#balancing my hormones naturally has been such a fucking nightmare 😭#the only thing keeping me going is the fact that it can mean my life no long revolves around my periods#and cramps and SI 🥲#and less chances of certain cancers#but I am so annoyingly aware of when somethings off now#like now my allergies are acting up and I know it’s why and I feel so miserable and if sucks because#I’m not in my luteal phase when I’m SUPPSOED to feel miserable so I feel cheated out of havin a good month ;(#this is such a niche proble (well the hyper awareness anyway) like omg lmfao#thoughts
