6:30 p.m. at Ann and Shiho's Apartment.......

Ann: (Eyes Covered by her Girlfriend's Hands) Shihooooo!~ How much longer are you gonna keep covering my eyes for? I am this close to jumping up and down in excitement here!~

Shiho: Yeah, I rather you DON'T do that. You're wearing heels, remember?

Ann: All the more reasons to for me take 'em off. They've been a pain in the butt to walk through all day......You think you could give your poor Birthday Queen a nice foot massage? Pretty please?~

Shiho: (Giggles a Bit Rolls her Eyes) I'll think about~ Right after I show you this!~

As Shiho finally moves her hand away from her eyes, Ann drops all of her shopping bags down on the ground, before letting out a gasps and sparkling up in geunine surprise at the sight at what become of her living room. A small, rounded table sitting in the middle of the room, covered with pink fabric, a scented strawberry flavored candle sitting in the middle, two steaming take out containers sitting on both sides of the table, and red pedals scattered around the floor.

It's as if the whole room itself transformed into one mini romantic restaurant, but in the comforts of their very own home.

Ann: Oh.....my god.

Shiho: (Forms a Proud Smile on her Face) You like?~ I took the liberties to set up everything for our date night. (Smile Turns into a Sheepish as Shes the Side of her Head) Mostly due to every restaurant being booked full for the day......

Ichisaki day six!

Time for some fluff:

Ichika's love language is quality time, Saki's is physical intimacy, and Ichika absolutely melts whenever Saki so much as hugs or kisses her, while Saki melts whenever Ichika compliments her.

Ichika is normally more submissive, and Saki more confident/dominant, but sometimes Ichika will take charge and BOY HOWDY is Saki very gay when that happens.

They go on the sweetest, most chill dates ever, Stargazing, museums, art galleries, the works. Saki loves PXL and Ichika goes on whatever ride Saki wants to (Saki hasn't gone on the biggest ride there for Ichika's sake)

Saki fell first, Ichika fell harder, and Ichika is the one who mustered up the courage to ask Saki out. Did it in Sekai, with encouragement from the vocaloids.

Whenever one of them has had a bad day, the other will just snuggle up to them and talk. About anything, just to calm them down. This will result in them falling asleep on the sofa.

Ichika and Saki have learned each others mannerisms, and even sometimes dress like each other, and steal each others clothes frequently. Ichika's outfit is too large for Saki, which just adds to why Saki loves wearing it, and a lot of Saki's stuff actually is quite baggy so it fits suprisingly well.

Sometimes, Honami and Shiho, along with classmates and other friends such as Haruka, Minori, and Tsukasa, will try and trick them into thinking that they're talking to each other when really its just someone else dressed up (Completely in good fun and nothing weird, they're just all a bit chaotic). Ichika and Saki have never been fooled, they know each other too well. In fact, one time they disguised themselves as each other and it took until band practice before anyone found out, and Tsukasa was genuinely fooled for a few minutes before they revealed it.

Ichika's favourite thing about Saki is her unending dedication and optimism, she just finds that so endearing and admirable. Saki, meanwhile, thinks Ichika's passion and care for her music is her best quality, and is partly what made her fall in love in the first place. Of course, they also find each other cute/handsome, and frequently compliment each other

Hii im so sorry this took ab almost a year—igot extremely busy w school and despawned for a bit,, and my writing skills are really rusty so this is a bit rough until i get back into the writing flow 😭😭

-Ever since Shiho and the rest of leo/need decided to go pro, she’s been busier than usual, having to prepare for big events and such. this didn’t bother you, but you’ve noticed that the both of you didn’t really spend as much time together anymore. You just brushed it off, thinking soon enough Shiho’s schedules will free up a bit, giving you both the chance to make up for that lost time

-That wasn’t the case. Instead, she’d been practicing a lot, trying to perfect the music, and critique it numerous times. You started leaving a few snacks on her desk, or if you weren’t able to stay over, you’d drop by and ask Shizuku to give Shii her favorite snacks that you bought.

-Every time you asked to go for a walk, she declined, claiming she’s busy. Every time you suggested taking a break, she also declined.

-time goes on and Shiho just started distancing herself from you; she hated the immense guilt she felt once realizing how music took a toll on her relationship. She didn’t think that she deserved you, regarding how kind you were to her, but she just pushed you away.

Shizuku moved out of the way for your entry, and you made your way to Shiho’s room. Gently knocking on the door.

“Shiho, it’s y/n. Can I come in?”

“Mhm.”

When you entered the room you saw papers scattered, and the girl's frame hunched over on her bed. You walked towards Shiho and took a seat beside her.

