this is less of a theory, and more of a headcanon

(Deltarune Spoiler Warning (go play it godamnit, its free and amazing))

Kris made a deal with Gaster in the bunker to let Gaster control kris using their soul and make the holiday family stop spending time with the Dreemurr family so that Asriel would spend more time with Kris instead of December, Gaster made Dess dissappear, we have seen that Kris has taken extreme measures to make sure people stay (like slashing Toriel's tires) but losing dess would most likely make Asriel distance himself (as we've seen him do in Undertale, when he leaves after you try to spare him as Flowey in a nuetral run) and go to college, leaving Kris anyway, this would probably make Kris feel even more abandoned, ontop of losing Asriel anyway, the dissapearance of December would end up forcing Toriel and Asgore apart, as Asgore would be taking increasingly more extreme measures to try and find Dess (as Asgore is most likely her godfather seeing the relationship Rudy and he has), Asgore eventually getting fired and Toriel leaves him as she didn't aprove of his methods (again, we've seen this happen in Undertale), and then Kris wouldn't even be able to go back to hanging out with Noelle as she'd also be looking for Dess (looking for her sister makes logical sense, but in case it needs to be confirmed for any reason, Noelle's room is decorated with a calendar with each day being labelled the 25th because Queen based it off her search history and Noelle would probably be searching "December Holiday" online, also Spamton Sweepstakes confirms she has a blog, so asking around for sightings of December online makes sense) this action with Gaster to make their brother stay ultimately causing everyone to leave would make Kris probably never want to go near the bunker again, also when Susie scares away Monster Kid and Snowdrake, she asks "are you OK?" to Kris, kris probably looked scared or nervous around the bunker as the player is forcing them to this area with so many bad emotions, they probably looked scared enough for Susie to ask if they're alright. Kris probably shut themselves off from everyone, probably because of the "if I just don't make any more friends, I won't lose them" mentality that is pretty common in people with abandonment problems, they probably would've done it so if Gaster decides to take control of Kris whenever he feels like it, at least it can't really get much worse (also this is probably why they didn't really seem interested in becoming friends with Susie or Ralsei), and long enough that everyone eventually stopped asking if they were alright (they probably would've assumed it was because of Toriel's and Asgore's divorce) Gaster having a human soul with the power to use it's determination to create dark fountains from within a darkworld (my theory is that the bunker is a dark world) to expand his domain and threaten the darkners. (also Gaster making deals similar to Bill Cipher fits in with Spamton and Jevil, he promised them freedom (he probably promised to make them immune to being turned to stone during the Roaring or something))

this theory means that Kris has 3 layers to being controlled, Kris' own control (or lack there of) then us (the Player), then Gaster, this is why the player connects with Gaster at the start of the game, before they are interrupted by someone with a different style of speech (this theory make Kris themselves a very logical contendor, as kris would believe choices don't matter (because of the speech in the art above) and also not want to be controlled even more), and then there's Gaster, who controlls kris when The Player doesn't, like the Act options, they player can choose what to do, but neither Kris or The Player are doing it (like Hugging the Ralsei Dummy for example, you don't hald Left and walk over to the Dummy, Kris just seems to do that on their own) this would make it so Kris removing their soul and glaring at the camera mean that Kris isn't staring at The Player, but staring at Gaster, Kris would be Glaring at Gaster as a taunt for removing his control over them, and the player most likely would think Kris is looking at them because they aren't supposed to know about Gaster. now we have to address the end of chapter 2, as it seems to contradict my control layers theory, as Kris removes control from both Us and Gaster, and then procedes to make a dark fountain as if working towards Gaster's plan. there are 2 possible answers;

Kris IS working towards Gaster's plan and creating dark fountain for him as it could've been part of their deal to get rid of December, OR

Kris doesn't know that Gaster wan't more dark world and made that one to hold together the life they have left before Gaster takes it away again, in this one dark world, they can spend time with Toriel, Susie, Ralsei, and either Undyne or Asgore, there is a possibility of it being Asgore beacause maybe Toriel called him instead of Undyne as he used to be a cop and would protect Kris no matter what the cost, also a chapter with Toriel in it has a chance for Toby Fox to go more in-depth with Toriel's and Asgore's relationship, but how they acted towards eachother earlier in that day lowers the chance, and it seems like a bit early of a chapter to fix the parents in Kris's Story, so it's more likely Undyne.

