#personal post#so i go on the trip that my grandfather aranged for all of us to go up to door county right#and by us i mean his kids which my dad is one of and who his kind bring with them#right so im up here and i say hi to people and we all have a couple drinks and i work my way into playing a round of bean bags#and after that wraps up i play a few rounds of smash untimate with my cousin#and after that whatever small buzz i had is gone because im not drinking as heavily as the other adults#also im not going to chug drinls as im playing games with my cousin because he isnt old enough to drink and thats rude#so afterwards hes tired so he goes to bed and i go outside to talk with whoevers still out there#and quickly its just my dad and my uncle and im having a drink as in one for my sober ass with them and my uncle goes#theres something different about you youre like a person now as if insulting me is somehow a complement#like excuse me i dont remember not being a person i remember you just not giving a shit#and he starts giving me all this non advice advice but like#i was clearly struggling before so much do that you obv noticed and you did nothing you didnt even try to talk to me like i was s person#because in youre mind i literally wasnt a person#so then he tried to ask me about whats changed but the thing is#if you didnt give a shit whether i lived or died or had struggles or rights as a person and wasnt just some fucking object#then youdont get to know whats changed or what my plans are or fucking anything personal#because we all know you just really dont give a shit and im not going to tell you like im asking permission to live my life from someone#who just dont give a shit#oh and i was almost screwed earlier in the day because i almost introduced myself to new people as scott#the closet fucking sucks man
