The Thundercats are seriously meeting in a conference room for a team meeting discussing paranoia surrounding the recent mutant attacks.

Lion-O has yet to appear causing everyone to be tense, wondering what happened to their leader. The sword has not spoken of disaster, but maybe there were warnings that were unnoticed.

Snarf has been in a frenzy for the past hour worried. “He's been taken by Mumm-ra I tell you!” He cries.

Suddenly as soon as he said that the uncomfortable mood was broken with the sound of multiple crashes and bangs followed by a familiar voice roaring in agony. The Thundercats sprung up with their weapons ready to attack the invader when emerging from the darkness came Lion-O cursing as he rubs his bruised body.

“Overslept and fell down the damn stairs!” says Lion-O.

Cheetara sighs as she gives Tygra an accusing look. “I thought you cub-proofed the lair.” she says.

“I did!” Replies Tygra annoyed, “Railings on all the walls… padding everywhere… But our lord always finds a way…”

its always pretty funny when 2 different adaptations of the same series have an animal/mascot character thats allowed to talk in one of them but they change it in the other one. like how they completely overhauled snarf in thundercats roar. they took away his gift of speech and now he just makes funny cute creature noises & they also made him a robot for whatever reason but that's not what we're talking about right now

Was reminded of Thundercats Roar's existence and I'm just a casual observer of the franchise (mostly saw the 2011 version cause that was the one airing in my young years) but Roar kinda loses most of it's credibility when during the crossover with TTGO, it showed the remains of a character, Panthro, next to Snarf & 2011 Lion-O. By that point, his original VA, Earle Hyman, was dead for 3 years.

👋 hello hope your feeling well .i got a question wouldn't be cool if snarf like get cool power to turn into a giant cat beast like a manticore or a sumxu you know .i love the little guy and i hope he could get screen time too and i thing it would be really cool

As cool as that would be for any other Thundercats continueation, (You should check out Thundercats Roar, Snarfs a badass robot in that!) I think for 2011 its nice he remains as just a litgle guy~

I dont think the writers utalised him that well, a lot of the time hes just in the background, it wouldve been nice to see how he interacts with a lot more situations rather than just be along for the ride. See him figure things out and manipulate the world fo his best of abilities.