The roaring would work well in Gasters favour as he is probably the King of Darkness (bc Ralsei is the Prince), he probably created Ralsei with Kris in-mind, as he planned for them to meet anyway, Also if Ralsei has been created for Kris, than why does he say he's so old, and how does he know about the Roaring? simple, Gaster probably just told Ralsei about the Roaring, and they were probably created around the same time December went missing, which seems to be a few years ago, and time could pass a little bit differently in the dark worlds, my idea is that the dark worlds take twice as long as a normal day, as in chapter 1, the whole crew is knocked out for an unexplained amount of time before Card Castle, and when they leave the dark world, it's late afternoon, but in chapter 2, kris falls asleep until noon and then spends even more time in the dark world than chapter 1 and still comes out at late noon, also Susie says "it felt like years" when talking about the differnce between Chapter 1 and 2, while it could've been a clever joke from Toby fox about how long it took to make the game, it also could've been from the time warping properties of a dark world, as this is her first time in a dark world, she would probably be experiencing some kind of time dialation? it's a bit far-fetched, but it would make Ralsei technically older than he logically should be, but we also don't know just how long he's been alone as he's only really said "so long" but it would also explain why he was so alone, is probably because Gaster left him there in the closet for so long, there is probably a connection to the Bunker like there was to the first dark world in chapter 1, and there are probably more doors to get to other dark world which explains how Ralsei got to Cyber World, but also Ralsei said "THE Door" when talking about the door in chapter 1, so who knows. Also if Gaster Created Ralsei, then he probably would've given him the power to survive in any dark world.

So in conclusion, Gaster is the Knight, but also Kris is the Knight, the cyber world and the chapter 2 cliffhanger world were created by Kris, seemingly by their own fruition, but it's probably caused by gaster in some way, and Kris doesn't actually want the Roaring, or something idk, i just felt like drawing Kris and my mind went wandering lol

is a big fan of snow. his family used to travel to the mountains regularly ( i swear this headcanon isn't getting any sadder than that. ) obv it's a lot less likely to snow in hurricane, but y'know. if it ever did? oh boy. it's definitely a very bad idea to let him out into it ( melting water getting into his circuitry and all that ), but he will ask. more than once. insistently. catch him standing in front of the windows just staring outside

absolutely does have a british accent despite it making so little sense ( born in utah to a very english father, a french american mother with an indecipherable accent, and surrounded by americans. it's funny to me. ) he tried to lose the accent post-william going missing. it lasted a singular attempt in public. he just can't fake accents. he will reply to any questions about where in england he's from with a deadpan "utah" however, and yes he does find that kinda funny

genuinely actually like so good with kids. not just the big performing and playing, but she's very good with the emotional side of things. she's hung out with kids who were left alone or had been bullied more than once. she generally gets very attached to individuals who spend time with her and remembers things like names and birthdays completely organically ( as in, susie remembers them herself ) on the flip side, she doesn't take it well when an older child stops coming to the pizzeria or a family moves away. in many ways, she sees herself like those children she tries to help—rejected and alone, save for the band

completely oblivious to the animatronics becoming haunted until it's near impossible to ignore. definitely thinks their coding is just fucked up at first. he only really decides even that when he's working late one night, looks up, and sees bonnie just standing in the half-open door. staring. he doesn't recognize the actual hauntings for years. at first because he simply doesn't believe in ghosts, and, later, because he's in denial. either way, the animatronics speaking to him in strangely human ways will always send shivers up his spine

aunt who lets her niece and nephews get away with literally anything. william is like "please don't let them have too many sweets while i'm gone" and she's like "yeah no of course" and then the door shuts and she turns to them and is like "so let's go out for ice cream" in all seriousness, jayne dotes because she knows shit's been hard ( the divorce, and then later the loss of CC and elizabeth ). she can and will try to dote on mike even when he's a teen/adult because she really does sympathize. ( mini bonus william hc: he absolutely knows this goes on, but jayne just generally gets a free pass from him on most things LMAO )

he really does just have the time of his life when he first becomes sentient. like, he's not really fully aware during The Horrors, and he genuinely loves performing. unironically views william as his perfect, amazing creator until he does realize. spring is never dangerous in the way the others are—he's not haunted, not really. still, he wanders at night, even when he's long, loooong out of use. he talks with far too much self-awareness to night guards and other staff. he begins to glitch out generally, but he's usually only dangerous toward one person: william.

