I just finished part one of Games of Wonderland by @teaandchess and it was AMAZING. Basically a whole ass book and the world building was incredible! I'm very excited to read the next two parts and if anybody knows if there's any fanart based off this series PLEASE let me know.

I'm so glad I got into dnd at least a year before watching Vox Machina. It means I can recognize the moments that 'normies' might think "wait why did they do that? Why did that happen? How could they do this but not that?"

Now I know the answer, since this is from a real campaign that people played irl, is...bad rolls. Good rolls. The player had a mediocre stealth roll but the GM's perception check was worse. The Rogue rolled a nat 1 on his sleight of hand and couldn't get the fucking door open.

It's just really nice being able to watch this show and know what's really going on lol

2. Are there any popular fandom OTPs you only BroTP? Not really?  Unless we’re counting Brotp as short for brothers because then yes, I totally see Castiel as being the unofficial third Winchester brother (sorry Adam!) unofficially adopted by both Winchesters.  I’m just waiting for Mary to unofficially adopt him also, 

7. Is there anything you used to like but can’t stand now? Another controversial one.  Honestly, the demons used to be scary.  Now they’re more like lower level office workers. And while corporate management is terrifying, one would think that demons would be scarier.  I mean, even the Winchesters aren’t scared of them. Ditto with the angels.  Not to sound like “get off my lawn”ish but I miss the days of Azazel and Michael.

11.Is there an unpopular character you like that the fandom doesn’t?  Why? Cassie.  I loved Cassie.  Most of the fandom hated her for...reasons.  You find out that for a time, Dean was able to find some happiness and to date, She’s one of the few women the Winchesters have dated/known that are actually still alive.That makes her kind of a badass.

18.Does not shipping something popular mean you’re in denial and/or biased?  Oh sweet Chuck. Tea, you are truly wicked.  ;)  *takes deep breath*  Okay.  Short answer?  No.  (I feel this answer is going to mirror another fandom I’m in) Long answer?   I am a huge believer in YSINMSATOK.  Ship what you love.  If it happens to be the popular ship, go you, it means you got a hell of a lot of fanfic to consume.  If it’s not, it absolutely does not mean you’re biased or in denial. In the case of Supernatural (firmly keeping this on Supernatural) the popular ship isn’t canon.  Not that it matters, but  I can’t be accused of being in denial when the canon ships aren’t actually the popular ships and are usually listed as “nonexistent”  or something else. And why would that be considered biased?  My ship is one of the dreaded “rare-pairs” even though it’s canon, there’s something about the two people I ship that attracts me to that ship, there’s something I find attractive about their interactions.  I don’t ship characters because that’s what the popular kids do, I’m not homophobic, I’m shipping them because I see/like something about these two characters and their interactions and I would like to see them interact again.  I don’t think anyone who ships walks into a show and doesn’t say “Yes.  These two.  These two idiots are so adorable together I would like to see what happens to them next.”  Those two idiots could be the popular ship, they might not. I can promise anyone who ships anything other than the “popular” OTP isn’t doing it just to spite the “popular” kids, we truly love our idiots.

25. How would you end Supernatural/ Would you change the ending of Supernatural?  Another loaded question!  As Supernatural has been picked up for another season, I don’t see it ending in the near future so I can’t answer the second question.  How would I end Supernatural?  I’m still sticking to my original headcanon even though TPTB kind of played with it in Season 11 after what looked like “borrowing” from someone’s fanfiction novel cough cough and brought back Chuck/God.  I would love to see Chuck come back just frustrated with everyone and hit the reset button. Heaven and the archangels/angels are all back, Hell has Lucifer back with all the demons. And on Earth, everyone is restored.  But with one caveat:everyone (angel,demon, human, Horsemen) remembers everything about their time before the reset.  It’s a bittersweet ending, some may change their ways, some might not but that’s why Sam and Dean and the other hunters are out there to get rid of the supernatural creatures that are preying on other lives.  Plus with full knowledge of what happened before it’s a guarantee that there will not be a happy ending, because think of the  mental and emotional torture alone.  Chuck has never been a kind and loving God, even with his sister back at his side.

Okay, that was kind of cathartic.  Thanks Tea!  Anyone else want to try me?  You all know what I watch.

I stopped watching Supernatural years ago for my own reasons tbh but I finally finished In The Lethe pt. 2 and honestly it only reinforced my decision because I literally don’t care about any other “canon”

Last TV Show: I watched the Picard finale last night and then Strange New Worlds. This morning I watched Derry GirlsE04 - but it's playoffs - so all sorts of hockey games can be seen on our TV every night.
