WICKED GAMES | Drew Starkey
WARNINGS: +18 smut, extreme domination, crawling, public sex, unprotected sex, dirty talking, name calling.
SUMMARY: the night after the obx premiere gets a little wild…
A/N: english isn’t my first language so be polite. if there’s any mistakes, i will gladly welcome any advice or help, enjoy♡
"You are coming?" Madelyn asked.
We just got off the Outer Banks premiere, which was a hit.
"No, we're fine" Drew replied giving the others a smile.
"Come on man, you're gonna miss one of our best parties," Austin gloated.
"Exactly," Madelyn added.
Drew gave me a look, which I fully understand, so it was my turn to get us out of here. "Really guys, I think I'm feeling a bit sick."
"Oh, I'm sorry." Madelyn hugged me. “We will send pics and videos”
“It’s okay, enjoy”
The guys started bragging our names as Drew and I got into his car. We could go in a limo, but we wanted peace and to be alone.
We both like this, we like our jobs, but at the end, it ends up being exhausting.
The paparazzi are soon pulling out their cameras and pointing at us as Drew drives out.
When we're finally clear of the entire crowd, Drew snaps me out of my trance by placing a hand on my inner thigh.
"How do you feel?" He asks.
"Happy, really. I missed being all together."
Drew smiles, he has seen me happy, and that makes him happy. “I think the same, but now… We have time for ourselves”
He massages my thigh as I feel my core blossom. He knows how to get me horny with just words, that's his magic.
"Mr. Starkey? Are you trying to get me wet while you drive?"
His fingers move up my thigh until they touch my underwear. "It's not my fault you're wet already"
My cheeks blush at his words. "Nasty, very"
"That's how you love me" Drew looks at me for a second with his mischievous smile before looking back at the road.
We continue our journey to our apartment in Los Angeles.
We have been together for approximately two years, and a year ago we made the decision to live together.
That has turned into wonderful morning sex, sex before nap, sex after, sex in the shower, in the bathtub too, and exciting night sex.
That's what happens when you put two hot asses together. But proud of it.
We arrived, and greeted the doorman innocently. We move to the elevator, and Drew immediately pounces on me.
He grabs me by the thighs as his lips sweeten with mine. Our scents of alcohol and cigs, along with a sweet touch of both, create that explosion that makes me melt.
He holds me tight against the elevator wall and I can feel the hardness of him against my thigh, I shift a little and that's when I feel him in my core. A guttural moan scrapes from my throat, but melts between kisses.
"You're a whore, aren't you?"
"Yes, I am," I gasped.
"So say it, say you're my whore"
Drew's wet kisses trail down to the exposed skin of my neck, taking little bites and licks.
"I am, I'm your whore"
The "ding" sound of the elevator, causes us to stop our actions, but Drew doesn't put me down, instead, he hoists me onto his shoulder and heads to our door.
I am thankful that there was no neighbor.
Drew opens the door and sets me down as we enter. After closing it, he turns licking his lower lip towards me.
I slowly start to remove my heels but before I can, Drew stops me. "No, take off everything except your heels"
I let out a tremendous sigh at his demand. “Drew, my feet are killing me and…”
"I didn’t ask"
"But…"
"I said, take off everything except your heels"
I knew that it was no use for me to fight, so I obeyed. Gently, I lower the straps of my dress, which was tight, so my breasts bounce a little when i released it.
Drew follows all my movements with his gaze and I see how his pupils dilate when they stop on my breasts. I like to see how he wants me, he is an expert in demonstrating it with just his eyes.
My dress finally falls to the floor, and I take a small step to get completely out of it.
I stand still in front of him, just inches away.
"That too" he raises his head a little, looking at my underwear.
My fingers hook into the fine lace fabric, and I seductively slide it down my legs.
Drew moves closer to me, and my nipples brush against his expensive suit.
I'm not going to lie, it intimidates me, and at the same time turns me on, the fact of being completely naked in front of him, while he is wearing all his clothes. He makes me feel innocent, although not that much, but just available to him to do whatever he wants with me.
Dropping my eyes, I cringed, flinching surprisingly when his hand gripped my jaw from below and lifted my head so our tones were forced to meet.
"Get on your knees." I complied without him having to tell me twice.