bc what do you do when the only two people in the whole world who can truly understand you are on the other side of the country? like, yeah, max is her best friend too (mike, dustin, lucas ofc) but her bond with will is different and el? el is the only person who understands what it’s like to have powers she can’t control and when things start to change she’s worried shitless

like okay yeah she’s had the pyrokenesis thing for going on a year now and she has a hold on that but now she’s having visions? or are they dreams? she isn’t sure, but she also knows better than to have that conversation over the phone. and here’s the thing: max is having a hard enough time with her grief as is, and the last thing katy wants to do is burden her friends. so, she just… buries it (is it genetic? yea, we think so. exhibit a: mrs. debbie sullivan, exhibit b: beth sullivan exibit

her time is split between max and the boys, but increasingly so max has been blowing her off and shutting her out. and there’s only so far she can reach for her before it’s up to max to accept it

Noelle had truly found it by mistake.

She really didn't mean it. Susie' diary had been out in the open and was flipped to the most recent page. She had probably forgotten to keep it. As Noelle walked past the opened page, curiosity got the best of her. She knew she probably shouldn't be snooping around others stuff. However, she had already been good friends with Susie for a few months, surely it would be alright?

Susie was never really one to open up so this was the perfect opportunity to see what may be troubling her. Furthermore, Susie wouldn't be back for a couple more hours so this could be her chance.

'Hey, Diary! First time I'm writing to you. (feels a little weird) Ralsei said it'd be a good idea to express my thoughts to a book. Sounds dumb but uh, I thought I'd just give it a shot...'

Several questions started flooding noelle's mind; Wasn't Ralsei the goat-looking monster from her dreams a while back? Did Susie have a similiar dream before?

Was the dream, never a dream?

Noelle soon shoved those questions away for another day, opting to continue reading. She flipped a few pages ahead and...

'Alright, DAMN this sounds weird but since I can't get this damn thought out of my mind, I figured I should just write it out. So... A few days ago, Noelle nudged me on the side and I felt this weird electrical tingly sensation? Nonetheless, for some reason I jus jolted out of nowhere. That was the first time I've experienced that weird phenomenon, but... I kind of liked it, weirdly enough. Maybe it was because she did it?'

Noelle was taken aback. Was she talking about tickling?

That was.. kind of adorable, especially for Susie. It would make sense that Susie didn't mind it, especially due to her past. However, the thought that Susie didn't even know what it meant was kind of saddening. Did no one really care about her during her childhood? Noelle thought about it for awhile before coming to a decision. She was determined to help her catch up on what she missed. While reading Susie's diary, Noelle started drifting off into her own thoughts.

Noelle has had experience in tickling, especially since she'd always done it to her.. younger sibling. Susie would be different though. Would she find out that Noelle had read her diary? Would Susie be mad? Was Noelle interpreting her diary the wrong way? What if...

"Yo Noelle! I'm back! Brought Kris back with me to our rented apartment to look around."

Was that Susie? Oh no... how had time fly by so fast? Noelle hastily flipped the book back to its original page, making sure it looked as if it was left untouched. Maybe she could ask Susie about it tonight? After carefully shutting the door, she bolted down the stairs to find Susie, failing to hide the obvious beads of sweat trickling down her forehead.

"Heya Susie, Kris! How was the uh meet up?"

"Was great man! Oh and, you still up for movie night tonight with Kris?" Susie enquired. Apparently, ignoring the droplets on the side of Noelle's forehead.

The movie! Noelle had totally forgotten about it. Well, she could always just ask after the movie... "Yeah! Of course!"

Susie grinned, and lightly shoved Kris on the shoulder, "Come on, put your bag down punk! You still need to show Noelle and I how your mom makes those pies."

After night fell, the trio decided to settle down with some lettuce, chalk, and moss. However, halfway through the movie, their eyes started to slowly droop down, eventually falling asleep.

As the next day rolled by, Noelle groggily opened her eyes. She squeaked quietly as she realised Susie's right arm draped over her. Apparently she had been leaning against Susie's shoulder the entire night. The sudden noise and movement startled Susie awake, making Susie also realise the predicament they were in too.

Both of them awkwardly shifted away, a slight pink dusted their cheeks. Their eyes were locked on the other directions, too embarrassed to look at each other. Eventually, after 3 seconds of silence, Susie got up, claiming she was gonna go get the both of them some breakfast. Noelle nodded softly.

While Susie was opening the fridge, Noelle looked around for Kris. They probably went home in the early morning.

