife is worried about those things happening to him again #is just proof that she loves him with his flaws and was still thinking about it and supporting his recovery when he didn't #even notice he was recovering -- which has always been true of her -- and now he has the chance to support her recovery in return #and being in a place where he can still put that work in to make her feel secure in his priorities is a privilege and a gift #and man I just really like how casually comfortably close they are in Super's manga I love them a lot they worked so hard #to make each other feel safe and secure for the past decade+ that it's Easy for them both now and they're SUCH a confident couple #and I am once again shaking the anime by the shoulders WHY didn't you give us that they are SO the team's Mom and Dad in the manga #until Goku riles Vegeta up -- then Piccolo is the team Dad.
