The worst thing was that he didn’t even really like the idea of having a soulmate, he thought they were stupid - in turn, you thought he was stupid. Tsukishima Kei might have just been your polar opposite. Despite your self-proclaimed rivalry, you still tagged along with his brother to Tsukki’s biggest volleyball match so far: a battle against Shiratorizawa.

Volleyball wasn’t exactly your thing, considering how much you already injured yourself, but you’d always support Tsukki; he’d always supported you - even when he’d claim that he actually hated you.

So there you stood, watching what had to be the most confusing yet exciting thing in your life when something happens. Something you don’t really understand, but the crowd goes silent nonetheless, so you follow suit. From what you could tell, Tsukki had just blocked a ball, it didn’t seem like anything special, but as his team cheered and screamed with joy at what he’d achieved you couldn’t help but join in. Lifting your arm up to cheer just as the middle blocker was tackled by two second years.

Then you felt a slight pain, “the fuck?” You grumbled, rubbing the spot, looking up at Akiteru, “hey, can you look at my shoulder?” You winced in pain as you removed your jacket, letting Akiteru check over the area.

Despite the noise around you, he was silent, “when did you get bit? Come on, I know you’re clumsy but this?” He snorted, taking a picture to show you. This was the catch, you hadn’t been bitten. Sure, you were often forgetful, but this would be something ridiculous to forget; so where had this mystery bite come from?

“But…” you tapped your chin, scowling at the railing, trying to focus. Something clicked. A sudden rush of excitement and you jumped up, trying not to squeal. “Soulmate! I have a soulmate!” You almost wanted to cry. All these years of wishing and dreaming had come together! You had a soulmate, one day you would get to experience so much love that it might be overwhelming.

Akiteru smiled down at you knowingly as time went on. You were even more excited while watching the game, barely able to concentrate on anything; things were happening that you couldn’t describe.

Until you could.

You watched as Tsukishima jumped to block another ball - or one touch, whatever it was - the moment the ball touched his hand an almost instant pain ricocheted through your arm. Or, more specifically, your right hand. Your left hand shot over your mouth to stop yourself from screaming.

It was blinding - though you did always have a low pain tolerance. Akiteru was focused so intently on what was happening on the court that he only noticed you when you reached out a shaking hand to him, tugging on his shirt.

He looked down, eyes opening wide at the bruise that had started forming on your hand, the tears that pricked in your eyes weren’t a surprise. “Is something wrong with his hand?” You barely heard someone say, but you couldn’t focus. Not on him. Not on them. Only the pain that resounded in your pinky finger.

“Y/N,” he said. You couldn’t quite explain his expression, like some sort of understanding and realization all at once. As Yachi, Akirteru and you ran towards the infirmary, you still clutching your hand, you bumped into Tsukki. Before you can say anything to him, you’re taken into a separate room.

Akiteru pinches the bridge of his nose, smirking and shaking his head.

“You really got lucky with this one,” he chuckles, looking up at Tsukishima who is trying his best to fight back against the pain. His brows knit together as he looks up at his older brother, what is he talking about? “You know, Y/N, your soulmate?” He pointed his thumb at the door, shifting awkwardly underneath Tsukki’s gaze. Yachi gasps.

You are his soulmate? There was no chance in hell… unless… well, it did make some sense. You were always bumping into things, falling over; you put yourself in dangerous situations without thinking of the consequences and they always ended up badly for you - for him. But you didn’t have a soulmate?

“I always joked about it before, and it makes sense, I mean, you rarely got hurt as a child,” Akiteru points out and he nods, “so even if you did get a bruise, it would be easy to have assumed it was a soulmate. And if it showed up on her, I… I don’t think we have to explain that one.” He sighed. “And then there was that time she shoved you off of the swing and you cut your cheek and shoved her back, and you had a big fight. You had matching bruises and cuts for so long.” This time Akiteru just chuckled, remembering the scene of you both with bandages on so many parts of your body. You’d gone with the dinosaur bandages and Tsukki just went with plain ones - even if he was jealous the whole time.

Of course it made sense that you’d be his soulmate. But did you know?