"Oh, t-thanks!" Noelle exclaimed as Susie set down two overnight sandwiches on the table. "U-uh.. Susie, can I ask you something?"

"Hm? Sure, shoot."

Here goes nothing... "Are you ticklish? I-I mean, do you like being tickled? I-I MEAN, do you know what tickling is?" Oh god, Noelle was done for. Susie would probably realise that she had seen her diary, or maybe she would question why she had such a ridiculous question, or, or...

"Woah woah uh, no? I think?" Susie replied, clearly confused.

Noelle tilted her head, "No to uh... which?"

"The one where you asked whether I knew what this 'tickling' is, dork" Susie laughed.

Oh. Well, this was going to be more difficult than planned. How does one explain how tickling works?

Hmm. Maybe...

"Maybe it'd be better if I showed you?" Noelle suggested, gesturing Susie to sit slightly closer. Part of Noelle was freaking out as she was just about to tickle Susie.

Great. Feared. Attractive. Susie.

However, the other part of her genuinely wanted to help Susie catch up on what she had missed out in her childhood. And perhaps she also did want to do this herself, even with how nerve wrecking it is.

Trusting Noelle, Susie complied, though somewhat confused. Slightly shaking, Noelle took a deep breath and tentatively reached out, lightly tracing circles on Susie's side.

The reaction was immediate.

Susie's breath hitched slightly, arms clamping down on instinct. Her eyes widened, turning to Noelle, seemingly confused by her own actions.

"Don't worry, it's a normal reaction. And u-uh, that's tickling. Well, light tickling." Noelle explained, retracting her hands.

"Could you, try it again?" Susie asked sheepishly, a rare sight to see. "I'll try not to react much since I'm more prepared."

Noelle gave a small warm smile, agreeing to Susie's request. This time, Noelle opted to use a different strategy. As she reached out again, she lightly scribbled the same spot as before. However this time, she started moving up and down from her ribs to her sides, adding a little bit more variation and pressure.

At this point, Susie was shaking, trying her best not to shove Noelle's hands away. A grin started tugging on her mouth, snickers threatening to burst. She eventually decided to use her hands to clamp down on her mouth to prevent embarrassing giggles from spilling out. However, she couldn't prevent the small snickers that would slip out when Noelle hit a particularly sensitive spot.

It was truly fascinating to both Susie and Noelle how Susie enjoyed it so much. Susie had so many questions as to why she enjoyed it and how this was making her laugh. Noelle herself, was oddly eager to try out other techniques to see which worked best. However, for now, the light tickles were all they needed. And perhaps, they might even try this again in the future.

Some old deltarune chapter 3 predictions copied from my other tablet. Some of these are extremely cringe/incoherent but I'm just putting it as it was written.

All of this is Deltarune ch. 3 shit, and mostly Mike because haha funni tv man <3 idk if he even exists but I love him

-Bit where Mike swears but it's blocked off by a little censor bar, if you edit the files to look under it, there's a small sprite of a dog

-Rouxls sneaks into your inventory, (Lancer probably too)

You check your light world inventory and it says smthin about the cards, and then "and the rules card… Somehow?"

-He kinda becomes a co-host on whatever shows Mike is hosting, but Mike gets mad at him because of the stupid accent thing and just tells him to shut up

-Rouxls in a suit??? I'd die

Anyways

As for the shows that'd happen

-Cooking show, I mean, come on

-Oh my god, baking contest where Kris, Ralsei and Susie all make a cake, you get to make the cake yourself while the others are off-screen

-Ralsei's is perfect, of course

-Susie ate the ingredients and severely fucked up the kitchen

-Kris… Well it depends on how you do, but I'd imagine it'd be funny if you screw up

-Nobody loses though, Mike does the Mettaton thing and makes up some bullshit for how everyone did great

-Commercial breaks, possibly where you fight random enemies, or you go backstage and try to fuck shit up without Mike noticing

-Talent show somewhere in all this, Susie continues to destroy shit

-Susie is handed a microphone, proceeds to bite it without hesitation. Terrible mic screech sound plays, awkward silence, then the crowd cheers

-Microphones taste bad

-Obviously a game show happens, but that's the main bit

-News segment like the Mettaton bit in Undertale because of course

-The return of the tile puzzle except real this time

-???

