#ONE MORE EXAM. WE CAN DO THIS. I WILL BE DONE IN LITERALLY LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOW #AND THEN THE NEXT EXAM SEASON ISNT UNTIL MAY. COME ON GIRL #we have such a fun plan for tomorrow though bc the consensus has just been 'we need to get fucking mangled after this exam'#like i havent been out-out in WEEKS the closest i came was the end of december for a hometown house party of all things #i didnt even go out for nye. let's all take a moment and consider the implications for someone like me NOT GOING OUT ON NYE #so i am OVERDUE a good night out and then on top of that ive had exams be SO fr #and also this is the first year where my main friendship group (i.e not my housemates but my actual social circle)#are ALL econ students like there's about five of us and we all do econ and yeah two of them ive been mates with since first year #(the girl is my best mate at uni and is always who im on about if i talk about a 'girl on my course' and the lad is the one i lived with #in first year and have kind of got a thing with now?) BUT THE OTHERS ARE NEW ADDITIONS AND THAT'S SO FUN #so we're ALL gonna tip out of that exam and then me and her are gonna go back to mine to get ready bc am i fuck doing make-up #before that exam. the STATES i have shown up in these past few days i think the invigilators are worried about me #and then we're meeting the lads at the pub and starting there and THEN going spoons bc it's me and the girl's tradition #(calling her just 'the girl' is so funny. woman 🫵) after exams to buy each other mystery shots at spoons and we HAVE to drink them #and then one of the lads really wants to go to a karaoke bar for some reason?? so that might be in my future #AND THEN we're going clubbing. im so ready. take me home vodka shots. the end is near please please please #hella goes to uni

im so annoyed with everything today, i think i need some tasty food and a million hours of sleep and then I'll be back to normal

#the teacher at the first class today was so dibsjdhdhdhdhsgs 😫#like she was teaching us things that are like unrelated to the class that shes teaching so idek why she was teaching it #but also its things that we have been learning since the 1st semester and we've done them in at least 10 classes and she was acting like #this was the 1st time we were hearing about it #like oh yeah we're on the 7th semester of studying nutrition but no one bothered to tell us how many calories are in a gram of fat #and she gave us homework 'to see if we know this' like #oh yes i can make a meal plan for a child with crohns or cystic fibrosis or celiac disease or everything else we've done this semester and #all the other semesters but i guess i cant tell you what micronutrients are in this one breakfast meal #like fuck off and stick to what you're supposed to be teaching #anyway i know im getting more annoyed than i should but she was just even more annoying than usual today #like she interrupted the lesson every 5 minutes to yell at someome to be quiet i wasnt even aware there were people talking until she yelled #anyway #also my new earphones aren't working well idk why ive definitely not been mistreating them that much for them to break in less than a month #like i had my old pair for at least 4 years until the broke and i dont think the wire got cut in them like the sound was coming out weird #but there was sound coming out. in the new ones you need to hold them in a very specific angle for sound to come out #and like im careful with how i put them away so what is up with them?#my theory is that they make wired earphones shitty on purpose so that you will spend a lot of money and buy wireless #also we had said from Tuesday that we would hang out with my friends today but i guess they forgot or idk and they made other plans #(to go home and sleep) and during the weekend the one friend wont be here and next week my family will be here so we probably wont hang out #again until next year and we have exams almost immediately so we wont be hanging out much then either #also my period is supposed to come soon and i hope that it will either come today or it will wait until after Christmas #ideally it will never come ever again but we cant always get what we want #anyway im gonna go eat the rest of my μεσογειακό and go take a nap #jo says stuff #personal ramblings

the process of applying for a job with the city takes an insane amount of time that i'm confused as to how they expect people to be able to wait? like its so annoying

#apply in early may. take a exam early june #get the result 2 weeks later (a week late) be told theyre still finalizing dates for the next step #actually it was 3 weeks later that i got my result the 2 weeks was the “at most” estimate we were given #half a week has passed with no updates #i supposedly have an interview lined up for next week but the application was through an “ai chatbot” so idk #hate that theyre using this now like ive had to do several applications thru these chatbots

pros of going to a “good schoolTM”: the 9-5 lifestyle is genuinely a major improvement