Tsukishima wouldn’t tell you about the news until after the game, when you both had matching bandages on your fingers. You were shocked and excited all at once, throwing your arms around his neck. The sudden anger surprised him, especially when you ripped off your jacket to show off the bite mark and shouted, “where did you get this from then? You going out having sex?” He rolled his eyes and glared at Nishinoya - the culprit - and it all clicked in your head. In a few years time, after you finally move in together, you’d joke the only reason he got so hyped up during the end of the match was because he was playing for his soulmate - he’d never deny it. Because maybe he was.

heyitsvi12/12/2020 “you know that i would never, i could never do that to you or them.” charlotte leaned her head against the door before he scooped her up and switched her spots. she was no longer in the freezing cold but now was in the warm car. “thanks,” she hummed out lightly. “you’re right, you can’t get back lost time and you can’t make up anything but now you got the freedom you’ve always wanted with them. they’re right there. this is what you wanted, you wanted them. it’s about them,” she smiled sweetly leaning her head on the side. “babe, i know it’s going to be hard and rough. sure some tears might shed from here and there but pictures and videos can’t compare to their daddy being there. their first words were dada, it’s all i heard. they would yell it back and fort at each other,” she laughed lightly at the memory. “when i pull up pictures, they go ‘daddy.’ once they know it’s really you then it’ll be okay. everything will be okay at the end of the day. jo is more shy one, citie will be all over you, she’s so friendly and loving.” she told him. “i know you’re worried but they’re your kids, they’re not that scary unless they’re having a meltdown over a toy.” she said with a small laugh. “whenever you’re ready, we’re not going anywhere,” she whispered out towards him, resting her head on the window looking over at him with her blue eyes.

It was their first year of life and he wasn’t there for it at all. First words. First steps. First smile. He wasn’t there for any of. “They don’t scare me. Being a father never scared me or made me worry. It’s more of....They don’t deserve me to be their father. There are amazing kids! All of them. And I, for all of their lives.....just thought of getting high. Fucking Darla, she.....if she doesn’t end up messed up later on in life then it’s a fucking miracle.” He took in a drag from his cigarette. “I know. heyitsvi12/12/2020 “but you’re not dead, you’re right here in the flesh. i’m looking right at you,” cooed our charlotte, staring at him through the rolled down window. the woman always thought about when this day would come and she always made sure that he wasn’t a stranger to them, she wanted to have his face be familiar to them. she knew how babies could get with stranger anxiety and she wanted to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. “they’re our amazing kids. they deserve you, they deserve to get to know the man who helped bring them into this crazy world. darla, miss darla love, she has such a good head on her shoulders. you know that more than anyone. she’s an amazing and smart thirteen year old i ever known.” the woman replied back to him, her eyes kept on him while he spoke out. she let out a small laugh, nodding her head. “i mean, you’re not wrong and i know this ain’t the last time we’re going to have this conversation ever but it’s just who we are. babe, look at me, i love you,” she reached over to touch him gently. “you’re not a fuck up, you never have been.” she reassured him. “it’s okay, i’m right here.” she told him, smiling gently. charlotte stood quiet before speaking out. “it’s second nature to you but you didn’t call her, you aren’t with her right now and i have a feeling that she probably would have done that. but hey, you didn’t, you’re right here and everything is going to be okay. i promise, it’s just one step at a time.” she told him.

"i'll coming running when you call out my name and it'll always be this way," quoted charlotte from a song that was on cherry bomb's latest album but it was about their relationship. the woman nodded her head, he was right, she was too nice to tell him otherwise but she always saw him in a different light. the woman smiled back at him, moving some of his hair from his face. "oh yeah, ivy and amara are going to hear about this too," she scrunched up her nose at him. "that's what best friends are for, of course," smiled softly at him before pressing a kiss against his lips gently. "sorry for messing up your birthday, jace," she whispered.

Shaking his head. “S’alright. Forgot it was my birthday away.” He shrugged. “They’ve become less special as the years gone by.” He leaned through the window and grabbed the keys. Turning the car off.

"well, now you're with me, each birthday is going to be extra special. i'll bake you a cake, cupcakes, let you unwrap your present at midnight, breakfast in bed, all the works" hummed out charlotte. "your birth is very special to celebrate, jace," she told him before watching him turn off the car. "what's the plan?" she questioned out, leaning back into the seat.

My therapist said suggested a friend so I adopted him from the shelter. Good emotional support animal since im alone a lot.”

"dogs are the best little to have around. hatachi really helped me when i was down so i get it," she smiled up at him stepping into the elevator and pressed the floor she was on. "ready? it's about to get loud," she mused out putting the key and the door unlocked from the inside. stepping in, she grinned at the small faces, they were either on their tablets or playing with the toys on the floor. "hello babies!" she cheered out before walking in more and heard babbles of nonsense and asking what had happened from darla. "guess who i have with me? did someone order a daddy?" she giggled while stepping to the side to let jace in.