-Plenty of similarities to the Mettaton section of Undertale (PLEASE)

-Wait what if Toriel is there and the crowd absolutely loves her

-Also what if Undyne destroys shit (But what about Susie? Maybe they join forces to cause problems)

-Something something "grand finale" and you fight Mike

-No clue what the secret boss would be, I mean, Toby always makes up some wacky shit (and it's always amazing)

-Absolute sillyness happens because Deltarune

-After the chapter, when you bring Mike to castle town, he ends up making a scene (of course he does) by arguing with Queen

(Mike is upset that television is slowly being replaced by the Internet, Queen is a smug bitch because of course she is)

-One of them says something to imply they've met before, Susie says some stuff in small text like "They know eachother???"

Ok this is based on a whole scene I made up in my head but what if Mike goes off about how TV hasn't hurt as many people as the internet, and Queen actually gets a bit sad.

Mike kinda regrets saying what he did, and he says something like "Hey, nobody's perfect! We've all got our problems""

And then Queen's like "Well, You're Right About One Thing…"

"You Definitely Have Problems"

And then she laughs lmao

They hate eachother so much but in a weird rivalry kind of way, where they secretly don't actually hate eachother that much, if that makes any sense (Hint: It Doesn't)

Ok ever since Dr.Stephen released the amazing Deltarune characters in Srb2 I was wondering about a genocide/weird route idea

Ok so heres how it goes (how you would set it up):

When you start green flower zone act 1 don’t kill a single enemy and go to the first red house at the top, you will the. suddenly hear Spamton talking through the house .

He says something like this “HEY CAN’T A [[Duudee]] LIKE ME GET SOME SHUT EYE ???”

Now usually you’d leave this area and continue on with the game but if you switch to Susie and start hitting the house with her axe suddenly Spamton speaks again “HEY “Grochi mama]] STOP SWINGING THAT THING AROUND”

“…”

“HEY HEY HEY ON SECOND THOUGHT THOSE [[birds are pissing me off]] HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE THEM SOME GOOD OL’ [[Melatonin]]”

Then you hear the weird route jingle

Now go back to an enemy and break open the badnik,make sure your Susie for this next part, attack the Flicky that comes out

The flicky will be cut open leaving blood on the grass

Suddenly Susie and Ralsei freak out

Susie responds with “…o-oh my god d-did I j-just”

Ralsei responds with “Susie w-why did you do that”

Susie then gets angry responding with “I DON’T KNOW A VOICE THAT SOUNDED LIKE KRIS TOLD ME TOO !!!”

It follows two orphans, Alice and Shoko, who just want to get away from the harsh punishments of Mrs. Larson. Alice gets asked to get the mail and sees an invitation to a circus show, she hides it and decides to ask Shoko to go with her later. The two leave and as they’re heading to the location they fall through the ground…but they made it to the circus?

CHARACTERS

Main:

Alice- The main protagonist that you play as. She’s smart and quick, both on her feet and in her mind. She’s extremely stubborn and once she has her head set on something it’s very hard to change her goals. She hates losing but she also knows when to give up and can admit when she’s wrong.

Shoko- Shoko is the exact opposite of Alice, she presents herself as dense and carefree. Despite witnessing everything above ground and underground, she continues to smile. In reality she’s extremely observant and once she gets to know someone she’s good at reading their tone.

Masquerade- Alice’s love interest. He’s quiet and observant, yet has many fans because of his calm, collected, and mysterious nature. He’s one of the first people you meet when you fall through the ground.

PartyHat- One of Shoko’s love interests and another one of the first people you meet after arriving at the circus. He’s a huge joker and wears his heart on his sleeves, he finds it extremely difficult to hide his distain from Synthia.

Charlie- Shoko’s second love interest. Behind his wide, eerie smile is someone who’s deeply loyal to his friends and even more loyal to Shoko. There’s a lot of secrets behind him though.

Synthia- The main antagonist and the leader of the circus. The way her glowing red eyes peer into you, you can’t help but hear a voice telling you to follow and trust her. She knows you more then you know you and she knows how to use this information against you.

Side:

Aesop- The mute janitor you meet and befriend. Some of the insane residents sewed his mouth shut and find other ways of torturing him.

Atlus- A member of the freak show, and a freak they are. Atlus the crazy monster who can attach and detach any limb at will.

Bella- A member of the twin acrobatics. She’s timid but filled with innocent, childlike curiosity.

Blair- The spider knife thrower. She holds an amazing power of force and precision, try not to cross paths with her.

Edward- The second member of the twin acrobats. He’s aloof and doesn’t have much to say, please try to excuse his sour personality.