What surprised me was how he began to walk away from me to the balcony. He opened the curtain and the moonlight didn't take long to hit my pupils.
He stepped out into the night and leaned against the metal railing. "Crawl for me"
"Sorry?" I said, ironically.
Drew crossed his arms, raising his eyebrows.
"Didn't you hear?"
“Of course I heard,” I snapped, “but what do you think I'm for…”
"If I remember correctly," he spoke gracefully, "you made it very clear to me that you were a whore."
My eyes widened in shock.
"Specifically, my whore"
I remained blank for a few seconds. Not know what to do. Should i..?
"So like the good whore that you are, get your ass over here and let me fuck you how I want."
His harsh, cold tone sent a chill down my spine, but I had no choice but to obey.
My hands touched the cold wood of the apartment, and just like that, I started to move.
Deftly I started forward, moving my hips from side to side every time my legs took a step. I walked out of the room and smiled in amusement when I heard Drew swear under his breath. I could feel his gaze on me.
Drew radiated with lust.
He helped me to my feet before turning quickly in a fury towards the railing. The cold metal crashed against my hips.
Looking outside, I felt intimidated by the fact that someone would see us.
Drew brushed against me, “do you feel it? do you feel what you do to me?”
His hand pressed against my neck and the hardness of him felt big and erect, and I couldn't help but grind my hips into him. He cursed in my ear, and his hot breath raised the hairs on the back of my neck.
His tongue moistened my lobe and while still holding my neck, his other hand came down to my privacy, rubbing slowly on my clit while he silently opened his mouth.
Two of his fingers entered me and I couldn't help but squirm and arch my back.
Drew's knee came between his legs, spreading them further apart as his hand stroked hard up to my clit, rubbing it with inordinate force.
My head fell back, letting my hair fall down my back as my mouth dropped open. "Shit, shit, shit…"
My words matched each of his blows and when I thought he was about to make me release. He stopped.
I could barely breathe. My teeth were chattering and I felt a huge emptiness as Drew pulled his fingers from me.
I started to feel frustrated. I liked the games. I could put up with Drew wanting to have fun with me. But there was a certain point where I couldn't stand it.
My core ached more than usual from holding in my orgasm.
Tears began to flow down my cheeks, and an unexpected cry came from me when I felt his cold hand against my ass.
My chest tightened and I turned my head over my shoulder, watching Drew begin to unbutton his pants. Playfully, I pulled my hips back even further, letting his hand brush the skin of my thighs.
He smiled, and when he lowered his boxers I could feel the length of his slam against me.
Drew stepped closer, and in one smooth motion he put his hand in front of me, opening my mouth as he inserted two fingers into it.
I felt my eyes mist over but I looked at him.
My arousal increasing by the second.
"Spit, love," he commanded, sliding his fingers out of my mouth.
I did, leaving his fingers soaked. Drew lowered her hand to her length, pumping and lubricating her as he slid it between my cheeks.
I gasped as he began to insert it, in a manner so slow, it caused all my senses to fall apart in seconds. The waiting made me want him even more and I knew it was killing me.
Our bodies came together. Drew gasped in my ear and pulled away from me. I felt my body yearn for him and just when I thought he was going to leave me, he hit me again.
His fingers dug into my hips, pulling with momentum so he could thrust harder. The sound of our bodies colliding made my pleasure spread.
The blow of his skin against my clit made me moan even more.
I moved my hips and there was a minute our blows met, making us both gasp as my walls pressed against him.
I could barely brace my hands against the railing, and I gathered my strength to keep my knees from buckled as Drew pushed against me, my belly colliding with the metal in burning pain.
“Damn, Y/N…” he growled, bringing his hands up to my waist to lower my body against his.
For a split second, my eyes snapped open, and I could see a man looking out of his window.
"Drew…"
"Let him, let him look"
I contracted with his words.
"After all, everyone can look, but i’m the only one who gets to touch you”
His blows were harder and my moans bounced off the streets of Los Angeles.
My hand tightened against the railing and Drew tugged at my hair. We were both at our limit.
"Let me cum inside you" he moaned. "Let me put a fucking child inside you"
I wasn't able to vocalize words, so I shook my head in a quick nod.