"it's all and good fun," she giggled before making her way to swoop up johannah who instantly wanted to be picked up. felicitie on the other hand was just looking over and looking up at her mother. charlotte bent down to caden and took his hand in hers. "one at a time," lottie grinned down at the boy and kissed jo's cheek. "caden, look who it is, it's daddy," she smiled while the boy who was identical to jace and leo in his facial feautures. "you remember him, he looks just like you," she hummed out while the boy offered a shy wave as he made his way up to the three before him. the twins on the other hand were going to be a bit more different. heyitsvi12/14/2020 charlotte watched the scenes in front of her, she knew how much he missed the kids. he really did love them, she couldn't help but smile with tears stinging her eyes. it was so beautiful to see, all of their kids and jace reunited together for the first time in over a year. caden was pretty shy and gently - sometimes - but charlotte always made sure that he never forgot jace's face. she knew he had to remember it, he was little but wasn't too little like the twins when jace checked himself into rehab. leo and caden were just like jace, they had his facial features. charlotte walked over to take felicitie's hand in hers then readjust johannah in her arms. she looked at jace with a small smile, she wanted to take their time and not rush everything at once. when he was ready for the twins, she would move them in. for now, she watched as caden took jace's hand and moved in closer. heyitsvi12/22/2020 "i think we can make that over some hot coco, how does that sound?" hummed out the blonde while she looked over at the four on the floor. she loved the sight of caden remembering and taking to jace so well. charlotte let out a small laugh with darla. charlotte looked down at the one in her arm and the other hold her hand. "you think so? we think they look like you more," lottie said with a small smile before kissing jo's forehead. she moved in closer with the twins. "this is johannah right here," she let go of felicitie's hand and rubbed her sister's back. "say hi to daddy baby," cooed lottie while jo hid her face. "she is the more shy one. she'll come around soon," said charlotte with a small smile before bending down to the other twin and setting jo down but she stood close by. "citie, say hi to your dada, it's him, say hello," she took her hand once more and brought her closer and smiled when she pointed at him with a smile her gummy toothy smile. "give dada hugs?" lottie cooed while rubbing her back and laughed lightly when she just squealed out. "she's happy, i promise you," she chuckled out looking over to jace. "it's his birthday, citie!" she smiled when the toddler opened her mouth into an o. she had no idea what her mother saying but she was excited.

"that's dada, see he was hugging sissy and your brothers. he's nice," she kissed citie's nose gently while jo came over on the other side and caused charlotte to smile. "i read up on this, they know that i'm calm and they'll be okay, i promise," she told jace looking up at him from her spot on the floor. "this one," she pointed to the felicitie on her right. "i think that's a great idea. what do you guys think?" the woman asked the kids and got a mixture of babbles and "yeah!" her eyes looked back to jace and her smile grew. "it's settled then. hot coco and a movie. let me put on a jacket and i can help with the rest of the presents or i think miss darla will help." she giggled as she watched the teen get on her boots and jacket. "i'll stay here with the babies and get the hot coco going," she nodded her head before picked up johannah in her arms. "off to the kitchen," she sang out once more before playfully spinning around towards the kitchen.

★ so, okay, it’s senior year for the losers club right

★ and it’s nearing prom time, and almost everyone is the group seems to be going with someone (bill and eddie; bev and ben; mike and a lovely boy named steven)

★ and basically everyone in the group KNOWS rich and stan wanna go with each other, it’s so fuckin obvious like?? smh

★  but these boys are stubborn, alright? richie hates talking about feelings, even more so with romantic ones (he’s scared of rejection okay?)

★  and it’s unexpected, but stan also closes up when it comes to admitting who he likes (he had a rough time coming out to his family as it was) and also is 98% sure richie could never like him back and that boy is such a damn flirt?? 

