i forgot just how absurd Makoto's rizz is.

But talking more seriously than just the extent of his game, I think one thing the School Mode endings (and also the talk about dreams with Maizono) reinforce for me is that at the beginning and on his own, Makoto is a bit aimless-- he doesn't have any big dream for himself nor does he know what he wants to do in life, and he's aware of this and searching for something. A lot of the School Mode endings have Makoto swear to support the other person or him otherwise becoming a major pillar for them, so it's fair to say (to me) that he tends to find his purpose in other people. In the people that surround him, the people he loves and cares for. He supports and takes on their dreams. Still, in my wish fulfillment head, I think it would be nice if he finds a dream completely of his own one day... But that would be a bit different from how he usually turns out.
