Your clumsiness is one of the many things that drew them to you. It's what really pulled them in. Always dropping and tripping on your own feet. You were so graceless, like a little kitten who doesn't know her way around things.

Seeing you like this was only amusing at first. When you started to get hurt, that's when they started getting worried. Your arms and knees were always littered in bruises. There were even a few scars that never healed. They couldn't help but worry if someday you'll get seriously injured.

You were super scared of them at first, but eventually warmed up to them when they started taking care of you. They were so soft. Always so gentle with you. When you think you're going to slip and fall, Aizawa's scarf wraps around you and pulls you to his chest. Hizashi is always there to bandage your wounds and kiss your tears away. You had truly fallen for both of them.

You wanted to repay them in some way since they take such good care of you. You decided to make dinner for them, a nice date night at home. You had cooked up everything by the time they came home. You kissed their cheeks as you greeted them and once Aizawa was done checking you for new bruises, you told them to wash up and dinner will be served soon. As they went to their room to clean up, you started setting up dinner. Everything was going so well until you tripped and dropped the big bowl of soup. The heroes came rushing in and looked at the mess you had made. That she's a burden on us. When it was us who had brought her here. And now she's inside crying her little heart out, when she prpbably spent the whole day making us dinner!" Aizawa hadn't realised the impact his words had made on you until his husband said it. He quickly made his way towards the bedroom and just as he was about to open the door, he heard your muffled heartbreaking sobs.

Aizawa turned the knob and entered the room. Hearing him come in, you quickly wiped your tears away. Aizawa climbed onto the bed and peaked at your face. Your eyes were all red and puffy, your face flush and your lips wobbly. Your lashes were still heavy with tears and your nose red. If Aizawa wasn't feeling guilty before, he definitely was now. He isn't supposed to make you cry; he and Hizashi should be the reason for all your smiles.

Aizawa raised his hand and caressed your cheek. "Kitten... baby. I'm so sorry." You sniffled. He gently turned you towards him. Looking at Aizawa, your eyes started tearing up again. @viridianvoid I ship you with Vil!Deku and just normal Deku in general! But also for some reason I get the feeling you’d get along really well with Kaminari? I have no basis for this other than vibes and assumptions but I think you guys would be cute together. Both Deku and Kami are so bright and happy, and the good news is it’s contagious! Definitely would be a cozy cheerful relationship!

@waitforitillwritemywayout I ship you with Tamaki! You seem very outgoing and he could use someone to break him out of his shell in an encouraging and gentle way! Kind of related to this but not really but you remind me a lot of Mirio? I bet Tamaki would gravitate towards you!

@sugarmaplewings-fics Another poly ship here! I ship you with poly KiriDeku (that ship is really starting to grow on me <3). I can see this relationship being super affectionate and loving, just full of cuddles and cute little romantic things. Did you know Kiri is a hopeless romantic too? He won’t admit it but it’s so true! Just let him think all those candles and home-cooked meals are manly... Deku’s gonna keep both of you safe and cared for no matter what. Precious green bean. uwu

@butterscotchbaku Okay OF COURSE I SHIP YOU WITH DEKU. How could I not!? Y’all would make the perfect couple PLS- Plot twist though, I also ship you with Mina and Kiri! Kiri would be so good to you! And Mina would get into so much trouble with you oh my god, I can see the two of you wrecking havoc but also being the cutest couple ever! If you don’t swing that way ignore that last part but def Kiri and Deku for sure!

Idk I feel like you would really enjoy his attention, and trust me, he has plenty of it to give. Hope you like giant penthouses and evil schemes. Sorry I haven’t been posting; my stamina for writing has been kind of sporadic lately, and I’m really really sorry about that, so here’s just an idea dump of fun yandere concepts you can mull over that I haven’t yet written much of, on this blog:

Platonic yanderes. Depending on your interpretation, Luna was one of these in the Yandere Luna post. Also, I think I have two requests in my ask box with different variations of Harry being yandere for a friend!Reader, which I have not yet gotten to (again, sorry). But yeah, characters being yandere for their best friends is a lot of fun.

Characters with a more friendless past are super susceptible to this, so: Luna, Harry, maybe Hermione, if she was a nerdy loner in the Muggle world pre-Hogwarts. Neville even. Sirius and Remus both have reasons to become super attached to their friends.