His hand went down to my clit, rubbing in frustration. Drew contracted inside me and my walls did the same, until I felt it.
His thrusts slowed down and were just tired blows, and yet, they managed to make me reach my peak.
Arousal coursed through my veins, and I felt my legs wobble.
Drew grabbed me on my knees bridal style, and led me to our bed. He gently lowered me to the sheets.
"Wait here," he said.
Exhaustion and sweat emerged from my insides. I felt our fluids together crying down my legs, and I loved the feeling.
Soon, Drew came back and grabbed me again leading us to the bathroom. Next to him, we both stretched out in the bubble-filled tub. The warmth of the water relaxed my muscles, and Drew began massaging me.
"I'm sorry if I've been harsh"
"It’s okay, I liked it" my cheeks flush red when I turn my neck to look at him.
I give him a kiss on his full lips, "I love you"
"I love you more"

A UCLA professor was suspended for not providing special treatment to black students in the light of George Floyd's death. The professor is suing the University of California Los Angeles for more than $19 million over the well-publicized incident that garnered national notoriety.
Gordon Klein – a lecturer of accounting at the Anderson School of Management – made headlines in June 2020 when he refused to give preferential treatment to black students.
As Blaze News previously reported, Klein was asked by a student if black students would be given special accommodations because of George Floyd's death and the subsequent Black Lives Matter protests.
"The student requested a no-harm and shortened final exam, and extended deadlines for final assignments and projects in consideration of black students' well-being in light of nationwide protests against police brutality," the Daily Bruin reported.
Klein responded by writing:
Thanks for your suggestion in your email below that I give black students special treatment, given the tragedy in Minnesota. Do you know the names of the classmates that are black? How can I identify them since we've been having online classes only? Are there any students that may be of mixed parentage, such as half black-half Asian? What do you suggest I do with respect to them? A full concession or just half?
Klein asked the student if "a white student" from Minneapolis "might be possibly even more devastated" by the death of George Floyd.
Klein then quoted Martin Luther King Jr., and asked, "Remember that MLK famously said that people should not be evaluated based on the 'color of their skin.' Do you think that your request would run afoul of MLK's admonition?"
A student took a screenshot of the email conversation, and it quickly circulated online.
UCLA students claimed Klein's email was "backhandedly racist" and that it undermined the Black Lives Matter movement.
The same day as Klein wrote the email, a Change.org petition was launched, and it demanded Klein be "terminated for his extremely insensitive, dismissive, and woefully racist response to his students’ request for empathy and compassion during a time of civil unrest."
The petition — with more than 21,000 signatures — read, "His behavior is not reflective of the equity, respect, and justice that UCLA stands for as an institution."
Two days later, Anderson School Dean Antonio Bernardo announced that Klein was suspended and an investigation was initiated into the "troubling conduct."
"Providing a safe, respectful and equitable environment in which students can effectively learn is fundamental to UCLA’s mission," Bernardo declared. "We share common principles across the university of integrity, excellence, accountability, respect, and service. Conduct that demonstrates a disregard for our core principles, including an abuse of power, is not acceptable."
"I deeply regret the increased pain and anger that our community has experienced at this very difficult time," Bernardo added. "We must and will hold each other to higher standards."
Klein was reinstated less than a month after the incident.
However, Klein alleges that the public backlash had caused irreparable damage.
Klein derives significant income from his expert witness practice.
The College Fix reported, "He has testified, for example, in several high-profile court cases, including Michael Jackson’s wrongful death, Apple’s acquisition of Dr. Dre’s Beats headphones, and the valuation of General Motors’ assets in bankruptcy."
Klein’s attorney – Steve Goldberg – told the College Fix this week, "He was one of the top damages experts in the country who was historically bringing in well over $1 million dollars a year and trending upwards when it happened."
"That practice went to ashes right after he was suspended," said Goldberg, a member of the Markun, Zusman & Compton law firm.
Klein, who continues to teach as a full-time lecturer at UCLA, is suing the university for "well over $19 million in damages."
Klein's lawsuit is scheduled to go to trial on March 4 at the Santa Monica Courthouse.
Klein, who joined the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1981, first filed a lawsuit against the school in September 2021.
UCLA did not respond to repeated requests for comment by The College Fix.

