I think I may have just had a seizure so I'm kinda worried now
#tbh im worried about having epilepsy since its often comorbid w autism#i have a general sensitivity to lights and noises that makes me kind of space out#and i literally just stood up and felt half-passed out and started convulsing when i leaned against the wall and it got hard to breathe#could feel like my entire body and especially my jaw was shaking and tingling. couldnt see much and heard rlly loud rushing in my head#so thats not fun#eeegh#ive also heard from more than one person w epilepsy that it sounds like im dealing with mini seizures#something to bring up to my doctor ig#cw seizure mention#forgot to mention its not the first time ive had something like this happen