Even characters who were never really loners could be good platonic yanderes; one of James’s principles is trusting his friends and loyalty and stuff, so he would be great. 

(Small spoiler for upcoming information in Quite Harmoniously, so skip this bullet point if you don’t want that, but the founders are a tiny bit yandere for each other, in addition to being romantically yandere for the reader.)

Familial yanderes. Similar to the platonic yandere thing, but basically this is for characters who are orphans or have similar familial tragedies, who might want to fill that hole with a living character. 

Yeah, Harry’s a gold mine for this. Add in that mention I made a few posts ago of how exploitable his Master of Death thing is, and we could have him bringing Sirius back from the dead, or Dumbledore, or literally just James and Lily. Or if he doesn’t bring anyone back from the dead...listen, every time Kingsley Shacklebolt says a word, Harry mentions how soothing his voice is. (I would say he could be yandere for Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, but in my mind he wants (a) parent(s) of his own, not Ron’s parents.)

This is completely crack, since they don’t interact much in canon, but it just popped into my head: Luna seeing McGonagall as a mother figure. Or Professor Sprout.

Tom being yandere for parental figures (ahem, I mean in a familial way this time) is an interesting idea. Him hating Dumbledore but also really, really wanting Dumbledore to say he’s proud of him would be a great dynamic. Instead of killing Dumbledore, maybe he leaves him alive as the only member of the Order of the Phoenix allowed to live, and has kind of We Need to Talk About Kevin vibes with him. Idk, there’s potential, is what I’m saying.

You know what? Let’s throw Teddy Lupin in there. Maybe he’s yandere for Harry. He’s raised by Andromeda (his grandmother); maybe she’s a little strict, and he’s young and likes it when his godfather comes to visit and spoils him rotten (because Harry’s handling of children would probably be pretty permissive early on, given his life with the Dursleys), and he doesn’t have parents, and the wizarding world is still pretty fresh off Harry’s victory, so we’re left with this orphan raised by a well-meaning but grieving and no-nonsense grandmother, and everyone he meets in the wizarding world just reinforces what a cool hero his super nice godfather is.

Seamus being yandere for Dean. I thought about putting this under “platonic yanderes”, but they could also just be gay, so I’m making it its own category. Gryffindor yanderes love to be heroes, and Dean has such a sad past, with his dad being dead and him being treated as a Muggle born and having to flee when Muggle Born Registration starts happening, that I could see Seamus wanting to protect him. 

Imagine the “Seamus doesn’t believe Harry” conflict from Order of the Phoenix, but with the added issue that Harry invites Dean to join the D.A. and Seamus doesn’t want Potter talking to Dean!

I already have plans to write the Weasley twins both being yandere for Angelina. Honestly, it could be them and Lee Jordan, since all three of them express interest in her. She has a pretty take-charge personality, so I’m thinking, once their yandere traits start to manifest, either they’d better keep it thoroughly under wraps so she knows nothing about it, or she would keep them in check. She wouldn’t tell them to stop completely, but she would give them rules.

On the Percy Jackson side of things, I love the idea of mutually yandere Valdangelo. (Or Nico and Leo separately, but I started liking Valdangelo before Will Solace became such an entity, so you’ll have to excuse me, lol.)

Leo would be similar to the Weasley twins, in terms of being a self aware and fun yandere. Except instead of having a happy past, he’s full on Stepford Smiler patching over his trauma one joke at a time, so the desperation to be loved is higher. Also he’s a firebender.

Nico would be so protective. Like, SO protective. Also possessive. (Ooh, familial yandere? Nico and Hazel?) He can raise armies of the dead, shadow travel anywhere, and literally will someone to die? 

(Again, I haven’t read past book one of Trials of Apollo yet, so please do not update me on anything I’m missing in that regard.)

Ah yes New Years fic is definitely a classic. I remember this was the one i read through thouroughly first time. I was able to remember once i read the first sentence of each one.

The host/marvin/iplier/jackie one was always my personal favorite. I love how they're all goofy like real couples. The villianous trait between marvin and jackie you can tell they do regularly (i mean when your hubby is a hero how can you not?). Meanwhile dr. Iplier and Host are the "grown-ups" and iplier is giving him puppy eyes, all the while host trying not to laugh is so cute. I mean when you see someone make a face when you're trying to be serious is incredibly hard! Not to mention the tickling at the same time trope i adore cause it's just all fun.

