Today I helped my mom make sfeehah aka Arabic pizza. We rolled out the dough and topped it with cooked ground beef, tomatoes, onions, spices (allspice, garlic powder, cinnamon, turmeric from Palestine, and S&P), and-to keep the meat moist-we add a little yogurt. The recipe is from my Teta (grandma in Arabic) so it meant a lot that we recreated it for the holidays.
