Thank you for the recs! I will be sure to check them out! I'm loving the back to you studio version, and hope we can get a digital download or it goes on streaming (but also still waiting for paradise 😭)

I became more aware of Louis' solo stuff probably last year, not long before FITF came out? I saw lots of videos of his tour going around social media and it looked like the shows had a good energy! I never really had a 1D phase so wasn't really aware of much. I listened to walls and enjoyed it so kept on eye on his upcoming releases and found bigger than me to be so good! And out of my system had me hooked and so excited. Then faith in the future blew me away tbh, became my album of the year basically. I was a little nervous about going to the tour on my own but braved it and had so much fun!

Favourite songs are such a hard choice because I tend to have moments with different ones but if I was picking right now it would probably be:

Walls: DLIBYH, Walls, Defenceless

FITF: Out of my system, chicago, holding onto Heartache, Saturdays, all this time

I just love love love the bruised optimism of a lot of Louis' songs. I think Saturdays and all this time capture that really well!

Omg i love everything about this! Bigger than me and out of system are so good i'm glad they had you hooked and excited for the album. Louis' music in general is so good you just have to give it a chance and you'll be hooked. And fitf is just out of this world, isn't it? my absolute favorite album 🫶🏽. Walls is a very good album too, it will always have a special place in my heart 🥹. My top songs from walls right now are dlibyh, fearless, defenceless and of course pop perfection always you. Except for all this time and maybee holding onto heartache I can't really choose favorites from fitf 😭 i'm just obsessed with every single one. Bruised optimism is a good way to describe Louis' songwriting! I love it. I'm so glad you went to see him and had a great time. I couldn't go to the fitfwt and i'll always mourn that but hopefully i'll be there for lt3 tour. I must admit paradise wasn't a favorite of mine but it grew on me especially after he played it at afhf and i love it so so much now so i hope he'll release it on streaming eventually.

I can't speak for others but as much as I liked BTM live, I didn't invest time in it because I knew the streams wouldn't count towards album sales. We already went through that with DLIBYH- single edit. My focus was doing everything to help BTM the single and by extension the album do well, since the live version isn't on an album it didn't pay to stream it,but I'd buy and stream the hell out of a live album.

Yeah - and fans were distracted with everything else happening at the time of release too