And then giving love to robbie is just so wholesome. I love how you're able to show the reader different types of love. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a valentine's day fic, but instead of romance it's the other kinds like familial, platonic, and self love. It was a nice lesson for robbie that you can't run out of love and then him getting tickles and attention cause he's a cute lil bab! And iplier being slightly envious everyone can fall asleep, tis the curse of the doctor.

Personally the angel stories are the least memorial for me. Not that that'a a bad thing, you write them well but since i personally don't have a connection to the characters makes it hard to remember. Meanwhile someone else might be able to rewrite it word for word! Tis a curse for the lesser known egos. I love how you try to include everyone (*cough* except Silver and Ed and King of the Squirrels *cough* (no but in all seriousness I understand, i remember in an ask you said before you just didn't know how to write them, that is until more people took the roles of them and gave them their own personalities especially back then, i just wanted to poke fun))

I believe the googles were next along with crank/blank. Again i love the brotherly bond of the googles. I love how spoiled oli acts woth blank as they watch his brothers before quickly getting their medicine. Green and Red teasing his brother the best way they know how while bkue handles blank himself, not wanting to overwhelm him since Oli can definitely take two androids. I love how their babied and tickled and teased to no end to their limits. Again like i mentioned with eric, brothers just like to roughhouse until someone calls uncle, and good brothers check in afterwards to make sure they're alright. For someone who doesn't have siblings, you write them well. I also like how you refrain from the "hello big brother" trope. Never in my life have i ever called my brother by "brother". They're basically a person you're forced to live with XD

Oh geez, i think it was bing and the jims next. I always love the trope of "you eat it, now you pay" and how the jims just went rabid on Bing for having a snack that he didn't even need! It's hilarious all and all and I think that was the debut of the jim twins in your writing. And what a wonderful debut it was (unless it wasn't then-). I love their synchronicity, not to mention bing being a goofball.

Ah and walter and Yandere were next. I remember this one well since I know this was Yandere's debut. I'm so glad they're getting more attention now but back then getting an ego story you rarely see was a treat (look i was still too shy to ask let alone request anything cause i looked up to you and i still do). I love Walter and Yan's relationship, whether it was intended to be romantic or platonic. I still think there are times Yandere hangs out with Walter when they're away since yes the egos may understand them now, but walter is the one who truly understands. I can see yandere venting on their plans for their senpai, maybe venting to him when they had two senpais depending on the universe. Maybe mentioning how they wanna make their senpai happy and loved. Ah I'm getting carried away. You know what i also love on the same level of seeing a fic of a rare character? Seeing them tickled! Yes nowadays Yandere is a ler but i always love lers getting their medicine! I'd love to see yandere more on either sides whether the ler or the lee along with other egos. And not to mention walter, nowadays he's somewhat forgotten. Honestly I forgot until I remembered your christmas fic with him. So that's why I'd love to see him back! Maybe more brotherly bonding with Wilf. Or maybe he and wilf prank dark by looking exactly alike and dark having to guess who is who!

Lets see, the four, robbie, the angels, googles, bing and the jims, yandere and walt, i think the next one was Bim and Wilf. Sorry if i miss any, i didn't think about writing on notes and then copy and pasting it all here and i can't copy all my paragraphs here since it only will make me copy one paragraph and i do NOT want to lose all this!

Anyways bim and wilf. Sometimes we forget they bim has a super busy life, maybe more than dark. Hyperfixation definitely gets the better half of me and this ties back to weaknesses. Wilf trying to get bim out and wilf getting upset until bim realizes what he's doing an apologizes. Again you're only done and you want to get it done but turns out you're still working hours later but you're so close! I do love how bim regains a playful spirit and tickles Wilf playfully, definitely getting some of dom vibes from dark. How he can lower his voice and be the boss of things. I forget bim isn't always so sweet and kind (aka the tea story).

