Finished the task that needed to be done tonight and all I got was stress gastritis
#im in pain and feel like im gonna throw up#sigh... but we are gonna get some help through my brother's contact...#sigh... im gonna take Omeprazole and Picot before it gets worse#... i feel like im being drained... every day feels more exhausting today was exceptionally difficult...#*looks at date* ... we need to study... we need to move... we need to get the appointment for this week...#.... owch...#sigh... we can do this... this is very stressful but once we are done with it we- .... will that really be less stressful?#im sure it will eventually. its just while we get used to it and learn it... the most stressful is the beginning and it's what we need#to deal with. all the stress surrounding last week doesn't help... and after that its normal you are like this#the absence is... really loud... owch.... ugh... lets go take the meds... things will fall in place everything will be okay#seari talks