A 12 year old school student died after he was allegedly made to run in extreme heat despite asking for water.
Californian Yahshua Robinson was allegedly forced to run in 36C heat after wearing the wrong clothes to gym class. He collapsed and later died after running, on the same day his mother, a teacher, issued a warning about dangerous weather conditions.
Yahshua said he felt unwell before he collapsed students in the boy’s class told his aunt Amarna Plummer, according to NBC Los Angeles.
Plummer said: “He was reaching out to the teacher, saying he needed some water.”
Image: ABC 7 WS)
Emergency responders rushed to Yahshua’s aid, transporting the boy around 16 kilometres from Canyon Lake Middle School to Loma Linda University Medical Center – Murrieta, where he was pronounced dead at 12:55 p.m, Riverside Sheriff’s office said in a press release.
The 12-year-old’s family is now looking for answers following their child’s death.
Plummer said: “Why would you have a child in his clothes – he didn’t dress out – running a field?”
Image: ABC 7 WS)
Temperatures in Lake Elsinore reached a high of 36 degrees, according to the The Weather Channel. The boy’s aunt revealed Yahshua’s mother, Janae Robinson, a gym teacher at a neighbouring district, that same day, warned school officials about the intense heat.
Plummer added: “She informs the administration, ‘Do not let any children go out today for PE’ And what happened? She gets a call he passed out on the field.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department confirmed they responded to the school after receiving a report of a minor needing medical aid and are investigating the tragic death, according to a statement released by the department.
A statement by The Lake Elsinore Unified School District said: “In this difficult moment, we are deeply saddened to confirm the passing of one of our students due to a medical emergency on one of our LEUSD campuses.
“Our hearts are with the family, friends, and our school community.” The 12-year-old's fundraiser is currently at $49,859 of it $100,000 goal (
Image: ABC 7 WS)
In a GoFundMe page set up by Plummer, she writes that: “The void Yahshua leaves behind is profound” after he collapsed in the “sweltering heat.”
“Janae & Eric Robinson and their three other children are trying to come to terms with this devastating reality. The agony of losing a child is indescribable, and as we wait with heavy hearts for the autopsy results, we are reminded of the unpredictability of life.”
The fundraiser is currently at around $50,000 of its $100,000 goal. Experts say children are more susceptible to heat related death (
Image: ABC 7 WS)
As the family waits to receive the autopsy report determining Yahshua’s death, US Environmental Protection Agency experts have shared the dangers of heat-related illness in children
Most children have a smaller body mass ratio to surface area and are at greater risk for heat-related death than adults.
Children are also more susceptible to dehydration than adults because fluids leave their bodies faster in heat and when exercising, the organisation also shared in their June report.
Flushed skin, deep breathing, little or no sweating, dizziness, fatigue, headache, or loss of consciousness are all signs of heatstroke — and if a child is believed to be suffering from the heat-induced illness, they should be placed in a cool environment and should seek medical attention.

THIS IS MY DESIGN
[[ A silly little retelling of the 3rd murder from the Los Angeles BB murder case - Backyard Bottomslash, as told in the style of the TV show Hannibal with Will Graham’s empathy ability to get into the mind of the killer and reenact it all, while understanding the motives. (it’s a good show watch it) Will reminds me of L a lot and I just thought if L DID work in the field, he’d react much like Will does. Example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P-RrPlH7OXw BUT ANYWAY ENJOY! ]] _____________________________________ ___________________________________ After quietly and expertly navigating a small bedroom, noting every dustless surface which rendered no prints, not even that of the victim, despite it being her house, L - this century’s greatest detective, stood from his squatted position on the blood-soaked carpet. Gingerly taking off the medical-grade latex gloves he’d been wearing, he peered around the strange room giving the crime scene a final glance before closing his eyes.
The gears in the detective’s mind began to turn; as if every distracting thought was being swept away one by one, leaving his mind clear, empty, and prepared to replicate the mindset that L needed to solve this case.
With a deep exhale, regrounding himself into his new reality, L’s dark eyes darted open. He was outside now. The night sky was darker than usual, the thin crescent moon not illuminating the trees or pavement outside the downtown Los Angeles home.
