Out of all the akuma-inspired outfits you made for the header of each episode, which was your favorite?

I can't really pick A Favorite, but I'll pick a favorite Per Season:

Season 1 -

Something about designing leggings really gets me excited lol. It's not the most complicated look (and tumblr kept trying to take it down lol) but I love when an outfit looks good, looks like the akuma, AND looks like it fits the character.

Season 2 -

I'm basic, okay? I like designing for cute girls and I like designing normal clothes themed after "heroes". Volpina let me cheat like that, and it's one of the few where I tried more than one look before deciding.

Season 3 -

This one I broke from convention because I DON'T think Sabrina would normally wear this, but going for a High Fashion look AND designing it after my own personal akuma design with make me soft for it.

Season 4 -

What'd I say about leggings? Plus I got to draw a buff girlie. I'd buy this outfit lol.

Season 5 -

...Girls rule, okay? Pretty sure we can figure out why I like this one.

Syrens can’t speak on land.

Rain gets summoned and isn’t used to not being able to talk. He’s a deep-sea Ghoul, rarely breaking the surface of the water so he’s only ever gone short periods of times not being able to speak.

Water Ghouls have their own type of sign language so they can commune above water and even under the water if they’re hunting.

When Rain is summoned he is not only silenced due to the amount of time he has to spend above water, but because none of the other Ghouls know sign, and the sign the humans have is different and makes no sense to Rain.

Rain also can’t write been as water, paper and ink don’t exactly mix so he never learned.

He just resigns to nodding and shaking his head and trying to mime as best as he can.

That’s until one day when the Fire Ghoul that has a Water’s name sneaks into his room and raises his hands, making the familiar shapes of infernal sign.

Sofia being in warm colours & Rafe being in cold colours means so much to me.

Like yes she’s the only wonderful, colourful thing in his life. And yes he will take that from her because he’s Rafe. He literally gives her the shirt he hid a dead body and burned a religious relic in, quite literally making her blue.

And let’s talk about their final scene together in season 3. The roles are reversed. Rafe’s in the warm colours and she’s in the cold ones. He’s vulnerable, open, raw, (as much as Rafe can be💀) whilst she’s wearing her country club uniform, conveying just how different they are. They’re never on the same page and she can’t keep up with his myriad of different faces. Through no fault of her own might I add!! Rafe is unstable, flitting from someone who outwardly is very cool and collected, (the perfect kook king), to someone who inwardly is very explosive and volatile, moments away from losing it.

Am I probably reading too much into this? Yes. But I don’t care– let me overanalyse😭
