Members of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) allegedly opened fire on "schoolgirls" chanting anti-regime slogans on Wednesday.

The IRGC is Iran's most brutal weapon against protesters outraged at the death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini at the hands of the country's morality police. Unrest has been most prevalent in the Kurdish regions of Iran, and the regime is now preparing for a brutal crackdown on Sanandaj, the region's capital.

Regime enforcers have killed hundreds of demonstrators across the country since Amini's death last month. The Hengaw Organization for Human Rights says IRGC troops killed five and wounded 400 with "machine gun fire and other violence" throughout the northern Kurdish region this week.

Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and President Ebrahim Raisi are now overseeing the crackdown on Sanandaj, where the IRGC have already used live ammunition against protesters. Iranian warplanes were also spotted arriving at the city's airport.

The protests first erupted after the police killing of Amini, who was arrested in September for improperly wearing her hijab. Morality police took her into custody and she was later released in a coma. She soon died in a hospital.

Also a source of outrage is the alleged killing of 17-year-old Nika Shakamari. Iranian police followed her away from a protest where she set fire to her hijab. She was then killed, and authorities claim she fell off of a roof. Family members say her injuries were not consistent with that story, however. _________________

had a dream last night that i was playing one of the queens in Six but at a ren faire not in a real production. anyway i showed up for what i thought was the first rehearsal and found out it was actually day one of shows, that this company didn't do rehearsals and I was supposed to just be ready to go. and for some reason i had a song called "lick the bracelets" that was like if modern major general and weird al's hardware store got combined, and i didn't know it at all. so i was panicking because i had two hours before curtain and somehow this song was the only one i didn't know but it was the hardest one so i had to learn it perfectly by curtain.

i failed miserably and basically imporvised the entire song badly. sucked so bad that the director, who for some reason was tom who is the head of campus safety at the school where i work, started trying to assassinate me and my dog. it was at this moment that i realized i was in London. i stole a helicopter and flew across the Atlantic with my poor sweet baby girl so scared and tom came after us in one of those big clunky military airplanes that are kind of squarish. maybe it's technically a helicopter idk. but i made it to new york and landed in some kind of weird medical campus where a lady from my hometown was working and she agreed to let me camp out. then i heard the very distinctive noise of my dog's collar jingle jangling from behind the door, and since she was with me, i knew it was tom coming to kill me (for failing so hard in my ren faire performance of Six). i begged the lady not to open the door but she did and the first person to come through wasn't tom, it was my first grade teacher who was glad to see me! and then tom was right behind her. he tried to kill me with batteries and then i woke up.

so my theater class is starting a new play, which is like an alternative version of The Ship Of Hell(damn is the english name boring), and i got to be the angel today:D it was fun, so i doodle a little bit

Production is fun.

I've never actually done or been a part of proper production production, just some reels. But even then I know the process of shooting in real time, bloopers and imporvising is fun.

It can be stressfull, yes, cause it's work at the end of the day, that almost always involves some monetary investment, so you can't just like, idk, fuck around too much.

You need the results at the end of it. So that can be stressful if you're not able to. But it is fun, especially low stakes production like the reels and stuff. Phone production - a lot less moving parts.

I review so much footage everyday and the bloopers are downright the cutest and funniest thing. It's the most innately human thing to fuck up without wanting and then the adorable laughs.

I don't know these people, not beyond their work, but it is so cute to watch it. It almost makes me feel like I am part of the process, even though I am not.

It makes human, instead of just a list of talent I talk to for work.

Maybe I'll try to get into production one day. Idk. It's probably not as chill as my current job. But it might be an interesting experience.

For reference, the main dancer quartet in the story are Coricopat, Mistoffelees, Plato and Victoria!

These four are INCREDIBLY close. Plato and Victoria are dating, Coricopat and Mistoffelees are best friends of four years!

Coricopat originally met Mistoffelees by commenting on his poise! He asked him how he kept his back so straight and everything took off from there!

Plato and Coricopat have known each other longest. Probably since childhood :-] ! They enjoy playing soccer together for excersize. Mistoffelees doesn't care for it so much. Victoria and him prefer to work out in the gym or practise in the studio!

The four's favourite thing to do is to hang in cafes! They find it fun to sit and write, do homework, talk, just hang out !!!

Victoria has albinism !!! She feels that this will stop her from getting a lot of roles and put a strain on her career. But, everyone around her encourages her of her abilities.