In his hand, was a black duffel bag, everything in it he needed. He cracked his neck, walking toward the back of the house with it hanging at a slightly odd angle. As he ventured to the back of the home, he could see his victim switching off the lights in her house to go to bed. He waited… waiting only as long as he needed to until the house was still, before slipping through the backdoor, foolishly left unlocked. This was a quiet area, very little crime… there was no need to lock the door. L slinked into the bedroom silently, as if a practised motion not to be seen nor heard. He quickly took out a syringe, loading it with an expert amount of propofol.
“I approach 28 year old Backyard Bottomslash as she sleeps, staring over her sleeping body, watching her knowing these would be the last few breaths she would take before her death.”
The young woman’s eyes shot open, feeling the strange leering presence, only seeing the silhouetted man before her. She goes to scream but a gloved hand covers her mouth, while another shoots the needle into the side of her neck. She fights for a few moments, kicking the blanket off of her bed, before slowing and finally falling silent.
“I render her unconscious… I do not need the fight, there’s simply no need. The cause of death is really no concern to me. She isn’t my victim, I do not have any reason to kill her, but she has every reason to die. She is just part of my puzzle.” he murmured to himself in a dark tone, staring over her still body.
L dragged her body to the floor, tying it up with some rope he also found in his bag to keep her from moving around too much. She was still alive of course, and what he had planned, could potentially cause unnecessary movements. His face didn’t falter. There was no blind panic or maniacal laughter, just a distinct calmness that would unnerve mostly anyone. He took out one of the woman’s arms from her binds, and proceeded to hit it. Harder and harder, over and over with his gloved fists, it turned a reddish-purple, bruising taking hold very quickly as blood started to pool inside the woman’s limb.
“I’m curious. I want to see something… how little does a human body need to endure to die of internal blood loss I wonder. Do I really need to rupture her organs for her to die? I’m sick. I’m twisted enough to use this time to cub my curiosities.” L’s mouth turned up into a cruel wicked smile. “I beat her left arm continuously for as long as I can. Wanting her to slowly pass away without breaking skin. I punch her, but meticulously make sure I don’t break any bones.” The woman didn’t die. She convulsed, her body shaking in shock, the drugs keeping her under messing with her ability to process pain.
“She’s in pain, she just… doesn’t know why…or how to make it stop.” The detective chuckled to himself darkly before his face fell again, knowing his experiment hadn’t worked out the way he wanted it to. It not being nearly as entertaining as he wanted to be.
Shrugging, L takes out of his bag a cerated bone knife. “No matter. It doesn’t matter. None of this really matters. It isn’t about her. It’s about the questions, the answers, the mystery. None of these victims have any connections to them, just that they died. That I … was the one to kill them”“I take a knife to her arm at the base of the shoulder, cutting it as the body convulses and tremors under my grip. I let the blood spill onto the floor as I sever her veins and arteries, separating the bone from the shoulder socket.”
The man narrated his actions as he did them in real-time, blood spurting from the knife’s back-and-forth motion onto the man’s clothes and face. Wiping it from his cheek, he moved down to the lower half of the woman, turning to her right leg, severing it from her body from the thigh down.
“Her opposing leg and arm need to be removed for me to paint my picture. The penultimate piece of my puzzle is the most important part before the grand finale.” L smiled to himself, it was equally as sick and twisted as it was genuine, filled with relief.
The woman on the floor, Backyard Bottomslash had died of exsanguination, losing her entire body’s ten pints of blood in as little as five and a half minutes. The convulsions had stopped, her body now still, maimed and mangled. “I untie her, splaying her remaining limbs out theatrically over her bedroom floor. Her remaining arm pointing away from her leg, it’s an unnatural position, this is my intention, it isn’t meant to look normal. None of this is.”
L took off his blood-soaked gloves, replacing them with new sterile ones. He moved over to each of the four walls of the room, reaching into his bag again.
