I'm only rewatching My Ride the Series through everyone's gifs (thank you especially to @gabrielokun, you're the best! 💜) and reactions/reviews but now that we've reached episode 5 (and I remember when it was released last year there was some surprise among interfans) I'd like to once again share that the violence between students of different vocational colleges isn't something that the series randomly came up with to add some drama.

i keep thinking abt this . so many people think english is a romance language but it’s Not it’s west germanic. it’s more closely related to nordic languages like norwegian and danish [that’s why danish kinda looks like Silly English sometimes] than it is to french or spanish etc. we’ve just borrowed so many words from french and latin + modern english barely resembles german at all so it sounds like it Should be a romance language. old english is pretty similar to modern german though, all things considered, even down to how we did grammatical gender [which was already phasing out by the time the language had evolved to what’s considered middle english]

also if you're enough of an animal lover to want to grab wild ones indiscriminately with your bare hands, you should be enough of one to care about the massive amounts of distress being grabbed by a much larger animal causes a prey animal. wild animals Do Not Like to be grabbed. doing it is giving an animal an incredibly stressful and potentially downright traumatic experience for your own momentary amusement.
