Ain't nobody got spoons for that!

BLERG!  I was so excited this morning because it was one of those miraculous days where I wake up with energy.  I planned on going on a mini-adventure to a craft store and lunch using public transit.  But the bus drove right past me.  Twice.  And then I had to walk a ton to get back to the dorm and by then I had given up.  Or maybe my body had given up.  Either way, it sucked.  It reminded me how fragile everything in my life is - that missing a bus can ruin my plans for the whole day.  It makes me feel trapped.   As usual, I will end the day with: I guess I'll try again tomorrow.

My sister stayed last night, which was great, we binged on PLL. I'm still having trouble sleeping and I've been in more pain than usual the last few days because I pushed myself a little too hard helping get the house ready for our inspection. 5pm. Still have had no sleep, my wrist is the size of a golf ball and the swelling and extremely tender points near the surgery site on my back are not settling. Have spent the better part of my day bawling my eyes out, but I finished this beauty off. I'm hoping that my pain settles tomorrow as I have a full day of appointments! What to do when you can't sleep? Colour of course. Feeling so miserable. When you take sleeping meds that can knock out a horse and you still manage to be up the entire night, you end up feeling pretty sick. I managed to go do a small shop on my own yesterday but wore the wrong shoes and had to pull my granny trolley up a big hill walking home, then cleaned the whole house and cooked up a feast, so my pain is through the roof today. Love your 'art' @kyliejenner !! 😲😲😲 I wish I could look that beautiful and fee so confident in my wheelchair. But it's horrible. It humiliating, degrading and embarrassing. On top of all of the shame I feel before even leaving the house, I have to put up with the endless questions, rude comments and dirty stares from everyone everywhere we go. I'm glad you could look so glorious in your prop wheelchair, but where's the glamour shots and cover photos for all of us warriors out there that rely on this piece of equipment to get around? Smoothie pick me up! Running on extremely low spoon supply this week. The cluster of pre migraine 'auras' last week hit me and came on full swing to a migraine on Saturday night that hasn't gone away since so I feel like a living Zombie.
