#i've never seen so much curry before in my life 😳🥰😍#nearly 4L lol#there's ~1.5kg of beef in here lol#i browned it so well 💪#i caramalised 6 red onions too#just the smell of the onion and beef slow cooking was so good#was slow cooking for about 4 hours today#it's now in the fridge undergoing transformation into the best curry on the continent for tomorrow#there was a period of for about a year that I ate japanese curry 5x a week for lunch... i gained like 10kg lmao#it would be nice to have a pretty/fancy pot to present this...#i have a dutch oven but it's no where near large enough