Elliott- A charming and narcissistic leader of the freak show. No need to fear, he would never soil his beautiful hands with your blood.

Finn- The contortionist. An extremest. Finns personality is all over the place, he’s quick to any emotion, it’s as easy to make him angry as it is happy. With extremely flexibility and agility he makes a hard enemy.

Jo- The beast tamer. She’s has no remorse for almost everyone in the circus. She prefers to sit above and send her wild beast after troublemakers.

Oliver- a sadistic ring leader. He’s Synthia’s right hand man and controls the circus when she isn’t. His favorite past time is bullying Aesop with Pedro, his best bud.

Pedro- The sadistic, insane, sword swallower. Finds immense joy in hurting others, even his coworkers. His favorite victim is Aesop, and having a buddy to bully Aesop with just makes the entire experience better.

Quinn- Quinn is the extremely chill gremlin of the freak show. Yes, she’s chaotic, but unlike her coworkers, she doesn’t find that much joy in hurting others unless they did something to her family.

River- Buff, magician moth lady. She’s very energetic and friendly. She's often pulling gifts out of her hat after a show to give to guests.

Susie- The circus nurse. Although she is also a staff member and plays no part in the circus act, Pedro and Oliver don't bully her as much, I wonder why? She's extremely sweet and helps Alice and Shoko a lot throughout the story.

Wren- The older twin of the freak show. Unlike her younger sister, Wren will try to destroy you at every chance she gets. Wren is extremely protective of the freak show, even more protective of her younger twin.

Wynn- The younger twin of the freak show. She's shy and timid, beating Susie's own shy personality. She hardly speaks and when she does you can't make sense of what she's saying.

10. Look What You Made Me Do

Warnings: Mentions of Drug Use

The old Mrs. Maisel is dead.

It took a series of harsh truths to get her to this point, and now it’s time to rise from the ashes. She’s done it before, and she can do it again. And just like before, she needs help.

The first stop is Susie Myerson and Associates.

It’s hard to eat crow, and Susie is obviously reluctant to keep dealing with Midge’s bullshit, but with a little charm and a lot of groveling, Midge gets her to agree to the new plan. No more planning.

Don’t plan. Work. Just work.

The second stop is a little harder, but not impossible. She knows he’s doing a welcome home show at the Apollo, so her second stop is Harlem. She slips through the stage door and finds her way to his dressing room, knocking softly.

“I owe you a couple of apologies,” she says when he opens the door. He looks fabulous as always if a little damp from his time on stage. “I’m sorry for the things I said on this stage. I betrayed your trust. I was so petrified of going out in front of that audience, and I unintentionally threw you under the bus to save my own ass.”

Shy’s expression remains carefully neutral but not harsh as she continues, “And I am sorry for rejecting your offer of friendship. I did it because I was so hurt, and you’re a much better person than I am. I’ve had a hard time trusting people in the last couple of years, and when you offered your friendship, I didn’t trust that I wouldn’t get burned again. Even though I’m the one who hurt you first. I know that now.

“I hope it’s not too late to take you up on that offer,” she finishes, holding out the Tupperware in her hands. “I know the food here is insanely amazing. I ate it on that stage. But...I made you a brisket. It’s a lot like pot roast but made with Jewish guilt.”

His lips quirk, and she’s forgiven with a wink and a smile.

The last stop is the hardest. Lenny Bruce is a difficult man to find if he doesn’t have a gig, and he hasn’t played anywhere since Carnegie Hall.

Fortunately Dinah can find anyone.

She stands at a door inside a run down building, a far cry from the Mayflower with its gilded lobby and blue-painted room. The door to his apartment is wooden, the paint chipped and the number four askew. She lifts her hand, twisting it until it’s straight before knocking.

The cigarette between his lips almost falls to the ground when he opens the door. “Midge.”

She takes a deep breath. “Hi, Lenny.”

They stand frozen for a moment, staring at each other before he opens the door wider, stepping aside and wordlessly inviting her inside. She steps through carefully. The inside of his apartment is simple, and she’s glad to see he keeps his apartment nearly as tidy as his hotel rooms.

“How did you find me?” He asks, the door clicking shut.

She turns to face him. “I have a list of names,” she says, skipping over the how and straight to the why.

“Nice or naughty?”

“We’re Jewish,” she reminds him.

“That explains the menorah in my closet,” he drawls, dragging from his cigarette. “So you have a list,” he prompts on the exhale.

“And you’re the last name,” she answers.