And classic Dark and Anti what else can I say. The classic both evil characters being shipped together except Anti getting the high ground this time. It's always a treat to see lee dark and who else would know his spots than an evil counterpart of another person. After all if mark didn't make those creepy vids we probably wouldn't have Dark, and Dark was the inspiration for dark egos. Since it's near the end my memory is a little foggy but when these two are together you know it's gonna be chaos. And Lee Dark is just so nice to see, it's like revenge!

And alas, Damien and William. I always did love how the roles were switched from Dark being ler and Damien being a cute lee. How could you not tickle him? I love how it brings out that childish playfullness as if they did know each other for a long time! There is just something so innocent about that that I adore. I don't know if it would be possible, but I'd love more fics of damien and the colonel interactions, maybe with other egos? If not i understand!

Oof this was a big one, but not nearly as big as 2018 christmas. I might go read other fics of yours first before delving into that beast. Maybe start at the end since the first few up to the santa one i have a pretty good memory on!

Over Your Shoulder

A gift for @yandere-love-love-love (an absolutely awesome writer who produces q u a l i t y yandere content and is super indulgent w/ their followers) who mentioned in a post wanting to see Endeavor purposefully making his secretary uncomfortable.

Also, note, while normally I try to keep my insert characters gender neutral, I made this one female just because it worked better with my idea.

When you first got hired, the secretary you were replacing had given you a heads up on her, figurative, way out.

"Do your job and Endeavor will leave you alone."

She'd been leaving to get married, had been working at Endeavor's agency for nearly 10 years. She'd stayed on an extra week to train you (and give you some advice).

The former Ms. Kikuchi had told you how the complicated filing system worked, what numbers he wanted routed to him immediately and which ones to handle on your own. She showed you how to arrange the meetings and who to call for each (and where to find them in the directory she'd compiled for easy access). You learned how he liked his coffee, when he'd prefer tea (and what kind) and his preferred lunch habits.

You'd been overwhelmed but more than appreciative. How could you be anything but? It was your first job at an agency, and you were working for Endeavor! The new Number One! You’d be a fool to be anything but happy for the help, and You made her a "congrats on getting married and thank you for training me to handle this" cake on her last day.

So Ms. Kikuchi had told you how to do your job.

But then on your first day handling things alone Endeavor had appeared at your desk within the hour, sneering down at you through his flaming facial hair.

"I expect my employees to dress professionally." You could feel your face turning red, even through the confusion.

What was wrong with slacks and a nice cardigan?

"I'm sorry sir, but what's wrong with my outfit?"

"This is a professional environment. Because it's your first day, I'll let it go, but I expect you in a skirt or a dress starting tomorrow." He said lowly, and you nodded, trying not to sweat at the heat coming off him. "Am I understood?"

"Yes sir. I'm sorry sir." You said quietly.

Endeavor nodded and returned to his office. You breathed a sigh of relief.

(You had to go shopping after work for skirts and dresses appropriate for work. Plus an extra pair of stockings. You winced at the total but paid anyway.

The next day you came in dressed neatly, feeling vulnerable in the new skirt.

When Endeavor came in he looked at you in passing, took in your outfit and nodded.

You figured that meant you were in the clear)

The next week, on his orders, you brought him lunch from the expensive deli that Kikuchi had said he preferred.

She'd left explicit instructions- he ate one thing from there, and if it wasn't right you would have to deal with it.

"And no one likes it when Endeavor's in a mood," Kikuchi had told you. You could believe that.

(He might be a hero but he wasn't...he made you want to flinch. Eye contact was best avoided. He took all the attention in a room, commanded a presence and smelled like smoke.

But the job paid well)

"What is that?" He said, the moment that you shut the door behind you.

"Your lunch?" You offered, a sinking feeling dropping into you.

"I didn't tell you what to get."

"No, but Ms. Kikuchi left a list of what you like. And since it was the deli, she said-"

"I don't care what she said. Unless I tell you what to get, don’t refer to the list!” He snapped, and you nodded. Endeavor took a deep breath, and you watched the flames on his face flicker and calm.

It was a conscious fight not to tremble as you stood there- if your knees started knocking than you were risking your balance in those ridiculous heels that completed your outfit.

“Leave the food. Don’t do it again.”

“Yes sir.”

(You didn’t call him out on the fact that he hadn’t told you what to get him.

And you didn’t repeat your mistake)

“Do you have a boyfriend?”

You blinked up at him in surprise.

