the mouthed “thank you,” and the moving on? yes. good shit. That’s the shit I like

ok wrap-up:

1. admittedly, I was harder on the mystery than it maybe deserved, this episode was more set-up for later, and it was still pretty cool for the most part

2. Sam got a cool moment, I liked the imagery, good shit all around

3. Kinda stressed the “secret warrior” thing, along with being all alone, which like....I like a lot, that’s the Good Kush

4. It’s like they’re settling in a crime fighting duo type thing, getting a baseline established.

5. I like that they’re doing more rock stuff+kinda homaging the blues brothers?, but I’m a sucker for rock so uh, yeah I’ll say I’m biased 

6. Honestly, not super suspenseful or scary, just the Exact Vibe I like, so I’ll take it!

No new theories, I feel pretty confident they’re setting up the demon thing for later. Also Jessica is mentioned to make Sam sad, but that was the whole point of fridging her so yeah, let’s see how this goes
