Strange noises woke me up after a very good sleep. Now I'm sitting on the bow in the sunshine with a cup of tea (thank you @mingle_salt), listening to the birds. I see the fishes creating ripples. Yesterday, the global crisis finally touched me. I had a very delayed response. In a systemic exploration I realised that I was denying, not acknowledging it. It's my automatic response to trauma. I became numb and switched to survival mode, which in my case is denial and focussing on doing stuff, e.g. supporting others. My system outsourced my senses. I simply won't look, hear, feel the pain in the rest of the World and stay in my bubble. I offended some by sharing nonsense, and I feel deeply sorry about that. As a result of my weekend training in sharpening my systemic approach, I feel more and now need to take care about myself more. Slowing down a bit. Breathing more deeply. I don't like the truth, it hurts.