“I’m sorry?”

“A boyfriend? A husband? A sexual partner?” You were blushing so hard, you knew.

“N-no, I, no I don’t- why does it matter...?” 

“I need to know that none of my employees are distracted.

It’s a continuing pattern in the following weeks. No matter how you tried, you couldn’t do your job, so Endeavor didn’t leave you alone.

Strange questions, personal observations, weird requests and orders that he deliberately made impossible to follow.

His looming figure was always over your shoulder, pointing out your mistakes, calling you out for the smallest of details; all those preparations that Kikuchi made to help you were useless, because unless Endeavor gave the order he didn’t want you doing it.

The problem was that Endeavor was not an easy man to ignore. He burned like a furnace directly at your shoulder, and you have to worry about sweating your makeup away because of it.

(And oh, the makeup- a little eyeliner and some tasteful gloss didn’t cut it for this man, no, professionalism always, which led to youtube tutorials...)

You were stressed. Very, very stressed.

One morning, though, you felt him shift behind you, and suddenly that heat was very intense right behind your head-

“I’m not a fan of green apples. Change it.”

Did...did he seriously...

“You just...sniffed my hair.” You said softly, face red and heart pounding. How- what? Enough was enough, this was...

You sat there in silent rage; was steam coming out of your ears? You thought it might be. How ironic.

How dare he- why did he think he had the right?

You thought long and hard about it that night and came to a decision.

The next morning you knew people were whispering about you, and who could blame them? You were wearing virtually the same outfit from your first day- pants and minimal makeup included. One last major show of defiance as you knocked on Endeavor’s office door.

“Come in,” he called calmly; it was funny, he’d never outright threatened you or even hurt you, but the sound of his voice, low and pretend polite, made you shiver with fear.

But you stood straight and stepped in, closing the door behind you.

“I wasn’t aware it was casual Friday.” He remarked, and you felt your lips twitch, just a bit. You sat down without waiting for him to ask. Endeavor was just the kind of asshole who wouldn’t, just to prove his dominance.

“It’s not,” you promised calmly, handing over your printed letter. “I just came to give you this.”

Endeavor’s hand dwarfed the paper it was so large, and you watched his eyes scan the printed type before they flicked back up to meet yours. “You’re resigning?”

“Yes. I wanted to give it to you in person.” It was only polite- besides, your mother had warned you about burning bridges. 

He nodded and hummed. There was a pregnant pause as you watched him finish the letter. You thought that might be the end of it, had prepared for being thrown out of the building. You had enough money in your account to scrimp together for a bit, and well, you’d figure out what would come next. Customer service was still an option.

Then Endeavor incinerated the paper in a burst of fire that, had you jumping half out of your seat.

“Sit back down.” He ordered, and you meekly did so, heart pounding as he very calmly got up from behind his desk, strolled around and past you- when you heard the heavy thud of the lock your heart jumped up into your throat.

“Endeavor, sir-”

“Shut up.”

He was behind you again, but this time his too warm hands were on your shoulders, gentle, mocking restraints.

“You aren’t going to leave. You’re going to go home and you’re going to change into something professional, come back and resume work. I won’t even dock your pay.” Endeavor’s voice was low and quiet and it thrummed in your bones and made you shudder.

“You can’t make me. I’m not your employee anymore, sir.” 

He hummed again. “That’s true, but it would be very hard to find employment if I spoke against you.”

No, he wouldn’t-

“That’s illegal,” you countered, trying to stay calm. He was a hero, for all his faults, he wouldn’t break the law. Would he?

“That’s true. But you know how rumors are, don’t you? I mean, my agency’s seen the way you dress, the way you look at me, how you constantly make mistakes for my attention-”

You tried to stand, but his hands forced you back down.

“But I don’t!”

“It doesn’t matter, does it? What matters is what people think. Now, if you’re a good girl and go home and get dressed, like I told you, things will be fine. We can even have a long discussion about it. Do you understand?”

He had you trapped. That rat bastard, he- he was actually-

“Yes. Yes, sir.” You whispered softly, closing your eyes at the feel of his lips on the top of your head.

“Good girl. Stay after work and we’ll have  a nice long talk about your responsibilities as my secretary. I’ve let you twist in the wind long enough.”
