Is it weird that Arin being chill with murder and Sora being a guy who like. Makes puppies and doesn't wanna hurt anyone feels subversive somehow? Like on paper it sounds completely normal, guy who loves being a ninja and is a little too okay with murder and girl who makes puppies out of hard light and isn't great at the ninja stuff. Sounds like pretty generic gender roles even. But somehow when it plays out on screen it feels subversive. It feel abnormal. Idk, maybe it's because Sora is an inventor/engineer like Nya and Pixal so you expect her to also be a fighter like they are, and Arin is a sweet kid who bakes pies so you expect him to be some sort of ✨uwu smol bean✨.

4 Neptune (KH ml- I’m in a KH discord server just for news on this damn game which there is none) is Iras son and if not then part of his bloodline- KH ml takes place in the time Brain traveled too via the pod which means that there is some people from that era that could exist- isa aqua and ienzo (ik hes a orphan but his parents could still have been apart of the bloodline) are also from this line- this is mainly going off their hair but could also be why isa and ienzo were targeted In becoming nobodies as they have family in their line that have had/have a keyblade

Big anime fan. Love all the classic anime,  Naruto (sometimes he and Soap will do the Naruto run) Dbz, Inuyash. His  absolute favorite is Yu Yu Hakusho, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, HunterxHunter, Trigun and FullMetal Alchemist

He’s amazing at Ping pong, on the base he’s basically unbeatable.

Hell of a amazing baker. When it’s someone’s birthday he’ll make them a nice cake. And some times will randomly make cookies for the teams. Will literally have to fight Ghost because he almost ate all of the cookies.

Loves all animals, but sadly he’s a allergic bunnies. Breaks his sweet heart. Will almost burst into tears if he sees smol puppy or kitten.

Can do hand stands with easy.

Played every Zelda game ever! Link and Zelda are his mine in super smash. Loves Kingdom hearts and losted his mind when Sora in going in the new smash game.

Huge Mario Fan plays all the game and he and Kyle will have Super Smash Tournaments and Mario Kart Racing. He’s the biggest Pokémon fan boy and knows the lore like the back of his had. Played all the games, as a loads of plusies from from differnets games and anime. His all time faveorte starter is Bulbasaur. Wants a real Pikachu.

Can’t for beans. Kyle to each him how make chocolate chip cookies nearly burned kitchen down. Price still made it a new not to let Johnny too cook or touch the stove. At all.

Great with small childien. Has a nephews and niece helped raise and babysits them before he join the army. Big family man for sure. 

Simon Ghost Riley

Foodie. I mean it this man can eat. He has eaten haft of plate of cookies until Kyle told to save some for the other man than once.

Like anime too. Big I mean BIG DBZ fan. Piccolo is favorite. Has at least tried once I trust become a super Saiyan when he was younger. He watched Ranking Of Kings, by the episode 2 is was almost sobbing. Big Digiman fan.

Works out. lmost daily. Considers it his alone time. He’s alone he likes to flex in front of the mirror. He’s very proud of his physique. (Aaaaand Johnny had seen doing it, took a video with him knowing and sent to Kyle. Both still almost wet themselves laughing at it too this day)

Love all animals. When he retires wants to get a small small house with a farm to raise few chickens and dog.

Is afraid swans. Was attacked by one when he was a child. Hated snakes more afraid of the them than swans. Will have a panic attack if he sees one. (Poor baby)

Captain John Price.

Has 2 cats. A white lazy cat that loves to cuddle and calm and chaotic orange one and dose orange cat things. Out no where he would just zoom around the house and annoy his sister and dad. As a million pictures of his fur babies on his phone. So cat dad.

Smokes high end cigars, trying quit smoking. Snores super loudly could wake up the whole base. Denys it too.

Hates doing paperwork. A bit of a workaholic. The boys found him passed out in his desk sometimes.

Despite the antagonistic relationship between Riku and Sora during KH 1, these two have been best friends since childhood.  Kairi quickly joined their friend group as a child. Now all three are trying to keep each other safe and pull the other two away from the darkness.

Since we're doing THH, how about I just throw you into the minefield and ask about Chihiro?

Are we seriously gonna go through Trigger Happy Havoc characters in order of how they died? Because it seems like that's your method Anon.

Now Chihiro is easily my favourite Trigger Happy Havoc character. While physically he, yes I'm using he/him pronouns and I will explain why, is one of the weakest, that's on the physical side. Mentally though? Chihiro is easily the strongest person out there. As it takes real guts to see your secret be about to be exposed but rather then bulk under pressure decide that no he wasn't gonna hide anymore, and he was gonna to get stronger so he could face the secret.

He's also a super helpful character as while he dies in Chapter 2, thanks to his talent he's left a Alter Ego of himself behind which extends the lifespan of the character tremedously and also gives interesting character moments between Makoto and Kyoko. While his "death" in Chapter 4 was sad, it diid mean he was able to save Makoto in Chapter 5's execution and then once the survivors got out he became the main AI for Future Foundation so yeah, short physical lifespan but bro left a legacy. Plus his work is why literally every AI character can exist. Chiaki? Usami? Heck if you go into the Another series both Mikado and Sora can be arributed to this smol programmmer. That is a sizable impact someone can leave on the franchise as a whole.

