Random question, but do Chikara and Tai have a secret twin code that they talk in? Like they could be in a room full of people and they could start communicating with each other even though no one knows what they’re saying.

Of course they do

They have a “twin sensea“ sorta thing, where if the other is sad they’ll instantly know without the other saying anything. Chikara could be in the city with Cementoss, she’s making a snack, and accidentally cuts her finger while chopping something. Taiho, all the way in the country, all of a sudden sits up, pauses whatever he’s doing...then goes back to work.

brent’s necromancy powers part 3/?

Death Sense

A variable of precognition, Brent can sense the coming of death, determining when someone is dead or dying or if others have died in a specific location. This may extend to seeing the names and lifespans of those whose faces the user sees. 

When he comes into an age-old ruins, he can sense the exact spot and how long ago that soul has departed, almost like a form of carbon dating but specific to mortuary means. He has this retrocognition by being in the place alone, and it is only amplified by touch.

This only works on beings that are capable of dying, as he cannot use this sense on immortal beings or those lacking a soul. He has a limited range for now, because he is still studying and is branching off from his innate talent. He cannot use it for his own death, and can only see a natural death. Death may always happen despite using the sense, and that usually happens whenever Brent tells someone what he sensed. If the soul hasn’t departed yet, it comes as signs or clues from a vision. But if they are already dead, he sees it more clearly because it is something that has already been fixed, and the past cannot be changed.

I think he will! He’s the funny one in the family. He could totally be a comedian if he wanted, but a wacky kind, like uh... have you ever seen the James Acaster special on Netflix? He could do something like that, just funny and slightly nonsensical stories and skit bits.
