"Alright," Glenn wiped his hands on his pants. He straightened from behind Erin's crop of trees that was hiding their approach to the portal in the night and approached where the others were.

Having been together for the past few months, the others immediately sensed the dad huddle energy and formed a circle to prevent anyone from overhearing, be that their children catching up on sleep safely in the trees or one of the omega fathers hidden nearby without their knowledge.

"So," Glenn started, "we're going to kick some geezer ass."

Henry frowned slightly at the ageist term, but he tried to focus on the plan.

Darryl nodded and muttered, "Hell yeah." Despite having wanted to be the one giving the last speech, he accepted building up his mental resistance and hyping himself before the fight.

Ron continued existing. Therapy had been okay; he had a lot of feelings actually, but he trusted Glenn with his swanky eye patch and rat to deal with his father. He had been trusted to deal with Bill for Glenn in return. Darryl and Henry would deal with Barry together because they were boyfriends-but-no-don't-use-the-term-boyfriend-Ron.

"Need I say more?" Glenn stepped forward and kissed Darryl on the mouth to shut him up from saying how they definitely needed to say more and then kissed Henry on the cheek because the guy looked like he needed support.

Glenn grinned in self-satisfaction at the two men looking more grounded in what was normal between them, before this dad killing stuff came around. Ron cleared his throat.

"Oh shit, sorry, Ron." Ron closed his eyes and waited patiently as Glenn held his chin and pecked a kiss on the top of his bald head.

"Alright," Glenn nodded to himself after kissing the homies. "Let's roll."