Coricopat takes gift giving VERY seriously. He WILL find out everything you love, will get you gifts based around things you want or need. He's practical, a VERY good listener. He loves watching people's faces light up as he hands them little ribboned boxes, neatly cellotaped with colourful, patterned paper.

Plato and Mistoffelees work out a LOT together. They're kinda gym bros sometimes. They love lifting weights and drinking those AWFUL protein shakes. Mistoffelees likes ones with cucumber and kale, whereas Plato likes the sweet, chcoolate-y ones.

Coricopat and Victoria shop together a lot. They're both into fashion greatly !! Coricopat loves streetwear and the big designer / hypebeast brands, Victoria is more into things that follow a dark academia theme of fashion !! She likes high waisted skirts, little blouses and loafters :]

Victoria also braids and style's cori's hair ! She always threads beads through his little braids and is gentle with his scalp.

Coricopat has hair type 4A (he's black), Victoria has 4C in an afro-style (she's black, with albinism), Plato has 2A (he's half white half chinese) and Misto has hair type 1C (he's half black, half punjabi?? I think this is the correct term ! his estranged mother is from Pakistan!)

Victoria's favourite style of ballet is neoclassical, Plato's enjoys contemporary, Coricopat loves classical and contemporary, and Mistoffelees kind of opts out of a genre however, choosing to kind of do a mix of modern ballet elements, classical leaps and footwork and imporvisation. He likes to see where the music takes him.

Coricopat's favourite food is carribbean food, he loves conch ceviche salad and gizzada tarts !! Plato enjoys korean food the most, hearty dishes of rice, meat and vegetables topped with sauces and sesame seeds. He also favours fast food, but can't eat much. Victoria loves fancy finger foods like salmon and cream cheese sandwiches, little olives and cheese boards. If she had to have a favourite food though, I'd go with some sort of strawberry shortcake or glass noodles. Mistoffelees is a sucker for rich, dark chocolates or truffles and sourdough pizza. I think he would also enjoy steak with a red wine jus and grilled asparagus >:p

Coricopat is the most sociable, followed by Plato. They love their nights out in clubs or bars. The ones they frequent, however, are completely different to Gus and Skimble's bar. Those kinds that play top 40 dance tracks and serve drinks that are way too overpriced.

Mistoffelees and Victoria, as children, loved the beach. Misto loves the salty air, the fried fish and chips in styrafoam containers, the feeling of the sand beneath his feet. Mistoffelees is a beach guy >:] for def. Victoria isn't so much in her later years.

In their class, Victoria has a one-sided rivalry with Etcetera. She believes they're in some sort of rival dynamic. They arent. She's extremely dramatic HGFJDK

Victoria's dream is to take over Jenny's ballet company! Mistoffelees would like to retire in his late years and maybe live on a farm, Coricopat wants to go into theatre and Plato does not give a fuck. He has no idea what he wants to do. All he knows is dance and soccer practise. Freeballing life.

I think butchs is probably the most depressing lmao but that’s just a lot doing with what they think their purpose is and my HC’s are nothing new or anyhting btw 💦. In my mind I think the boys and girls have very strong intuitions ofc but they all use it differently. I think reds are the most interesting considering this because they are planners which is the opposite of instinct in a sense and brick struggles a lot with it because sometimes he just has an overwhelming sense of what he feels he WANTS to do vs what he NEEDS to do. but he doesn’t like that it’s not not in his quota or too out the box for himself because he holds himself to a certain standard.((to bring mth into this I think that’s why his whole cereal thing is SUCH a good detail and it’s cute and an important quirk to his personality because eating cereal is a very simple routinely thing to do and it’s hard to imporvise when making cereal like you can with actually making a breakfast)) But brick having a hard time because he constantly forces himself against his inherent instinct it’s almost comical when things do not work out for him because he’s going against his feelings. Because I think the boys are stunted in social development department lmao I think he blames a lot of issues on other people which is a very childish thing to do but it also give him the space and ego to be like oh but I can fix it tho no big deal for me. Blossom is interesting too because she’s better at balancing her instinct vs her values but I think she has a tendency to hyperfixate on things because she’s so meticulous blossom coming off as a confident and dictating individual but her being so insecure and questioning her actions all the time to the point that it might heavily get in the way of fighting or her intentions is very interesting to me. She doesn’t know the outcomes gives her heavy anxieties. I think out of all the girls blossom is the most on edge because he’s doesn’t know when to trust her instincts or her values in certain instances and it really f*cks her up when she chooses the wrong one.
