cats are small and you can pick them up
#we finally got Navi a new harness#(his old one was a standard harness and it ate into his armpit#like. over an inch. even the vets missed it for a week or two#he's been healed since october#he'd been wearing a collar#but he really needs to wear a harness#so after searching and trial fits on his much more tolersnt brother#we were finally ready to put navi's harness on last night#i'd been trying for a few days on my own with no luck#so i teamed up w my mom#i picked the cat up (i'm the only one he won't claw to strips immediately)#and my mom put the harness on#it was rough#and took way longer than i'd have liked#but yeah#don't pick cats up unless you have to#navi knows i don't pick him up unless it's important and that i put him down asap#but#it was still super rough#he cried#my poor bab x.x#but now he has a harness that distributes pressure across his chest instead of just his pits#body horror
