I don't know if someone already asked this, sorry if they did. In the week Chicago Fire was back (tuesday) they showed Dawson in the firefigther academy, right? And at the same week, in the first Chicago PD episode (wednesday), they showed Dawson as a paramedic. Did they really made this mistake? or they only showed Dawson in the academy in the jan 14 episode, and i'm confused bc I watched it out of order?

Yes, there was a bit of continuity error in ChF 2×11 and CPD 1×01, but I think these kind of things easily can happen now that they're managing two shows. I'm sure they'll find the right balance soon.
