Grilled fish with Lemon Butter Sauce, served on a bed of perfectly mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. With great food comes great responsibility - of burning those well-acquired calories. This lunch at my @plushescapes stay at #TallTreeResort in Manali demands a marathon. The holiday season is about to kick in, and I wanted to immerse myself in a tranquil escape before the madness sets in. But my fears were unfounded. This hidden sanctuary isn't a destination for the lovers of noise and chaos. Day 1 and I feel so relaxed. All the urban noise I wanted to run away from seems lost forever. This place makes you forget long work hours, traffic snarls, crowded malls and concrete jungles. It helps you reconnect with yourself.