“I intricately place a number of dolls and stuffed animals I brought on each of the walls. There will be no reason that anybody would think they don’t belong to her. A 28-year-old single woman living alone having such childish things will be an embarrassment to take note of. But they are placed on purpose.”Twelve against one wall, nine against another…two and five on the others. “I nail two wara-ningyo straw dolls into the walls. Placing them on the walls with missing information. My staple. My tell. If they’ve noticed the number of dolls has decreased in each death, they know this will be my second to last. That this isn’t over.” He placed everything back where it needed to be. His tools washed off and put back into his bag. The severed leg, he dumped into the ensuite bathtub,
“The leg, is meant to be found. But this…” L held the dismembered arm in his hand comically. “This will just be a distraction. We don’t need that of course.” He smiled, placing it too into his bag. “A consolation prize for my troubles.”
The detective then wipes down every surface, deftly cleaning each and every hair, print and follicle from the room, wiping down the lightbulbs, behind cabinets and even the glass of water the woman had taken to bed. As if no one had ever entered this room before.
He stood back after clearing the scene, admiring it.
“A clock face. The toys on the wall are the numbers one through twelve, her limbs? The reason I had to remove them from her body…The hands of time. The time… all of this comes to an end. The final puzzle piece. All of this… it’s art…concise and meticulous planning. This is no work of an amateur. And he will know exactly who I am. ALL of this is for him. For him to recognise my skill. For him to figure it all out, a second too late… This?” He smiled to himself seeing the grotesquely remade analogue clock telling of the time 6:15:50. Six fifteen and fifty seconds.
“This is my design.”

what else if not family
A speculative moment between Beck and their Hollow Ground, Imelda.
sfw | Beck, Hollow Ground | AO3 Link
Available to read below the cut.
It’s not hard to see just how much it affects them. Hand sliding from what was supposed to be a sympathetic pat on the shoulder before you even realized what you were doing. They'd flinched when you'd raised it in the first place. The furrow in their brow deepened, still-healing scar over their eye twitching with pain at the motion. Healed-not-healed, red raised and ugly still, and you couldn't help the frown. It's not exactly hard to find a doctor capable of applying the right salves, instructing the right kind of aftercare. And yet they didn't, and it scarred. Ugly? Not quite, you've seen worse on your bruisers if you ignore the other scars on their face, but if they'd let you, you wouldn't have allowed them to keep it. Was it from that little accident they had? It's too clean. No warping at the edges, like a hot knife scoring butter. You doubt that a car crash is that intentional in its damage. You don't need to be an expert to know that. It looks like the Rangers aren't the saints they pretend to be.
You can't say you're surprised. Los Diablos is far from a city of angels.
They were tense, even with the sympathy you tried to project. Caring. You weren't touching to hurt, and you'd thought your expression would communicate that, if not your powers, ineffective as they may seem on Heartbreak. But it never hurts to try. It never hurts… to try. Like you used to.
When they were little.
It was an allowance of theirs, to let your hand make contact in the first place. It's a push of yours, a demand, rightful because they're yours, whether they like it or not, act like it or not, to raise your hand and place it on their cheek instead. You are the kingpin of Los Diablos, and what you want, you get, and what you wish to do, you do. Consequences are for those powerless enough to deserve them.
You are not such a woman. Maybe it's that confidence that saved you. You heard once that dogs can smell fear. Maybe you heard it from Noe. She loves her little books and facts.
And they'd gone so remarkably stiff like one. Like a dog. Eyes hard, mouth twitching as if holding back an impulse. To bite? Probably. But they stayed. Was it curiosity, shock, or your own luck of the draw that kept their teeth at bay? Something else entirely, with the way they remembered to breathe when your thumb ghosted their cheek? You've grown closer over the last couple months… not without your ups and downs, of course. You demand. They rebel, or worse, ignore you, and do their own thing. You threaten, and they shut it down with a threat of their own. Then they come back a few weeks later with a gift. An appeasement, and you hate how it works. You hate how you sometimes give into the urge to give one back, even when they don't deserve it, haven't earned it. Give and take, posture and defuse. Politics and pettiness. Uneasy alliances. What else is family?
Goosebumps arise along their exposed hands, their neck shivering before you allow your nails the gentlest of scrapes against their skin, by the hairline, inducing a low, cut-off groan and a bone-deep shiver. You can’t help the small smile. They were always like this. Not quite as touch-starved, never, you made sure your little sister never missed out on affection, but just a little scratch of the nails and Heartbreak turns from a snarling mutt to a kitten in your palms. Just like Espera–
No. Not Esperanza.
They are not Esperanza.
