Oof, ya put me on the spot there. I never really considered giving them EXACT heights, but I can give a few quick facts on their height (Might as well do all of the characters I’m humanized so far, cause why not?)

Sodor Engineers (Main engines):

The Tallest member on the Sudrian Railway is out of Murdoch and Gordon, they’re both very tall, but Murdoch is taller by a few inches

The shortest is Rosie, with Percy following close behind

Toby, if he wasn’t in his wheelchair, would be up to Edwards' shoulder

Scotty, Henry and Rebecca are all about the same height 

Oliver is taller than the twins by 6 inches

Donald and Douglas are both about 6.5 ft or something, not very tall

Edward and Duck are the same height

Emily is 8 inches shorter than Nia

James is up to Emily’s eyes

Thomas and James are about the same height

International Engineers

Out of the international engines, the tallest is out of Sam and Vinnie, Sam used to be the tallest, but Vinnie quickly caught up and is starting to become quite tall, which bugs the hell out of Sam

The shortest is Gina, she’s really only up to Beau’s shoulder, and Beau isn’t very tall either, so thats something

Ashima is only ‘just’ taller than Gina

Raul is the same height as Ashima

Carlos, Rajiv, Etienne and Hank are all around the same height, but Rajiv is a little taller than them

Axel and Yong Bao are the same height

Shane is just shorter than Frieda by a millimetre

Hong-Mei is about the same height as Carlos

Ivan and Shankar are both the same height

Tamika is around the same height as Ashima and Raul

Isla is about the same height as Frieda

Aubrey, Aiden, An-An and Lin-Yong are all the same height

Kwaku (is that his name?) is in between Shane and Frieda
