I love Diwali so much. Everything is just so colourful and full of soft, yellow light. The days are never devoid of chaos and the nights are never silent. Everyone is in this hazy, colourful high of happiness and togetherness, families meet and get completed after what it seemed like an excruciating eternity. It brings hope, it brings contentment, it brings relief like a tree shade on a hot day. Everyone can forget their woes for a while and stare at the wonderful decorations, the colourful twinkle in their eyes mingling with the awe within them. A wonderful celebration of humans just telling stories and bringing the child-like wonder within themselves to life.