Not a sister, for one. Heartbreak, Cerrísa, is a person. And Esperanza was all fire and bitterness, too angry at the world and you, too proud to let you reduce them to a puddle with a bit of affection. You thought Heartbreak was the same. The ruthlessness at the gala, breaking the Ranger’s golden boy, was amusing and familiar. Reading the newspaper to hear Deveraux’s pretty little head had parted from its body, courtesy of a certain villain, intriguing and tasteful. Your auction, reduced to barbaric chaos, left in disarray like a child leaving toys scattered in the playroom for their caretaker to clean up, messy and arrogant. It’s something Esperanza would have done. Something you saw reflected in that face upon your meeting, eyes so similar yet so different, yours brown and theirs green. You'd thought that they were wearing contacts but you've come to realize that something caustic, something admittedly unsettling and real is set in those poisonously lime green eyes. Something different that isn’t your dead sister.
Something different that makes Heartbreak shudder in your palms, head slowly bowing. You’re not used to that. Not without your influence. They’re different in that way, too, but at least it wasn’t hard to piece together how you couldn’t influence them once you read between the lines. But similar all the same. So, so similar. The small little displeased grumble Heartbreak tries to play off as discontent is ruined by the way their neck tilts to accommodate your scratches as you shift, wrist tiring. Similar in the way they wince, trying to hide back a bit of pain when your nails dig a bit too deep, and you lessen the force, and your heart aches at how the effect is immediate. Soft. Soft touch, soft scrapes, a sensitive scalp, and how long has it been since they were touched like this? They act as though it’s the first time. Perhaps it is. You doted on Esperanza like this. She liked having her head scratched this way. Similar. She never would have allowed herself to slowly crumple like this, eyes shuddering closed, leaning, leaning… and their head is on your shoulder, cradled, allowing some facsimile of a hug. Different. They stiffen as their forehead hits your shoulder, heart rate spiking beneath your fingertips, panicked, muscles tense— and you shift your hand to the crown of their head, let the fingers play and tousle and scratch, and you can feel the way their eyelashes shutter closed on your collarbone as they melt once more. Similar. But not Esperanza. It hurts, and your smile is bittersweet, because maybe they aren’t Esperanza, but they’re still close enough. Family. Blood.
A good pet to have, either way. Muzzled or not, as long as you can keep it tame. Docile. Complacent.
Who knows? If you play your cards right, maybe it’ll even let you slip a collar on it. Make them truly yours. Family. Useful. Why have one when you can have both? There's things you don't know yet. Pieces of the puzzle between Esperanza and Cerrísa that don't fit, disjointed and awkward, and you think they hold the answers. The key. The truth? At least something close like it. You're glad they don't get to see the expression on your face, however it looks. How did Esperanza die? Why do they look like her? What the hell happened? Answers you aren't entitled to. Not yet.
But you will be.

in case anyone wants to be sad with the note to self i put when i wrote this document at 3am here it is: Note to self: a bit ooc that beck would let Imelda touch them like this, let alone fall asleep near them, but. Hmm. What if Regina used to do something similar? Comfort touch as a way to calm and appease and manipulate. Could very well be a Pavlovian response by this point. Can't resist. Maybe that's why Beck panics a bit. It's bc they realize that they're responding to the Pavlovian effect but they're powerless to do anything about it before they fall asleep.

Breakthrough as eggs made from male mice cells
By Pallab Ghosh, Science correspondent
A Japanese researcher has told a major genetics conference that he has created eggs from the cells of male mice.
The research, still in its early stages, involved turning male XY sex chromosomes into female XX ones.
Prof Katsuhiko Hayashi from Osaka University is working on developing fertility treatments.
The development, which he has submitted for publication in the scientific journal Nature, raises the prospect of male couples having their own children.
Prof George Daley of Harvard Medical School, who is not involved in the research, said that there was still a long way to go before society was faced with such a decision.
''Hayashi's work is unpublished but fascinating. [Doing this on Humans] is harder than the mouse," he said. We still don't understand enough of the unique biology of human gametogenesis (the formation of reproductive cells) to reproduce Hayashi's provocative work in mice''.
Details were presented at the human gene-editing summit at the Crick Institute in London.