“I was told you haven’t been going outside lately, is something the matter?”

Shiho sighed and stared at the floor. For a moment, the room was quiet. Then she spoke, “I’ve been so busy with my band and preparing for events since we’ve gone pro—I didn’t realise how it took so much of my time until we almost never spoke anymore. I’m sorry for doing that, I feel like a horrible partner to you.”

You gently pulled her into a hug, and said, “I understand, Shiho. I’m proud of you for your achievements with your group. I just don’t want you to shoulder so much by yourself. I want you to tell me so I can help you.” She doesn’t reply, but u feel her head nodding instead.

There was a reason the hanahaki disease was only a legend, to be afflicted with the disease you needed to be completely in love with the person. It had to be the purest form of love. This fact was unknown though so people believed that it simply didn’t exist. After all, this form of love was so rare that there were under one hundred cases of the disease. Doctors always tried to explain away the deaths, but there were still those who knew the truth. Those people spread the rumors, and thus the legend of the hanahaki disease was born.

Growing up, Yuu had been a fan of manga, more specifically romance manga. Despite being quite cynical, he still had a little hope that he could find love. The other orphans pretended not to notice when their manga vanished for a day or so. In fact for christmas, they left him an anonymous gift of a short manga series. He didn’t know who sent it, so he didn’t know who knew. He just accepted it and nothing was said on the matter.

This series had a male protagonist who was in love with his neighbor. It was your usual highschool romance with the addition of the hanahaki disease. Unlike most hanahaki stories, the boy had it. The final chapter was the girl going through his room after the disease killed him, and finding a confession letter. The last panel was her reaching up and touching a scar on her neck. It turned out that she had had the disease in middle school and had gotten the surgery to end it. He had let the disease kill him, unwilling to let his love for her go.

A hypothetical conversation with Mika came from this ending. What would you do if you had the disease? Mika said he’d confess to whoever it was, if they didn’t return his feelings he’d get the surgery. Yuu brought up what happened to the girl as a possible scenario. Mika said if it was really meant to be, he was sure his feelings would return. After all, true love trumps all. Yuu’s response was a little more cynical, he’d just get the surgery. The disease was born of unrequited love, what was the point of going through rejection. In response, Mika pointed out that the person only had to think it was unrequited. 

Now, leaning over the toilet bowl in the Shinoa squad dorms, he hoped Mika was right. He continued to spit out flower petals and blood. Maybe Mika was right, maybe he just had to confess and it would all go away. Just like those manga. Either way, he didn’t think he’d be able to get the surgery. 

“Yuu,” he heard Yoichi from the other side of the door, “are you okay? You’ve been there for awhile.”

“I’m-” he was cut off by a fit of coughs.

“Yuu?” He heard the door knob turn.

“No don-” Too late.

Standing in the open door way was Yoichi, and behind him was the rest of the squad. How long had he been in here that the whole squad was worried? He looked at them in terror for a few seconds before he turned back and coughed up more petals. Shinoa must have pushed through because he saw her kneel next to him and start patting his back. He heard footsteps leave then come back and Kimizuki offered him a cup of water. His coughing began to subside and he sat back. Mitsuba leaned over him to look into the toilet.

“Red spider lilies.”

“Huh?” Yuu asked, wiping the forming tears from his eyes.

“You’re coughing up red spider lilies… They represent a final goodbye.”

Everyone fell silent. They were crammed into the small bathroom, Kimizuki was leaning against the sink, Yuu was sitting in front of the toilet with Shinoa and Yoichi on either side, and Mitsuba was behind him. None of them knew what to do. What does one do when a supposide legend comes to life? Dealing with an apocalypse was one thing. Fighting with weapons that had demons trapped inside them? Just another day for them. Finding out that one of your teammates is a seraph? A little weird but eh. This was crazy though.

“I need to see Mika,” Yuu finally broke the silence. He didn’t have a plan yet, but he figured he’d just confess. If it worked in the mangas, it should work here, right? Either way, he hopped that Mika was right, and Yuu only thought his love was unrequited.

It was a sunny afternoon when Y/N returned home from her college classes. She was a diligent business student, always working hard to achieve her dreams, but today was special. Little did she know, her girlfriend Ichika and her siblings, Shizuku and Shiho, had something in store for her.

As Y/N entered their cozy, shared apartment, she found a note on the table. It read, "Y/N, we'll be back in a few hours. Don't worry, we're safe and sound! Love, Shizuku and Shiho." She furrowed her brow, wondering where her siblings had disappeared to, but decided to focus on her homework for the time being.

Meanwhile, Ichika, along with their bandmates, Airi, Minori, Haruka, Saki, and Honami, were busy making preparations. They had all planned a surprise birthday party for Y/N, and Ichika had an extra special surprise in mind.