Of course we need to address the massive elephant in the room and that's Chihiro's gender identity and for that I say one thing; Westerners fucked up big time as you guys did a epic fail on Japanese culture. Under the cut because this is gonna get spicy

All of the Trigger Happy Havoc cast are based on various subcultures that existed in Japan during 2008-2010 (when the game was being made) and in the case of Chihiro his subculture was Otokonoko which is where men who had feminine qualities would dress up as women. This wasn't done because they idenified as female, but because gender roles in Japan are still quite strict and if one exhibited "unmanly" qualities they would be bullied so one would crossdress to prevent that. And that's precisely what happened to Chihiro, he was quite feminine, everyone picked on him so he dressed as an girl to avoid the bullying. But at no point does Chihiro see himself as female, in fact if you gift Chihiro feminine gifts during FTEs he gets quite angry with them, which is a major red flag for him not being actually trans.

A common argument I see is that trans wasn't a topic discussed at the time the game came out and that's why its so seemly offensive, but unlike the West, Japan doesn't have as many issues with trans people because of the whole social harmony. Due to how strict gender roles are, if one was to transition from male to female, it would be as accepted as a homosexual would in the West. Heck there's plenty of icons in Japan such as Birdo and Vivian who are confirmed to be trans and they are nothing like Chihiro is. Bear in mind these character have been around longer then Chihiro. So its not like Japan doesn't know the difference, they do. Its just they know when someone really is a boy believing they are a girl and not a boy hiding from bullies by pretending to be a girl. That is what Chihiro is.

The real message of Chapter 2 is how toxic gender roles can be as the strict gender roles not only lead to Chihiro dressing as a girl, it also led to Mondo having a lot of anger issues because he couldn't process the very real grief of losing his brother since "real men don't cry." Heck Genocider Syo's whole thing could also be gender roles being bad as she targets young handsome men exclusive.

So how come Chihiro became the target of a trans storm and toxicity? As I mentioned the message of Chihiro's character didn't translate very well overseas since unlike Japan, gender roles are a lot looser over here so as such people thought Chihiro was trans as that was the only point of reference they could identify with. Of course not only is this wrong but its insulting to both Chihiro and actual trans people.

Then my least favourite Youtuber decided to throw nuclear waste onto the topic and make the worst video I ever seen in my life on the matter which just reeks of Western imperalism, bias, and is allergic to criticism on the matter. Honestly people like them are part of the problem, most people are misinformed on Chihiro being trans and just a little knowledge into how Japanese subcultures and how gender roles are really much stricter out there then here could help matters greatly. But you always get the ones who decide to be toxic about it.

I do think this problem isn't as bad as it was in the past as most of the really toxic bastards have moved on or don't use Tumblr, and more people accept that Chihiro was never meant to be a trans representive. That and people are just more informed now.

I'll be honest there was a point I was scared to talk about Chihiro due to the fact I didn't want to get doxxed and death threatened by people, especially since I come from what is known as "TERF island" to these people. But now I realise people who start shit like that are losers and I don't need to worry about them anymore.

Either way, I will be okay talking about Chihiro when I do the Valentine's Day review and I have some big plans for him.

I think Yozoras appearance is actually MoMs. I think Yozora may ACTUALLY look more like Sora, Ana sort of “terranort thing” happened where his hair almost want to change color to match his original form, but never quite got there. When Yozora meets Sora, I don’t think he’s so much confused by Soras name as he is his apprance. Yozora looked more like Sora, but lost his body, and now someone shows up looking strikingly similar to how he looks and calls himself Sora. I’d have conflicting reactions too. Should I fight him and see if I can get me body back? I haven’t seen my real body I quite some time so this must be it even if it’s not how I remembered.

Moving on

I’m not sure how or why or if it was intentional, but I think MoM body swapped with Yozora when he jumped realities to end up in quadratum. But why would I think tha-

Now, how the heck are MoM and Riku connected? MoMs personality is almost the opposite of Riku. MoM is outwardly extroverted, boisterous, and playful. Yet, he’s had darker, more serious, moments to himself. Riku is more introverted but has been shown to be more playful and snarky by himself or one- on- one. They are almost reflections.

Kinda like what we saw with Sora and Roxas. Not direct opposites, but inverted personalities.

MoM gave the Foretellers their keyblades, and wait… Doesn’t Riku give Sora his? And summon Kairi’s for her?

MoM gave the wielders Chirithys- Dream Eaters. Who also was able to manifest a Dream Eater (albeit himself as one) ?

Rikus Soul Eater and Way to Dawn have the Gazing Eye. Those weren’t given to him. He summoned them himself.

Now, there are a LOT of questions that I don't even have speculative answers to- namely how Riku ended up as a smol baby with parents on Destiny Islands, or whether or not MoM is even human.