“You’ll make a guy feel special with talk like that,” he says, half joking.

“You’re last because this is the most difficult conversation I’m going to have, and it’s going to end one of two ways,” she explains, taking a shaky breath. “Option one: I leave here, go home, and cry myself to sleep.”

He nods slowly. “And what’s option two?”

Another deep breath. “I spend the next two days in bed with you.”

A slow smirk meets his lips. “An infinitely more appealing option,” he drawls as he lifts the cigarette to his lips again. “What is the determining factor?”

“There are a few,” she answers, folding her hands together in front of herself in an attempt not to fidget.

“Should we be sitting for this? Or does your corset require perching?” He teases.

“I can sit,” she answers. “But in all honesty, I may need a drink.”

“That I can do,” he replies, moving past her toward the living room. He stubs out his cigarette and pours them each a glass of whiskey, handing her one before heading for the couch. He’s wearing his suit minus the jacket and tie, and his sleeves are rolled up to his elbows, making him look comfortable but still so sexy she has to stop herself from skipping past the conversation right to option two.

Instead, she sits in the armchair. Her corset is a little tight, so she sits toward the edge of the chair. She sees him bite back a smirk as he notices. She takes a long sip of her drink and says, “I’m sorry, Lenny.”

“You’re sorry,” he repeats.

“The biggest night of your career, and instead of celebrating, I put you in a position where you had to yell at me,” she explains, and he watches her, his expression painfully neutral. “You did something very nice for me, and I fucked it up. I’m so sorry.”

Lenny nods slowly. “I understand why you did it,” he replies. “It was a stupid thing for you to do, but I get why you did it.”

She tilts her head to the side, studying him for a moment. “How do you know me so well?” She breathes. “Everything you said to me on that stage was spot on.”

His smirk is soft when he murmurs, “I pay attention.”

A sad grin meets her lips at that. “I know you do...and I pay attention to you, too. Which is why I can’t not bring up the bag.”

Lenny sighs and takes a drink from his glass. “The bag,” he repeats.

“What did I see in there?”

“I think you know,” he answers. “My arrest record isn’t limited to obscenity charges.”

Midge nods. “Is all really well?”

A mirthless chuckle passes his lips. “I like to pretend it is. Stops me from thinking too hard about it.”

“I can’t...” She swallows thickly. “Lenny, I can’t do this if you’re on drugs,” she tells him. “This thing between us...I don’t want it to be casual, and I can’t have you around my family if you’re high all the time.”

“It’s not all the time,” he tells her. “Just...more often than I should be.”

She looks down at her glass. “How often?”

“Does it matter?” He asks.

Midge sighs. “I guess not,” she answers truthfully.

"I wasn’t high that night, Midge,” he says confidently. “I need you to know that. I would never have touched you if I was high.”

She looks up then, meeting his gaze, and the intensity of it...she knows he’s telling the truth. “Are you now?” She asks.

“No,” he answers immediately. “I haven’t touched the stuff since...” She waits on bated breath. “Since before that night.”

“It’s been two weeks.”

“I wanted to have a clear head for Carnegie Hall,” Lenny explains. “And when you brought it up on stage...trust me, there was nothing I wanted more than oblivion when I got back to my room, but I knew you were right. After the worst of withdrawal subsided, I started feeling more like myself, and...there are no drugs in my apartment for the first time in...” He trails off before finishing, “A long time.”

Midge exhales in relief. “That’s good, Lenny. That’s really good.”

He nods, a soft smile on his lips. “It’s mostly selfish. I feel better. I feel sharper, but...I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t partly about you.”

Her lips part in surprise. “Me?” She breathes.

“I told you, I’ll never touch you if I’m high...and I really, really want to touch you again,” he admits, his eyes dark as he looks at her.

She bites her lip softly. “I really, really want you to touch me again, too,” she breathes, feeling a familiar ache between her thighs.

Lenny’s face breaks into a smile, and he chuckles softly. “Look what you made me do,” he says, downing the rest of his drink.

She laughs. “What did I make you do?”

He looks at her for a moment as though he’s trying to decide how to answer her question. He opts for honesty when he answers, “You made me fall in love with you.”

Her breath catches. “You...”

“Yeah,” he answers. “I’m in love with you. You don’t kick dope for a girl you simply want to bed, Midge.”

She knocks back the rest of her whiskey before standing. In a role reversal, she takes his hand and pulls him to his feet. “This would be really awkward if I wasn’t in love with you, too,” she says, allowing herself to smile for real.