★ so cue stan fuming off to the side whenever they’re all together and richie starts going off about some hot babe he wants to plow (spoiler: there is no hot babe, not unless u count stan)

★ the rest of the losers are sick of being stuck between this weird sexually fuelled tension and just wish they’d both get their heads outta their asses but also dont want to pressure them into admitting it (its a tough life for them)

★ “so what, you wanna lose your virginity at prom? how cliche” snaps stan when richie wont shut up about the hotness of his supposed ‘date’

★ “please staniel, i lost that ages ago” says richie (no he didnt)

★ “whatever, trashmouth. id be forever surprised if she even agrees to it, considering your dick has been ‘all around the school’”

★ “fuck dude youre just jealous” richie grunts and looks away

★ and stan just?? breaks?? cause “yeah, you moron, youre right. I am jealous, congratulations. so fuck you and your date, i hope you two have a magical night” and he just storms away, hot tears prickling his eyes and mouth turning down with each step

★ and richies just watching him go, eyes impossibly wide behind his glasses, and the rest of the losers are just like “well shit”

★ richie cant bring himself to move, watching hopelessly as stan finally disappears, and theres an eerily silence that follows

★ eventually he turns to see all of his friends looking at him expectantly like “well, what are you gonna do?” and richie has no goddamn idea, still too shocked to believe that actually happened

★ days later, its finally prom

★ stan decided hes not going, and he hasnt spoken to richie since his confession at the barrens

★ it hurts too much to think about, but he cant help it when images of richie dancing with some bimbo babe flash in his mind, and stan turns over in bed and groans irritably at himself, trying desperately to ignore the weight of dread lodged in his stomach

★ and then theres a pebble thrown at his window

★ he almost ignores it, figuring its one of the losers trying to get him to come outside. but the pebbles dont stop and stan doesnt want the window to be damaged so he gets up to yell at whoever is there

★ of fucking course its richie

★ “what are you doing here trashmouth? want me to embarrass myself even more in front of you? i dont have time for this--”

★ “stan, please,” richie says, and gives him a small smile “can you come outside? it wont take long”

★ stan stares long and hard, before closing the window and pacing around his room. he closes his eyes and figures, nothing else he could do could make things worse, so he makes his way down the stairs and cautiously opens the front door

★ his friends are all there, and stan looks aroud in suprise

★ eddie and bev release several party poppers, covering stan and his front porch (stan wants to clean it up immediately)

★ ben is holding up a boombox and playing some cheesy shit stan doesnt recognise

★ and then richie appears from around the corner and looks incredibly nervous, and stan didnt even notice before that hes wearing a very stylish blue suit - almost like the one he wore to stans bar mitzvah 

★ “richie...?” stan almost whispers

★ “h-hey...” richie clears his throat and pulls anxiously at his bow tie. he looks unbelievably gorgeous. “um... this is... me trying to win you over”

★ and then stan sees bill and mike hoist up a banner that has the words ‘wanna fuck shit up with me?’ written in red

★ “...what?” stan asks, confused

★ “richie see i knew that was dumb” says eddie as he gestures to the banner

★ “ugh, just,” richie sighs, shaking his head before laughing “basically, stanley uris... will you go to prom with me?”

★ and stan feels his insides turn hot and nerves creep along his skin. was this actually happening? surely not

★ he must have freaked out for ages because richies face has gone pale as he bites his lip in wait

★ “oh my god...” stan finally breathes “i am the hot babe”

★  and theres a pause, everyone blinking at each other, until richie starts to laugh hysterically and then everyone is definitely going “????”

★ “god, yes,” richie exhales, looking so fucking happy “youve always been my babe, babe”

★ and stan flushes so hard at how casual richie is acting, but doesnt want it to stop, ever?? and then richie is stepping closer and they both reach for each other and hold on so tightly and stans heart is beating so fast oh my god

★ richie turns back to their friends as says “thanks for your help guys, i got it from here”

★ and the losers all grin and roll their eyes and say theyll see them tonight at prom

★ and then richie turns back to look at stan, and stan cant look away as his fingers grip even tighter on richies shoulders

★ “you never answered me,” richie says cheekily

★ “huh?” stan is still recovering

★ and stan needs a moment to catch up, and then hes giggling and rubbing at his eyes, and he feels richie step even closer

