I've never been more grateful for a pedestal fan in my entire life 💖 I've been staying at my parents and they have no fans or any cooling systems. Current feels. PARESTHESIA has been pretty constant since Thursday in both arms and legs and coming and going in my jaw, mouth and tongue. It's not a pleasant feeling at all and I know there's nothing that can be done to stop it but any other MS warriors or Spoonies that suffer #paresthesia got any tips to take my mind off it or bring me some relief?