Relief passes over his features. “So option two, then?” He asks, twisting their fingers together.

“Thank god,” she replies as she pulls him down into a searing kiss.

You finish up and make it tonsatl lake city to get help from Susie

The others explain everything in a pretty bad way

You help distract Susie dad

After you have the coordinates you got and try to keep argyle from doing anything stupid because he is extremely high

You get back in the van and start following the tracks

You arive to see el taking down a helicopter

When you get to her Mike runs up and hugs her

You hug her next and say 'help me there kinda stupid' pointing to the men in the party

You and the rest of the party get gas and realize that you can go to suffer boy pizza

You help argyle make food for everyone and then help will and Jonathan with the salt bath

You watch as el goes in and look for max

You see as she fight vecna

And you see milk confess his love to her

She finally wakes up and you hit the road to get to Indiana

You finally arrived and you see all you friends

You introduce yourself boyfriend argyle to the party and most were kinda shocked

But they lived him

Just finished Stranger Things 4 and i have thoughts:

1- Nancy and Steve: stop. Just stop, please.

I love them both so much, but I do not ship them, never have never will, and I've always shipped Nancy and Jonathan and to me Nancy and Steve broke up for some very good reasons and, even tho they make great friends, they don't really make that much of a fine couple from my point of view.

2- Steve: 1: fucking ally or what?! 2: it's because you're the best babysitter, sweetie. 3: (most important) him ripping the demobat's head/body off was really hot. Like, sexy and hot and it got me all hot lol. So hot. Rip that head off! 4: i shipped him a lil with Eddie at some points. 5: he's such a great person. How he supports his lesbian girl at a small town in the 80s is amazing. Like Eddie said -he said something, i forget fast.

3- Robin: i felt represented. She won't shut up. Not great with the social skills. I love her and want her to be safe. Wish we could've seen more of Vickie. Her friendship with Nancy got me shipping a lil, but i loved their friends dynamic. Beware of rabies.

4- Argyle and Eden - ❤️ the way he was just instantly smitten was so cute. Him freaking out was also cute.

5- When i saw the promos saying El thought Will had a crush i was so happy thinking it might've been someone new and that liked and appreciated him, maybe that guy in the pink jacket. But no. He's still into Mike. It broke my heart when we knew the painting was for Mike and then he got there and everything was just super awkward. I'm really curious about the painting. And, it just got pointed out to me here, that Mike may not be able to say he loves Eleven bc he's into Will too? He said it in the last season and he's been treating Will kinda weird for some time... So i have no idea what to make of this. I just thought Mike and El were endgame. I can see it both ways. Adding: that moment they were talking in his room, i thought Will would kiss Mike for sure.

6- Eddie: what can I say about this man? He's so cute and awesome. Such a caring drug dealer. An extra lil dad for Dustin and the others. He seems like he could be friends with Robin very easily, but him and Steve bonding over Dustin was my fav. And jumping into a Watergate for three basic strangers was pretty cute. Even if it was for shame reasons. It also looks like he's filling in for both Billie and Jonathan at Hawkins, but not too much because he has his own manners and personality that diverge from both characters, and i love that.

7: I missed Erica. A. Lot. Just the facts. The couch is on fire lol she's always a badass. And speaking out in the middle of an "adult" conference was pretty cool. Also, calling their bullshit and noticing the lights.

Extras:

My fav Dustin moment was: "I overestimated them". That was some beautiful moment right there.

The fact both Steve and Eddie felt jealous of Dustin is so wholesome and weird at the same time. Just wanna see those three together.

The ending caught me by surprise. But if i stop to think about it, it was kinda predictable?

Susie's family was fun. Hope to see her in Hawkins one day.

I love Russian. That one Russian prisoner was Svetlana's husband in Shameless.

Me, everytime that one basketball player spoke: Hey, Garrett? Shut up. (He played a character named Garrett in Teen Wolf)

Liked how their parents got all involved together this time.

When that cop said Max was mean. Lol. Hell yeah.

I wish Vickie was one of the number children.

Me, hoping to see the new Xerife's reaction when Hop comes back.

Eddie, the cutiepie who is winning over my heart just like Alexei did.

Will, who decided to bring his very important painting with him to a rescue mission and is being way more obvious about his crush nowadays.

Karen, it's just a feeling, but I think she'll start getting more into the actual problem eventually and it may end up bad for her.

Murray, he's one of my favs and it just seems like it would fit very well.
