2nd attempt

Why log now? well, it just occured to me haha. It might be too early still, I find it all pretty amazing and wanted to share

Now, I haven’t shifted yet, however I do want to record this and somehow see if I can receive some opinions or just, for fun? may the internet know haha.

Anyway, my second attempt to shift was last Thursday (12/03/2020) and it went something like this.

I scripted before bed, the basics I believe, all the personal details plus backstory while playing the season 1 soundtrack of my DR (The umbrella cademy). In my DR I live with Diego Hargreeves, he lives in the back room of a boxing gym, now this will be important a little further in my experience (duh).

I used a guided maditation for the raven method by @OrdinayShift on Youtube, it was very good, quite soothing and thankfully I wasn’t interrupted by any adds. While the video counted I kept saying affirmations such as “I am shifting to DR”, ”I am safe in DR and in CR”, etc”. 

Halfway through the count, my body felt completely numb or asleep or however one might one to call it (I wasn’t lying in starfish position as I find it pretty uncomfortable but, I was in a position that did exactly what it was supposed to), I was pretty cozy in my room and my face felt pretty cold, as if somebody had opened the window I felt as I was kind of floating...

After the count had finished I kept on repeating the affirmations and at some point a strong scent of sweat hit me for like 2 seconds, very brief but I found it very weird, disturbing even (I hadn’t scripted if I was goint to wake up to anything, jut knew where) and well, that’s why what I wrote about Diego’s place in the first paragraph was important, because I apparently had forgotten that I was going to wake up there, in a gym, of course it was going to smel likes sweat! Unfortunately I wasn’t precisely prepared for that and got a little freaked out...and opened my eyes.

Anyway, I changed a couple of things in my script to a somewhat less disturbing scent and place...
