okay just watched the sprint and my main take away is that this was oscars revenge for hungary in a way asdhjjkl

he was told to get lando in drs and dropped back to exactly 0.9 before going back to 1 second

he did the fastest lap like three times over

and then he didn't give up the place until it was absolutely necessary

like he could have easily won that but the team strat was clearly discussed before the race and I do understand the team pov in that they really want this championship both constructors and drivers so that's why things are the way they are rn

oscar probably understands that too, and his time is coming

Def Märch is actually one of the funniest things in The World Ends With You. They're a group of dead people who also have a fairly up-and-coming rock band. They're the only employees of the afterlife we ever see who still have ongoing careers in the living world and it's never explained how. Their tech guy is a still-living man who seems to have no idea all his bandmates are dead. They all dress exactly like the wall reapers so either all the wall reapers are secretly Def Märch members, or they just wear their uniforms from their Underworld Security jobs to their gigs. Minamimoto steals their microphone and they genuinely consider using his megaphone as a replacement. What is going on with these people.

aki's really such a sweetheart, the traditional type, the kind of man who brings flowers to ask you out and then to every subsequent date afterwards. the kind of man who calls you and never texts, who opens doors for you and pulls out seats for you to sit down.

it's cheesy when he shows up to your apartment in a fancy outfit with a big bouquet of roses in his arm, shuffling nervously and staring down at his feet. he's got his hair in a longer style done up all nice, he's stammering over his words when you ask him if there's some kind of occasion. of course not, he answers, but you understand what's happening now, and it's so him you can't help but smile — even as he's stepping in, making some lame excuse for the flowers while he fills up the vase you handed to him, coincidentally asking if you're free to get dinner with him tonight.

i really do think f1 should start implementing reverse grids for sprint races. bring in the chaos. have max actually show off how good the rb20 is. i want yuki on pole. fans want to see overtakes in f1 again. make the grid fight. they say max is good...okay, i want to see him win from p10 without causing carnage in however many laps sprint races are.
