can’t believe ppl who think capcom cares about apollo now. takumi didn’t even know the 456 port was coming until it got announced. capcom cares about money and leveraging past IP into more money. the end of the eshop means these games aren’t available anymore. so they’re re-releasing them. simple as.

#there wont be any new content #there wont be any new cases #like rfta #there wont be any new art really probably #ok maybe there will be some art #all of the merch they are promoting uses old assets #they just dont give a fuck #when phoenix trilogy got rereleased he GOT art and new assets.#maybe something new will pop closer to the release date #but i dont expect very much fanfare tbh #takumis more involved in doing his dgs stageplays #and other ace attorney things that he wants to do #love that guy but i bet he hasnt thought about anything new to do with apollo in years #other than maybe the plot or script of aa7 #which if the capcom leaks are to be believed MUST exist at this point in time #in the ether along with the scrapped notes from the gavins backstory #im gonna go dig through his trash lol