BLOG MOVING   !     after almost two years of developing  /   playing melody on her own blog and meeting sooooo many amazing people  (  like honestly , it still surprise me how many individuals have came up to me and went like “DUDE!!!! THE PRINCESS IN THE WHEELCHAIR!!!!”  )    i have decided that moving melody to my multi muse   might be a better solution because it just gives me some space to like  ,  still pay attention to her even though i won’t always prioritise her   -  it’s not a bad thing !! it just means i can juggle lots of my muses in an easier flow and manner , whilst them having their own blog would just push me to neglect them at some point in favour of other muses which i dont really like doing :c  because  ———

solo photo for sure. fansign’s are totally fun and stuff but a solo photo would feel more personal i guess? and i can print it and paste it all over my room or like show it off to my friends like how i did with dean’s one LMAOOOO even tho it’s not even a proper photo it’s like i coincidentally got into the same angle as him xD

there’s a lot bro... really a lot. for day6 it would be really nice if i see them collab with any of my fav bands but more specifically nell bc i’ve been listening to them since long ago!!! it would be interesting to see offonoff collab with day6 too tho... like i wanna see day6 venture into their kind of style pretty sure they have a lot lurking in their comps just that jyp wont let them release them

mustard yellow (the colour of my icon LOL) it’s probably cos the moment i see him, i’m reminded of that colour. he’s such a ball of sunshine, not like wonpil’s kind of sunshine but more of that warmth ray of light?? thus the mustard since it’s not a bright shade of yellow :)

pls do not feel too bad for being neutral or impartial to anyone!! D: an individual might not appeal to everyone at first sight? heck some might not at all even. point is, it’s okay pls don’t think too much about it D: also guanlin is a very cute one indeed! seonho was the first one to catch my eye between the chicks but guanlin endeared himself to me first? (tho seonho quickly took the spot after, these baby chicks…) he’s v hardworking

and i see him as someone who’s actually… easily influenced by things, in way? like a simple praise lifts his spirits to the sky but when he faces hardships he visibly sulks for a while before picking himself back up. being frustrated is normal but some people pushes their frustration aside quickly to get the job done, and guanlin’s not one of those people? it’s probably not the right word tbh, how to say it… bottom line he is a good boy who tries his best and needs a lot of love and reassuranceand now i remembered his ghost prank when he appeared to not be affected by the prank only for him to say smth like ‘what a shock… i can’t do this, i’m just 17 years old’ which is both funny and sad :( he must’ve been pretty scared inside

thank you so much for this anon! this was really sweet of you to send in i love you honestly speaking, i didnt watch p101 episodes bc my heart cant take elimination shows (esp those written by mnet; when i was getting into twice i was like ‘let me watch sixteen!’ but i stopped after 2 eps bc of all the evil editing and poor nayeon omg :( i felt so bad for her; mnet really gave her an evil edit. so i decided to watch other twice videos and that worked a lot better.) I’ve watched more performances in p101, and little cuts of my favs (who usually became my favs bc of a performance) and the behind scenes! that were so cute!! and gave us a bit more of their unedited by mnet personalities. that was most of my exposure to the show, so there were many many many contestants that i’ve def missed out on or just not paid attention to. i knew who guanlin was but he wasn’t in my fav performances(nothing on him personally!) and he didn’t have much screentime/didn’t talk that much(? probably bc korean wasnt his first language. again nothing on him! and even if he did have screentime, im not sure how mnet handled him in terms of editing) and i just felt like i didn’t know him enough. seonho was the first cube chick to garner my attention!! bc of all the witty things he said and i found his personality to be quite refreshing. in the clips ive seen of ep 1 of wanna one go, i was so happy to hear guanlin talk in ways that were more reflective of his personality? they’re no longer on an elimination show where every word can be twisted against themselves bc mnet sucks, so i felt like he was a bit more free? he seemed more reserved on the show...?(which is ok!! and makes sense!! he was in a country where he barely knew how to speak the language, and on top of that he was on a show where one small wrong choice in word could ruin ur entire career!!! plus he’s naturally introverted as well. that kind of environment would be esp exhausting for an introvert)but yes, guanlin is def v hardworking! he’s come a long way from the beginning of p101 till now. he’s worked hard on everything, from rapping and dancing to his korean. he has a lot of potential :) ahh is what ur talking about kind of like what happened during one of the earlier episodes? when he didnt really want to dance with the others? i can kind of see that! i view him as a giant puppy tbh. and yea he’s sooooooo young, along with like 50% of all the ppl who appeared on p101. to have them go through such a horrible survival show is like!! theyre sooo young  :( sometimes i feel like we forget bc theyre incredibly mature for their age (mentality wise) and they are all so gifted, but there are times they do things that remind us exactly just how young they are. like the ghost prank for guanlin  idk about u anon, but im really excited for panwink. their dynamic seems so adorable and guanlin honestly seems like a taller puppy thats younger in age thats following a smaller puppy thats older in age (jihoon). its the cutest thing ever. but thank u for sending all this in anon!! i appreciate getting to know guanlin a little bit better than i did before