Prof Hayashi, a globally respected expert in the field, told delegates at the meeting that the work was at a very early stage. The eggs, he said were of low quality and the technique could not be used safely on humans at this stage.
But he told BBC News that he could see current problems overcome in ten years and he would like to see it available as a fertility treatment for both male and female and same sex couples if it is proven to be safe to use.
"If people want it and if society accepts such a technology then yes, I'm for it".
The technique involves first taking a skin cell from a male mouse and then turning it into a stem cell - a cell that can turn into other types of cell.
The cells are male and therefore have XY chromosomes. Prof Katsuhiko's team then delete the Y chromosome, duplicate the X chromosome and then stick the two X's together. This adjustment allows the stem cell to be programmed to become an egg.
The technique could be used to help infertile couples where women are not able to produce their own eggs. He stressed though that it was a long way off from being available as a fertility treatment.
"Even in mice there are many problems in the quality of the egg. So before we can think of it as a fertility treatment we have to overcome these problems, which could take a long long time," he said.
Prof Hayashi said he would not be in favour of it being used by a man to create a baby using his own sperm and artificially created eggs.
"Technically this is possible. I'm not so sure whether at this stage it is safe or acceptable for society".
Prof Amander Clark, a stem cell scientist from the University of Californa, Los Angeles said that the LBGTQ+ community should have a say in the use of the technology for reproduction.
"The LGBTQ+ community have unique needs when it comes to having a family. It may be possible in the future for same-sex reproduction based upon current research using laboratory models to develop the technology.
"However, today this technology is not available for human use, safety and efficacy has not been proven, and it is unclear how long the technology will take to get to the clinic. There is still much to learn about the human germ line and fundamental knowledge gaps serve as a barrier to translating this research to humans."
Cultural differences
Alta Charo, professor of law at the University of Wisconsin Maddison, said different cultures would have "profoundly different views" on whether to use the technology, if it became available.
"In some societies a genetic contribution to one's children is considered absolutely essential, and for them it's a question of 'is this a step to take?' for those who are not in a heterosexual arrangement.
"For other societies that's not as nearly as important, and child adoption is perfectly acceptable, because for them families are more about the personal relationship and less about the biological connection."
Prof Haoyi Wang, of the Chinese Academy of Science believes there is a very a long way to go before the technology could be considered for use in the clinic.
"Scientists never say never, in principle it has been done in mice so, of course, it may be possible in humans, but I can foresee a lot of challenges and I couldn't predict how many years that would be."

How Does The Male Facelift Procedure Improve Facial Aesthetics?
Male opting to rejuvenate their look, especially wanting to reverse the aging signs, can opt for the male facelift Los Angeles. Cosmetic surgery mainly focuses on skin that loses its luster and volume and shows a sagging effect. With male facelifts, men can get a refreshed and rejuvenated look. So, moving on, let’s see how it can enhance facial beauty.
Reducing the effect of sagging and dull skin
With age, the skin’s elasticity loses its vigor. It causes the jaw line, neck and cheek to sag. With face lifting, you can address the issue by tightening the skin. Thus, you can get a more chiselled and defined look. Also, you can get a smoother soft facial contour around the nose and mouth.
Regaining the jawline that’s more defined and contoured
A robust jawline defines the man as muscular. But what happens when a man lacks of all these? With aging, somehow, these features get missing because the skin tends to look loose and sagging. With male facelift these can be regained and tightened along the facial area. Sharpening the jawline helps men to look more masculine.
Result that’s more natural and not artificial
Modern-day cosmetologists use finer techniques to ensure that the facelifting looks natural. They try to ensure that it’s more balanced. Surgeons with skilled knowledge in male facelifting will help to keep up the masculine features. Address all other male facial issues expert-handedly. This process looks entirely natural and doesn’t look like something has been done artificially.
Confidence of the man is improved and uplifted
Men with sagging skin or other possible aging signs often feel a lack of self-assurance. But with male facelifts Los Angeles, they feel more confident and young. Besides, the professionals can make men feel enough confident on the professional front.
Final say
Thus, facelift for men Los Angeles helps in treating wrinkles. It refines the facial anatomy, improve the jawline and regains the contouring of the face. Therefore, enhances the self confidence of men.