#taylor.txt #the extenuating circumstances point was not me btw. i know someone who had his degree delayed an entire year because of two weeks in psych #we’re in a co-op program or else maybe it wouldve just been one semester but. lol #i hate it here…i hate it #but hey…at least i have the world’s shittiest health insurance!#some of my classmates say they dont feel like working full-time is easier than going to school full-time but it so is #for me. anyway. even when i fumbled my time management bad on the field and make no mistake i was incredibly busy plus i chose a field #notorious for Unpaid Overtime and Taking Your Work Home. even then. it was still easier than this #i would never do undergrad again. i loved everything i learned. i took interesting and awesome classes #but i would never ever do it again. miserable overworked spent most of it friendless until i got on the field #i have a friend who keeps being like idk how you did 4 physics classes this sem and im like girl we are education students…thats an average #semester for a physics major. how must THEY feel #also i have to say just you know. generally. ive worked full-time while living with my parents #AND while living alone. and 50 hours a week was incredibly manageable in the former arrangement. i even wrote and edited an entire novel #in the beginning stages of a pandemic while working 50 hours a week of retail and fast food hell. 40 hours full-time with weekends off #while living alone though? thats hard. i still managed to go to the gym almost every day #currently? i cant get out of bed in the morning. i am putting in 12 hour days and then goinng to bed unable to sleep because im so stressed #i have dreams about school. tangentially theres a really good marxist poem i read last year about this phenomenon in workers #ANYWAY. i have just 8 more days 4 exams 1 research paper and video project #i think i can pass and then thats it. my next semester is hell but just because scheduling the actual classes will be easy #and then i get to go back on the field and actually want to wake up every day. lol #and 8 days from now i will have my christmas shopping done and my apartment will be clean and i will be a fanfic writing machine #also my friends and i booked a demolition room so im sure that will be beneficial kfldjfldndks

i'm so fucking tired man i really am. barely did half the work on this paper i needed to do today and i just feel so fucking useless

#like seriously all i had to do was skim a few papers and write like. a paragraph or two. and i couldnt even manage that #levi.txt #vent tw #and yeah it probably is the adhd but fucking. who gives a fuck i cant even prove i Have that problem anyway #my therapist takes it seriously and hasnt questioned me but i just feel like shes humouring the crazy girl so ill listen to her #like for the sake of rapport. i wont be able to fix my anxiety if i cant trust her right #i cant get diagnosed to prove there is a problem and i cant get any treatment to improve it whats the point anyway #this is my final essay its a BIG DEAL. i shouldve started it weeks ago but i forgot the instructions were up #so now ive got a week to write research and send off a complex 12 page paper on fucking coriolanus #i have to write at least two pages a day to even scrape by under the deadline i know im gonna have to beg for a fucking extension #theres an exam in another class next saturday i havent started to study for either and i only got a 60 on the last one #i feel so fucking STUPID i couldve started all of this earlier if i could just not put something off for once in my goddamn life #but no! binge watched half of a show tonight #stayed home like a fucking loser while all my friends had a movie night bc i was INTENDING to study or something #fucking ridiculous ive got the priorities of an actual child #delete later

#got a group presentation due to monday an essay due to sunday both of which i only today and am not really sure how to go about #then sat is my 18th bday and ive got an online class and then that night im going to a party and then like 7 hrs later meeting my mother #at a cafe and im gonna come out to her and also get an appointment to a gender clinic #and then next week ive got a test on a subject whose lectures ive never even been at cos the lecturer is unbearable #and then on the last week of march i have no classes but one exam for which im not ready at all #but the rest of the week ill use for the gender appointments which are. at a different city #and then ill come back and can start transitioning and change my docs. cant believe im so fucking close #and then i have another 2 weeks to write an intro for my research paper (should actually start sooner than that)#im hyped but also so worried #the months w the exams are always so crazy #evgesha's thoughts

Yep! I've seen all the requests in my inbox. They're 10-12 unanswered art requests from different people overall if we include the requests coming from the DMs, reblogs, and comments from the original request post. And yes, I've seen and read them all.

So yeah, they're quite a lot. So now, I'll be declining art requests until I've finished those 12 requests I haven't done yet. I'm still open for questions and chats in my "Asks/Requests" box tho!

So yeah! The finished requests will take a long time to be posted tho. Cuz I'm still on my break and my schedule is pretty busy this week. But just don't worry, I'll get to do yours sometime!
