deleted scenes are inevitable, sometimes there isn’t enough time for it or maybe it would’ve created a plot hole, or maybe it was plain useless in the end.

however, the fact that there’s a deleted scene of mike biking from the quarry and sobbing after seeing will’s body..? that’s such an interesting scene to take out. that’s a kind of scene that requires a bit of time to shoot and get. you need cameras following a moving bike, presumably a fast moving bike, which may need multiple takes. and on top of that get a good performance. i can’t imagine putting work into that just to remove it completely.

that scene could’ve emphasized even more how much mike loves will and how important he is to him.

however, even the most character-developing and time-consuming scenes get deleted and never get shown in the end sometimes, unfortunately. i do really hope they include it in s5 somehow… but i also wouldn’t be surprised they don’t.
