I know there is the wide concept of Regulus being an animagus, taking the form a cat. But I offer up another one.

A two headed lamb.

I don’t even hc him being an animagus tbh but if he had one it would be a two-headed lamb, not even a sheep a lamb. A baby. We all know he died around 17-18, very young considering how old wizards can get.
