Neck instability and EDS?

So for the last few months my neck seems to have got 100% worse. It started cracking more and now it hurts and my head feels so heavy, it's giving me headaches. Anybody experienced the same?

Current feels. PARESTHESIA has been pretty constant since Thursday in both arms and legs and coming and going in my jaw, mouth and tongue. It's not a pleasant feeling at all and I know there's nothing that can be done to stop it but any other MS warriors or Spoonies that suffer #paresthesia got any tips to take my mind off it or bring me some relief?
