The content is that one morning at 3am, Jazz took Skyfire out on the street, and Smokescreen and Wheeljack thought it was fun and followed suit, bringing their own cart (a cardboard box with an Ultra Magnus hammer) and letting Skyfire pull the cart

Subsequently, Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus came out to find these four guys for a verbal education