At the arcade down the street, Ichika eagerly awaited Y/N's arrival. She had asked Y/N for a casual date at the arcade, a perfect excuse to get her out of the apartment. As Y/N wrapped up her homework and checked her phone, she saw Ichika's message: "Meet me at the arcade in 30 minutes?"

Y/N couldn't help but smile as she read the message. She quickly changed into a comfortable pair of jeans and her favorite band tee. With her heart racing, she made her way to the arcade, thinking about how wonderful her girlfriend was to surprise her with an arcade date.

When Y/N arrived at the arcade, she spotted Ichika standing by the entrance, clutching a small bouquet of her favorite flowers. Ichika's face lit up as she saw her girlfriend approach, and she handed Y/N the bouquet. "Happy early birthday, Y/N!" Ichika exclaimed, leaning in for a sweet kiss.

Y/N blushed, her heart fluttering. "Thank you, Ichika! I had no idea you were planning this."

Ichika chuckled, taking Y/N's hand in hers. "Well, I wanted to make your birthday special. Let's have some fun at the arcade and then grab a bite to eat."

They spent hours at the arcade, playing games, competing, and having a blast. Ichika watched Y/N's eyes light up as she won a stuffed animal at a claw machine. It was moments like these that made Ichika cherish their time together even more.

As the sun began to set, Ichika suggested they head to a nearby restaurant. Little did Y/N know, this was all part of the plan. When they entered the restaurant, Y/N was greeted by the enthusiastic cheers of her friends, Shizuku, Shiho, and their bandmates.

"Surprise!" they all shouted, holding a beautifully decorated birthday cake. Y/N's eyes widened in disbelief as she realized what was happening. Tears of joy welled up in her eyes as she hugged Ichika and her siblings tightly.

"I can't believe you all did this for me!" Y/N said, her voice filled with gratitude.

Ichika smiled, squeezing her hand. "Happy early birthday, Y/N. You deserve all the love and happiness in the world."

The party continued with laughter, music, and lots of delicious food. Y/N couldn't have asked for a better birthday celebration, surrounded by the people she loved the most, especially her incredible girlfriend, Ichika.

Little did she know that this was just the beginning of the beautiful journey of love they would continue to embark on together.

I feel like their relationship started from Shiho randomly being mean to someone and both reacted at the same time!

Both exchanged glsnces as they said basically the same thing at the same time. Honami had a little blush on her face while Shin was just chuckling in slight amusement.

"Marry each other already or something..."

Few days later Shin and Honami started meeting more often. At first it was just as friendly hangouts but as the more time passed, more frequently they started meeting up.

And when black-red haired boy dressed elegantly for this "hangout", both Hinomori sisters knew something's up...

"Shin are you having a date?! Let me help you as a good twin should~"

"Saki's gonna loose bet again. I almost feel sorry for her..."

Shizuku and Shiho had two completely different reactions but their brother knew that both meant well for him and were happy for his luck

Now actual relationship headacnons tho... I honestly find scolding Shiho whenever she acts mean canon for both

Shin absolutely LOVES cakes and cookies so I feel like him and Hona would often bake some goods either together or alone and then exchange them with each other

Also, Shin is like still like a little child who rejects to eat vegetables even if his life would depend on it si good luck for Honami! Hopefully she'll be able to change him a bit... (spoiler: her tries don't work...)

There are also times when Shin is just a gentleman, he'll bring Hona flowers, pastries or anything else she'd like, especially if it's her birthday or their anniversary!

And there's also having little concerts! When Honami doesn't feel too sure about song she has to learn, Shin will learn it decently and will play with her

I’m really missing fluff for my ship. Like just cute moments with no drama. Honestly I just need more fics where he’s swooning over my queen. I’m not fond of messy situations despite writing some. Sure sometimes the story is intriguing and there’s so many emotions, but it’s mostly frustrating and I hate it. My fav has been through so much already, I just want the rest of her life to go smoothly, just let her live and be happy. No stress or worries, I want her to freely love and be loved in return

I’m gonna be alone for a few days and I’m hoping I’ll be productive but man, times like this I really hate that I’m so extroverted. I’m feeling blue and I want to cry, but nothing’s really wrong. I just don’t well on my own. I tend to spiral and get too into my head. I really thought I would be free from a sad bitch summer vibe this time *sigh

Update: I did not work on CoAi week but I did look over the June prompts again and got my sister to laugh so I think that’s a win. It’s so dumb, I’m so dumb, but you know what? It’s my birth month so I’m gonna do whatever I want (I say as if I don’t strictly write self indulgent fics)
